How to start the quest
While completing A Day the Grand Temple Inscribed with Ages of =A long day in the mountains series, interact with the energy flow on the bridge - this will take you to the Luyang Academy, which has become a center of art and painting, and update the active task in your Journal.

Once you reach the main building of Luyang, you will see a dim star – it is with its help that you can free the locals from the curse of Melanta.
Investigate the strange ink stain
Head towards the marker next to a blob resembling a humanoid silhouette. It will lead to a room with a tightly locked door. Attempts to overcome the obstacle with brute force will be futile, so Traveler will decide to look for a way around it.
Find the ink man
Explore the marked points of interest one by one - near the door and the stairs.

Proceed to the next area, following the silhouette's movements, it will lead you to another canvas. As you approach it, Traveler will be attacked by the Domain keepers. Defeat the guards and proceed to the second puzzle.
Use the power of your "hand" to restore the pavilion, retrieve the exquisite resource chest, and speak with the freed ones. Grateful for saving her, Daozi recognizes Zeitlind as the older sister and will be happy to show her the way to the hiding place of one of the stolen items.

Go to the Abode of Resplendent Talent
Examine the painting to teleport to the Abode of Resplendent Talent . The path between the corridors in this area is linear: follow the marker and you'll soon reach a room where you'll receive a photograph of Hilda in a gilded frame.
Examine the window and continue your exploration
Agree to fulfill Daozi's request and, by interacting with the window, transition to another dimension. Follow the path of the ink people and you'll reach the room with the two canvases.

Solving the puzzle has two stages.
- Use the painting located on the left and move it to the opening nearby.
- Use the Nihilita minion's skill to grab the piece of art located on the right side of the wall and move it to the left (at the same time, free the first crane from Kanou's puzzles).
After this you can proceed to the second part of the challenge.
- Using the canvas that has the window on it, turn 180° and restore a part of the structure.
- Bring your garden landscape to life with a painting featuring an arched opening.
How to restore the interior and outdoor landscapes:

After obtaining your reward, speak with the Fontaine man. He'll introduce himself as Maukie and ask you to follow him to a safe place.

Before returning to the Pillar Hall Central Zone, speak with everyone: Bosch will share the story of Raumhilda, and Istoria will find solace in Zeitlind after hearing of her older sister's death.
