July 2026 brought unexpected results for HoYoverse and many other projects. Due to widespread conflicts within the community, the long-time leader Love and Deepspace lost ground and fell to the bottom of the list, behind all the popular gachas. Meanwhile, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero saw revenue growth and occupied the entire top three for the first time.
The data was collected by SensorTower and covers only mobile audiences, but still reflects general revenue trends.

The absolute leader with a total of almost $56,000,000 was Genshin ImpactThe reason for such a sharp increase was the release Sandrone's "Puppets" — the first heroine of the future region and a representative of the Star Reactions mechanic. A slightly lesser contribution was made by the latest addition of versatile supports in the form of Shamans of Sitlali и goddess Columbine.
Honkai: StarRail took second place, earning $42,000,000 after its release. Himeko Nova's navigator and new characters from the Fate/SN collaboration — sorceress Rin Tohsaka и King GilgameshNumerous reruns of the version proved less popular among fans.
A star Zenless Zone Zero, which suddenly brought the project to the top after six months of stagnation, turned out to be Hunter Remiella Dunn — its release helped the game earn $37,800,000 in a month. It significantly outpaced engineer Norma и aristocrat Velina, which opened the second season of the game and a new region.

Wuthering Waves continues to hold its place in the top ten. This time, the release of the already familiar SP version of Yang Yang: Xuanling and the noble lady Sui Sui helped secure sixth place and raise $27,000,000.
Neverness to Everness earned only $10,800,000 and fell to 15th place on the list. Shinku dragon и operative Ira failed to surpass either the first patch or the previous update.
With the advent of Commander of Wisdom gacha Arknights: Endfield remained at the bottom of the top 20.

Battle Cats... Now that's what I call a game. Sure, there's some sexy stuff, but there are also some super ugly cats and guys. And it's a cool game. It's a good one to get hooked for a while. It's a shame that because of the Chinese servers, there's no way to save your progress if you delete the game from your device.
Oh, and I just remembered the most important thing: no stifling, mandatory 500-hour storyline—that's the biggest plus. I'd happily play many of those Gashni events if they didn't have those super-dumb dialogues before they started. I don't care that you've decided to hold target practice for the 150000th time; just let us shoot and then we'll go our separate ways, NEPs.
I hope Endfield can do it someday, it's a decent game, if they keep up the standard, of course.
I don't know who in their right mind still plays Hoe's gachas, much less donates to them.
I logged into Genshin Impact after a year of inactivity, and nothing has changed at all. Astral is dead, with zero online. The pre-Snezhnaya warmup is incredibly weak. I don't even have the desire to play through this artificially stretched-out 20-hour storyline. It's the same story with Honkai, nothing good. I'm happy for Z, but it's kind of weird that NN Pickfly (of which there are tons) brought in more money than the 3.0 release...
Overall, I'm only a little disappointed with NTE; the game is absolutely top-notch. It's the best gacha game out there right now (IMHO). Although I understand this is from mobile devices, most people play it on PCs and consoles.
Common sense probably left the chat room long ago.
The game, released 6 years ago, which is increasingly being crippled by Hoe's greed, is still in the revenue volume.
Neither the first anniversary, nor Natlan, nor the lousy attitude toward player feedback, nor the cancellation of the summer patch, nor the supposedly obsolete Quols, nor the game's technical backwardness—(many) players are willing to forgive anything, just so long as a new feature comes out. They have no "time for other games," no desire to try anything else (outside of HoE games, for example), and no desire to stop whitewashing Gensh by hook or by crook.
I'm glad for the Z. The top is fair.
Jellied lard has won again (third place). Is this world worth saving?
Z somehow survived. I even gave up on logging in, but they showered me with gifts: a choice of Legion, a choice of Signal, 30 Spins. I decided to check in to pick up the gifts. And I realized I actually liked the storyline in this patch.
They've added Extraction, but it's not that disgrace from the last patch where you play as Banba, but a decent one, like in NTE "Pink Paws Heist." In this mode, they give you maxed-out Probes. I picked Yixuan and Shunguang. I don't like them—I haven't played them. But they're so strong that they wipe out all the enemies in one company.
By the way, it wasn't the jellied lard that pulled the patch, but the pink chicken pikmi. How did they sell it? And the cutscene with the waltz with the main character, and the scene where she dries the main character off with a towel, "And now you dry me, dry my feathers..."
Zeta hadn't planned on dying. Where was she, a pikmi? Learned a new word, but not its meaning? How ridiculous are these guys...
Well, check out what "pikmi" is. There are non-takus there who lick the screen from that side—pretty much everyone.
And yes, he hadn't planned on dying. Right from the end of the first season, when the lead designer quit and the show went into overdrive, and the scripts started to get written haphazardly.
Yeah, until the next Void Hunter)) As you can see from the graph, it's not just men who aren't selling in Z. I wonder if they'd label every character a Void Hunter, they'd sell like hotcakes.
