How to start the Sinister Instruction quest in Genshin Impact
To get all the treasures, you will have to come to the sanctuary and pray for four real days. Once a day, the player will be able to talk to Washizu, a distraught samurai sitting near the shrine. The shrine and the required NPC are located on Yashiori Island, in the Serpent's Head area.

The first day

Fourth day
