Who is the Noblesse Oblige for in Genshin Impact?
This set is perfect for support characters, especially burst supports. Since their main role is to activate the explosion of the elements on the rollback (thereby increasing the damage of the squad), and then give way to the main damage dealer. - Faruzan. Buffs allies and deals damage with ult and elemental skill.
