Characters in Genshin impact are divided according to many criteria, among which a large category is made up of event legendaries. Every fan of the game sooner or later faces the question of twists of time-limited prayers, where you can use chance to receive a rare hero for your collection or upgrade constellations of epic companions. Based on the account economy and personal preferences, you have to regularly decide whether to spend valuable coins on prayer or wait for a banner with your favorite.
The article collected legendary characters with an S+ rating dash list according to the editors of the site, on reruns which are recommended to pay attention to, and also analyzed their best constellations. If the Legendary has already been obtained, the prayers of the considered heroes can still be safely spun for the sake of the epic banner composition and strong const.
Raiden
Archon of the Electro region has been occupying the highest positions since its release dash list due to high damage (especially on C2-C3), mechanics energy recovery and flexible gameplay. Shogun Raiden plays not only in the “national team”, but plays a key role in the “revolver” squads and feels great in the rest of the variety of teams. A significant advantage of the girl as the basis of the group is that her allies do not have problems with energy and are able to give their best to their damage dealer.
It is also recommended to spin Shogun for the sake of the constellations, which are considered the strongest and elevate Raiden head and shoulders above other DDs. The first contributes to the rapid accumulation of determination levels, the second allows you to ignore a huge percentage of the enemy’s defense, and the third increases the level of elemental explosion and expands the upper limit to 15.
Kokomi
Kokomi stands out from other healers due to its high periodic treatment and good application. Belonging to the Hydro element, which interacts with all elements, allows the healer to fit harmoniously into any group. The priestess of Watatsumi Island is one of the few who can use almost the entire range of artifacts for supports, and she can also combine buffer sets with Epic of dragonslayers to strengthen the team.
In addition, combat mechanics Fontaine indirectly shifted the priority from strong shields to healing, increasing the importance of all healers. The formation of Hydro Resonance benefits new characters in the region, for example, Furine и Nevilletou. Constellations for the Priestess are not mandatory, but they open up new ways of playing, so they can also be useful to the lucky owners of Kokomi.
Kazuha
Kazuha - A versatile support hero focused on buffing teams with elemental damage. The uniqueness and main advantage of support is manifested in the passive talent, which allows you to convert personal mastery of the elements to bonus elemental damage for squad members. The feature releases the maximum potential of the team, while at the same time it combines perfectly with Anemo mechanics - Dispersing elements leads to a chain of reactions and additional damage.
The ronin samurai perfectly complements many squads and does not lose relevance over time, since a hero with a similar universal buff has not yet appeared. Among the constellations that can be targeted during rerun, it is worth highlighting the second one. Increasing elemental mastery in the area of effect of the ultimate will have a positive effect on the buff and damage of the group.
Neuvillette
The main advantages of Chief Justice Fontaine are easy gameplay and stunning constant damage, in which the hero has no equal. In the main characteristic Neuvillette is contained Crete. damage, and the rotation is easy to follow: the hero lowers his health on his own, and then heals from Source Drops, therefore freeing up the healer slot. However, the Judge still needs a shieldman, because he does not have sufficient resistance to interruptions of a charged attack, and in addition requires that the elements of the heroes in the squad not be repeated.
Nevillet's strengths allow the character to climb to the S+ position in dash list and forcing many players to prepare for a rerun to get the Judge for the first time. However, even those who were lucky enough to get him in the first banner are advised not to miss his reappearance: C1 removes the considered restrictions regarding squad selection and increases interruption resistance, which will increase not only the hero’s effectiveness, but also the comfort of the game.
Yelan
Yelan - one of the strongest off-field damage dealers, powered by basic attacks. The heroine’s advantages lie in the dependence of the damage on the maximum health reserve and her belonging to the Hydro Element. Unlike similar Xingqiu, the girl is endowed with the ability to buff the damage to the active character during parallel elemental explosion attacks.
Yelan is highly valued as a combat unit and will help both in exploring the world and completing combat content of increased difficulty. You can save up spins for a rerun not only for the sake of the heroine, but also for her duplicates. Particular attention is drawn to the first constellation, with which Yelan will no longer experience an acute lack of energy for the ultimate and will more easily deal damage.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with separate article, where they traced the pattern of high positions of the Hydro element in the dash and explained why the characters of this element become more relevant.
Does Nevillet need a healer like Kokokmi? Is it just to accelerate the buff for Furine, there is so much damage and spheres that he doesn’t really need assistants and his HP doesn’t drop much. I would add Nahida here instead of Kokomi, she is clearly more useful and versatile
And the best ones are probably from the category “I knocked them out, so they must exist.”
Nahida, Furina: “Well, yes, well, yes...”
acc.
