The Wargaming User Support Center has changed its loyalty policy regarding the restoration of sold premium vehicles.
As it was before
Previously, it was possible to restore the sold 1 tank (premium or promotional) once a year. If you have previously sold rare premium vehicles that cannot be restored from the Garage, then you had to submit an application to the CPP and wait for its consideration.
How will it be now
Now the whole process is automated with the help of a bot. The article has been updated and now, thanks to the automatic functionality for the direct restoration of sold equipment, there is no need for the participation of an ordinary CPP employee, which speeded up the application review process. The number of tanks to be restored is no longer limited.
Algorithm for restoring sold premium/promotional equipment
To get started, you can try to restore available vehicles directly from the Garage:
- Go to the section "Stock".
- Select from the menu on the left "Technique in the hangar".
- Let's go to the subsection "Recovery", which displays a list of available rare or premium vehicles.
- Click on the picture of the equipment you are going to restore.
- In the recovery window, select the required additional conditions.
- Click "Restore". After that, the tank will return to the Hangar.
Recovery rules
- Any amount of equipment is subject to restoration, but for each one you will have to create a separate application.
- The cost of restoration is equal to the amount of the sale of the tank for credits + a surcharge of 10% of this amount.
- Vehicles are restored without camouflage and with 50% crew.
- A free slot for a recoverable tank is required in the Garage.
Vehicle recovery with a new loyalty policy

- Choose the car you need from the list;
- Click "Submit Application";
- We expect accrual, usually occurs within a minute.
Such changes can really please the players. One of the best innovations in recent times.

Equipment in "Restoration" marked "Indefinitely" can be seized by the company at its discretion. I lost my ISU152K there and now they are freezing. I advise you not to sell equipment if you want to temporarily replenish loans through this. Then to buy it back is not a fact that it will turn out.
