Explore a vast archipelago—that's what the world map of this pirate PvE sandbox looks like. Windrose — you can play alone, with friends, or with strangers. The game is packed with secrets, hidden quests, and treasures. To make your hours-long adventure across randomly generated islands easier, use the interactive map. This tool downloads points of interest data from your personal save and posts it on the website, making it easy to get lost on your way to meeting Blackbeard.
Windrose Interactive Map
The tool features a minimalist design and uses only a search bar for navigation. In addition to manually entering the names of objects, you can select a marker on the map and view additional pop-up information about it.
Because the world is randomly generated, you must load your save file layout before using the site. To do this, click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
Choose one of the two available methods and follow the instructions. The easiest way to do this is with the world layout generator. Simply download the .exe file from the link and run it while in your world.
The .json file created alongside the .exe file should be dragged into the designated area. This world data will then be used to place markers on the interactive map.
