Storytelling Techniques in Genshin Impact - hidden world quest from electro kingdom, which appears only after completing several tasks. In it, the Traveler will have to try out the plot of the new novel by the Inazuma writer, and as a reward he will be able to earn a secret achievement.
This guide will show you how to start Storytelling Techniques and pass the test in the Junkichi Dungeon.
How to start the Storytelling Techniques quest in Genshin Impact
The task will appear in the world immediately after receiving the achievement "Editorial opinion", which is achieved by completing the assignment "This is truly an outstanding novel" and the two diels that flow from it.
To speed up the process of meeting this requirement, use Traveler's Handbook. Open the "Orders" tab and at the top of the screen put Inazuma the desired region for holding dailies.
After receiving the quest, head to the north of Inazuma city and go down to its lower tier. There you will see two quarreling NPCs, on which a series of tasks is tied. Having completed "This is truly an outstanding novel", you will be able to start one of the next two dailies: their drop depends on which line you choose in the heroes’ dispute in the story.
Dubious romance?
To get this quest, you must agree with Junkichi. In the course of the story, a survey will be conducted among three NPCs scattered around the city.

Walkthrough of the quest Storytelling Techniques in Genshin Impact
Immediately after completing the last failed daily, you will see that a world quest signal has appeared above Junkichi: a blue exclamation mark.
Talk to Junkichi
To start the quest, talk to the writer. This time the man is working on another work and is again criticized by his editor. The traveler will have to get acquainted with the plot, being in the place of the main ninja character.
Walkthrough of the dungeon: listen to the story of Junkichi
During the dialogue, the Traveler will be transported to the space where the plot unfolds. From time to time you will encounter opponents -Nobushi: You don't have to kill them to complete the challenge, it will only affect Junkichi's narration.
Once in the dungeon, run straight to the stairs at the opposite end of the corridor and jump down. If in the process activate a falling attack, you can break through the floor and land on the floor below. Cross the room with the two samurai and head to the stairs leading up.
Climbing up, you will find yourself in a room with a lever on the wall. Activate it to move the stairs leading up to another floor. If you turn into the passage to the left of the lever, you will enter a room with more samurai and you can listen to more of Junkichi's narration. It is not necessary to do this, after the battle you still have to return and climb the mechanical ladder.
Once at the top, you will see another lever, and on the pedestal at the end of the room - three Precious Chests. When you open them, you will find that they completely empty. Activate the mechanism that lowers the ladder and climb up it to get to the last room of the dungeon.
At this stage, you can do otherwise: from the exit from the room, fly to the lower floor, to the dilapidated boards on the floor, and perform plunging attack. The floor will break, and the character will land among the reinforced opponents.
Weaken the enemies by activating the mechanism against the wall and defeat them. After that, stand on the elevator opposite the amplifying device, and it will take the character to the last room of the dungeon.
In any of the cases, you will find yourself in a room with red trees. Under one of them find and explore the yellow glow: This is where the ninja adventure ends and the writer completes the challenge.
Talk to Junkichi
Once out of the dungeon, discuss the narrative with the author and editor. This dialogue ends the quest.

A very tricky quest! I waited a month or two to complete it. Thanks to wotpack for the guides!
We're always happy to help! Just please, no swearing in the comments!
Literally the most difficult quest to obtain. I've been trying to get it for a year or more... I kept making the wrong choices, even though I followed the guides... Finally, a miracle happened... Today, completely by accident, when I set up Inazuma the day before yesterday... (Because I'm already tired of trying to get that daily with Victor in Twilight... How long have I been there, a month? Or more?)
"Immediately after completing the last uncompleted daily quest, you'll see a world quest signal appear above Junkichi: a blue exclamation mark."
Why is this daily quest uncompleted if it is already completed?
until it is completed it will be unpassable, and the sign will appear after it is completed
This is slightly incorrect advice. You need to agree with Junkichi, the writer, at least twice. He's adding superpowers to the novel, which will cause readers to complain. Then the fan survey quest will appear. But if you write as Shigeru asks, the novel will be written properly, there won't be any complaints, and Junkichi won't understand his mistakes. In short, agree with Junkichi twice, and with Shigeru once, and everything will go swimmingly.
I never expected there would be so many misconceptions about this quest in the guides... First, I initially agreed with Shigeru, and when it came to handing over three books, I gave them all three (the Literary Club one last). Second, when I started agreeing with Junkichi, here's a surprise: after the daily reader survey, the world quest immediately appeared. It's supposed to appear after Shigeru's route, right? So it turns out that the world quest isn't just unaffected by the order of the books, it's also completely unrelated to the writer and editor routes.
Thanks! We tried to collect all the feedback from the comments, including the long-suffering guide. We'll check it again.
Because to unlock the world quest, you need to complete "A Dubious Romance" four times. Agree with Junkichi at least once each time, and then support Shigeru on three different occasions. You only need to give the book to the Literature Club to progress in "This Novel... Looks Familiar?"—the rest were wasted. First, you fulfilled all of Shigeru's requirements, including the correct book, and then supported Junkichi—which unlocked the quest. The whole point of the story, for those who are clueless and skipping the plot, is that you must reconcile the author and the editor, achieving a balance between them. By choosing only one, you'll never reach the conclusion.
