Elden Ring It has three main endings, each of which leads to a specific trophy or achievement. However, players can see four different branches, which in total open up 6 variations of the ending of the Interearth storyline.
This guide details the steps to unlock each available achievement, and lists the points that need to be solved in order to obtain key items.
All major endings in Elden Ring
Ending | Condition for receiving |
---|---|
Lord of Elden (Elden Lord): | standard ending, to which Melina led the main character throughout the game. |
star age (Age of the Stars): | One of two alternate endings in which the protagonist helps witch Rannie take the role of "eternal spouse" instead of Marika. |
Lord of the Furious Flame (Lord of Frenzied Flame): | One of the negative endings of the game, as a result of which the main character burns Erdtree, releasing Rabid Flame Three Fingers. Therefore, to obtain it, it is necessary to find it in the expanses of the Inter-earth Three fingers. |
The "Lord of Elden" ending can be obtained without any specific actions or routes, while "Star Age" and "Lord of Raging Flame" need extra steps, not included in the main story of Interearth.
Alternate branches of history
Ending | Condition for receiving |
---|---|
Age of Fracture (Age of Fracture) as an offshoot of "Lord of Elden": | Finish the story as usual. |
Age of Twilight (Age of Duskborn) as an offshoot of "Lord of Elden": | Complete Fii's quest and receive the Integral Rune of the Prince of Death. |
Age of Despair (Blessing of Despair) as an offshoot of "Lord of Elden": | Complete the Scrap Eater quest to receive an Intact Dread Curse Rune. |
The Age of Order (Age of Order) as an offshoot of "Lord of Elden": | Complete Priest Korin's quest to receive an Integral Rune of Prime Order. |
Prevent Melina's sacrifice, as an offshoot of Lord of Raging Flames: | Get Furious Flame to Melina's victims. |
Do not influence Melina's decision, as an offshoot of Lord of Raging Flames: | Get Furious Flame after Melina's victims. |
The "Lord of Elden" ending has four an offshoot that changes the continuation of the game depending on the rune that will be used after defeating the final boss.
The Lord of Raging Flames ending doesn't really have "bright" ramifications: regardless of whether Raging Flames is obtained to or after Melina's sacrifice, the final scene will remain unchanged.
Lord of Elden and its offshoots
Age of Breaking
The first alternate ending for "Lord of Elden" Age of Fracture, is considered the default outcome of the Inter-Earth storyline. To unlock it, you must kill at least two demigods and Morgott, take the giant's fire to burn the spikes blocking the path, and defeat Maliket in the walls of the Ruined Farum Azula.
After all the items have been found, and the conditions have been met, go to the walls of the capital of the kingdom of Leindell to fight with Beast of Elden. As soon as he is defeated, in the window that appears with a choice, click on "Repair Elden's ring».
Age of Twilight
Second alternate ending Age of Twilight, obtained by completing Fii's questline, which rewards the protagonist with the Entire Rune of the Prince of Death at the end. To unlock it, you must kill the final boss and select "Use a Full Rune of the Prince of Deathinstead of "Fix Elden's Ring".
This ending plunges the lands of Interearth into agonizing mistbecause the principle of life within death is being introduced into the once indestructible Order.
Age of Despair
Third alternate ending Age of Despair, obtained by completing questline of the Scavenger, which rewards the protagonist with an Entire Rune of Dire Curse. To unlock it, you must kill the final boss and select "Use Full Rune of Dread Curse».
This ending can hardly be called “positive”, since the Scrap Eater is one of the brightly negative characters of the Interearth, who, through the hands of the hero Elden, dooms all the inhabitants of the open world to insane torment and heartbreaking suffering.
Age of Order
Fourth alternate ending The Age of Order, obtained by completing Brother Korin's questline, which rewards the protagonist with an Entire Rune of Prime Order. To unlock it, you must kill the final boss and select "Use Entire Prime Rune».
In this ending, the world of Interearth as a whole will remain untouched - every movement will return to its usual course, with the exception of the wayward demigods, who were defeated by the hero of Elden once and for all.
Star Age (best ending)
star age is the second "main" ending of Elden Ring, which can be unlocked by completing Rennie's questline. To unlock it you need:
- Kill the demigod boss referred to as Queen Rennala Full Moon.
- Complete Rennie's questline.
- Put on dark moon ring on Rennie's finger, thus taking the role of "eternal spouse" instead of Marika.
- Kill the final boss.
- Summon Rennie through the blue call sign on the floor to see the return of the stars.
Thus, Rennie will take the place of Marika as the Queen of the Interearth, and the main character, as mentioned earlier, will become her husband and Lord of Elden. The order erected by the woman will be related to the Dark Moon, the powers of which she wields.
And after the new truths are accepted by the world, Rennie will leave reality along with the Extinguished One, thus leaving the vast expanses of open lands without an "active" ruler.
Lord of Raging Flames (bad ending)
To unlock the ending "Lord of the Furious Flame”, execute Hietta quest chain and obtain the Seal of Raging Flames after meeting the Three Fingers in the capital of the Leindell Kingdom. After defeating the final boss and select "Become the Lord of the Furious Flame».
This ending can be called the worst, as Elden's hero dooms the existing order to painful chaos, burning Erdtree.
Age of Absolute (secret ending)
The Age of the Absolute - an ending for which no official confirmation has been given at the moment.
Many players who have completed most of the Elden quest chains have noticed that the quests of Nefeli, Gideon, Kenneth Hite and other important NPCs in the world of Interearth "unfinished". Dialogues with them do not have an exact conclusion, as well as the instructions that they issue.
Thus, the assumption was made about the existence of an additional ending in Elden Ring, referred to as the "Age of the Absolute". However, at the moment, not a single person who has completed the game 100% has encountered it.
How to get all endings in Elden Ring?
- Complete all of the above conditions (complete all available quest lines and get the required runes).
- Do game backup (We go along the path: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\EldenRing\FOLDER\, and save all files) before the fight with Radan, Scourge of the Stars. Thus, it is possible to get each ending without going through side quests, repeated encounters with other monsters, etc.
- Before getting Raging Flame, craft another game backupto be able to look at the other endings that will be locked after inheriting the Raging Flame Lord title.
What the hell is this
To get all the endings, it’s enough to make one backup, but here you need more effort, namely, to complete the Valkyrie quest and get Michela’s needle, then you can get the flame ending, and after that use the needle and get other endings.
