I wonder what kind of fulfillment of this mission available not only Type-66, but also the truck that Claire will give when choosing to follow Sampson. When V finishes the race, be sure to continue the chase by clicking on the option in the dialogue with the girl: "My priority is to win." This will not only cheer up Claire, but also allow you to get another type of transport in the game for free. When the opponent has an accident, then in the dialogue you need to choose: “Yes, Claire. Let him go".
When the chase is over, ask Claire to let Sampson go. The girl will listen to you, and the racer will eventually send Type-66 by writing to the mail.