Grandfather. He stands where he is placed, wears whatever he is given, and fulfills his duties 200%. No, Lila is not the same, although I would like it to be. I’m keeping quiet about the rest; I don’t see any alternatives yet.
As long as there are one-shots, Zhongli will always be relevant.
P.S. I have nothing against Lila, she is also good.
It's a matter of taste.
Kokomi is definitely NOT a must-have - yes, the Persian is nice, better than Barbie in many aspects, but definitely not something without which ACC will lack certain mechanics.
Even everyone (except me), adored by Raiden, is, first of all, a hostage of the nationalist, because in the growing season and stimulation of Kuki, Shinobu rules the roost with the release of the dendro element.
In principle, from the list presented by the author, I only agree with Kazakh - it simplifies life significantly, is friendly to assemble, does not require a sign, except that for beginners it will be a little inconvenient because of the wonders in Inazuma, but it is a universal Persian.
At the moment, Kokomi ideally fits into packs from Freeze, as it simultaneously covers the healer and Hydro applicator slot, and allows you to recruit Cryo buffers/sub-dd and Anemo hero into the team, making the squad as strong as possible. Plus Hydro Resonance, which increases HP - very relevant with the release of Fontaine, where most heroes have mechanics based on manipulations with HP and have scales from this stat. Her element in general is the most universal, and as long as Cryo characters, characters from charged attacks (who cannot trigger Xingqiu and Yelan), characters of other elements and heroes with HP damage scales will come out, Kokomi will continue to be relevant.
And Raiden is more versatile than Cookie. You are right that specifically in Dendro squads, Kuki is more profitable than Raiden (by the way, similar to the reason for the relevance of Kokomi, because it closes several functions, allowing you to take the most profitable allies), but if necessary, Raiden can be changed, given her another weapon and command, and she will continue to provide value and cover content. And Cookie is the heroine of one role and one type of unit, and in fact brings less benefit to the account as a whole than Raiden.
According to Cookie, this is, to put it mildly, not true.
Yes, there is only one squad, but the benefit for Akka is head and shoulders above Raiden, because
There is, in fact, the currently default dendro pack Nahida (DendroGG)-Elan (XinQiu)-Kuki-Haitham.
And then there are variations. If there is no Khaitham, you can have a second hydro or dendro, but it will all be an order of magnitude worse.
Comparing budget packs, say, a pack of DendroGG-YaoYao-Blue-Raiden or DendroGG-Colley-Barbara-Raiden looks an order of magnitude weaker than DendroGG-Blue-Kookie-Haitham. Perhaps in the end Haitham is even more valuable than Nahida and deserves to get into the Raiden slot, I don’t know.
The only option that is no worse is the option with Nevilette, but we all know very well that he is so broken that he doesn’t even need a team as such.
His element does not allow him to take Raiden’s place. Dendro combination with three elements. Therefore, Raiden is more versatile.
Raiden has plenty of options for use. She's an all-rounder. But I agree with Kokomi. I would swap her on this list for Nahida as another all-rounder. And I would consider that the list is normal.
I myself follow this principle with the Persians, and everyone except Kokomiya (Nahida inclusive) is on the list. Nivelet is the last one, we had to skip it. I will take it because it is powerful in itself. All that's left is to get Kazuha and Nivelet.
The main thing about Kokomi is that she plays well even on C0. So true Kokomi Mainers can go up to C6. So Nahida is still relevant, and I’m waiting for her rerun.
I didn't know that Nahida was combined with the Cree element.
There are so-called “refrigerator” packs, when cryo applied to an enemy allows the enemy to maintain dendro status longer, thereby producing more buds. Well, one of the most popular packs with Risley through melting: Nahida, Risley + 2 pyro.
When I help my friend with the abyss, I really miss Elani. Because the two cheapest and most damaging packs in the form of nationals and vegetation want hydro and out of 4* there is only one working varic.
The best character to rerun is the one you feel comfortable playing and that you like. The information is more for digital wankers, because any pack of 5* characters, even at c0, covers almost all the content.
Spin Raiden and not Nahida? Who can adequately replace Nahida? GG? And it's not even close. Bai Zhu? He's strong and handy, but in terms of damage and bonuses, he's a cut above Nahida. And remove Nahida from the dendro pack, then her effectiveness drops by several heads. What about Raiden? Cookie's buds explode just as well, in dendro squads Chip and Miko feel great and don't take up time on the field like Raiden, and using it for one meal means half the character is in the trash. And the national team plays calmly even without Raiden, even with three of us. But even if you put Sucrose there, it won’t be any worse. Raiden is not irreplaceable anywhere, there are alternatives everywhere, cheaper and working without c2 of the legendary. So... Is Raiden really needed and Nahida not needed?
Bai Zhu is not so much a competitor to Nahida as her important addition, which allows you to play without an Anemo character (mainly Kazuhe or Sucrose) in teams from Stimulation with Electro main-dd, without losing damage and freeing up a slot for sub-dd. In addition, in the context of the current mechanics of Fontaine with the requirement for a large amount of healing and the fact that characters under Dendro do not react with the start of a new region - Bai Zhu currently looks better, so it closes these functions. He is a top 1-top 2 healer under Furina and is perfect for Nevillet, activating a passive talent, for example. When heroes need Nahida again, she will become more in demand, but now Bai Zhu finds a use for herself much easier.
The story is similar with Raiden: she is more universal, since she is not tailored to Dendro units.
The ending of your comment almost made me die of laughter, you really made a big deal out of it.
What's the big deal, exactly?
Riley? What's wrong with it? The guy writes that there is no particular need for rationalization in the national system and even if you put in sucrose, it won’t be any worse. And now he looks:
1) Eshka Raiden enhances the ultimate of blue and syanka by 24%.
2) the ult, even at c0, deals a ton of damage and allows you to close the window between CDs for the rest.
3) the ult also regenerates a ton of energy, which simplifies the balance of stats and allows you not to sacrifice a ton of these stats for the sake of recharging, which others could use the ult on CD.
But yes, what for is she in nationalism, it’s of no use, lol.
I also don’t understand where the krinzhukha is. They have been talking about the high cost and overvaluation of Raiden for a very long time, they change their shoes only before reruns, when they need to get views.
Compare her in this slot with Kazakh and Favonius. Especially if you do double inflations. Tie, affix, resistor cutter, no random overloads. Theories are theories, but in most abysses he is many times more practical and gives no less to the squad, and often more than she does. At the same time, it is much easier to assemble.
And you try to think, maybe you’ll understand, I think I wrote a little above. Who speaks? Expensive in what way?
I compared it, not like you theoretically, but in practice, and it was in the national system that the Kazakh was not even close. When removing Raiden from a national team, the damage drops unrealistically.
The cost is high because there are three emblems per squad, and the best one still goes to Xianke. For Kazakhs, I found the main stat and forgot about it. Blue, of course, can be dressed in scraps, but if Elan, somehow you don’t want to. Especially the problems with the cap on Ksh 15%+ and normal recovery hours with 35+ Ksh - you can look for this for years and never find it. It is clear that there is an out-of-set piece, but it is only 1, and there are 2,5 problem slots (since the cup can be on ATK, as long as there is no sign - this is considered half the problem).
Says part of the community, which was forced to unscrew her from c2, because they were dissatisfied with her damage in that very practice on c0-c1 against the background of new Persians. Even in this thread there are several people besides me.
IMHO, but high cost can only be measured in primogems, but oh well. What you write is simply funny and just as cringe as above. Let's start with the banal, you are not assembling a nationality, but assembling a mess of shit, as they usually say. What kind of pack is this anyway? Half national, half Tortosyanka. I’ll tell you a secret, but the joke of the nationals is that you collect and dress normally with 3 (Syanka, blue, Raiden) dd, and not 1. And without this, this pack just disappears to collect. You’re writing about problems with stats, but do you understand that in the absence of a raid you’ll stupidly have to sacrifice these stats for the sake of recovery? You won’t get this 40-50 recovery out of nowhere and you will have to underestimate the ksh/ku/attack, and these numbers are not small at all, plus instead of a normal cannon for damage to blue you will have to write out a ceremonial, instead of at least a roar. You can show off, but the fact is that when you remove Raiden from the national team, the losses in damage are huge.
For most people, the only twist is on the cap. When Raiden came out, this very community shouted that it was, in principle, userless. You say that as if they forced you to twist her c2 with a gun to her head. On c2 it stupidly deals even more damage than without. I wonder if this community takes into account that Raiden is not a pure DD or is there a lack of intelligence here too?
I don’t belittle Nahida’s merits at all, I have both her and Raiden on my account, but I use Raiden much more often because her versatility allows it. Yes, in a national game, any DD will feel good, but only Raiden can boost her DPS so much that everyone uses the ult on CD.
It’s also worth looking into the future, there is already a tendency for developers to release characters for “Overload” (so far only Chevreuse, but judging by the leaks there will be Harlequin next + it’s quite possible that Natlat characters too) and in 4.6 they will also release a set for “Overload”.
Therefore, we can assume that Raiden’s relevance for the new meta will not change even in a year. Next up is Snezhnaya with Krio characters, with whom Nahida, in principle, does not play. Based on this, I believe that Raiden will be more useful for the account economy.
