In Genshin impact, Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins is an Electro Polearm user who takes the role of the main damage dealer, playing from the Lunar-Charged reaction. When activating the ultimate, he switches to a special stance, in which his blows are strengthened. At the same time, his build does not differ much from most "classic" main-DD, since the accent stats are still crits, although, in addition to them, he needs elemental mastery.
He plays exclusively in Lunar-Charged and will perform much worse in other teams, but he can still be used if he has a Hydro ally. His primary gameplay revolves around activating a cheap version of his ultimate, which means you'll have to get used to a certain rotation when playing him.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Flins complements the collection of electro damage dealers, but differs significantly from them in that he is strictly tied to certain teams and allies. This is partly balanced by the fact that his signature units are quite strong and easy to build in terms of combat equipment, allowing you not to spend too many resources on him.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Strong primary damage dealer, will be able to act as the center of the group and clear the current content. Enhanced Elemental Burst requires less energy, which allows you to almost not pay attention to the ER stat. | Plays from just one reaction. Works best with Electro and Hydro characters via Lunar-Charged. Putting him in groups with other reactions is highly discouraged, as his ult's repeat hits depend on thunderclouds. |
| Automatically summons and amplifies Lunar-Charged. This frees him from third-party buffers of this reaction, although he will get more benefits with them. | Minor variation of groupsRequires Moonsign levels, which necessitates taking at least one Nod-Krai companion to deal decent damage. This ally can be any, but he performs best when paired with Ineffa. Together, their party's combined damage output increases by approximately 40%. |
| Easy to build.. Flins needs attack power, Crit DMG, and crit chance. He also wouldn't mind elemental mastery, although this stat isn't as important due to ATK being converted into Elemental mastery. | Dependent on constellations, which not only strengthen the character, but also significantly simplify the game for him due to additional energy and reduction of cooldowns. |
| Large variety of suitable weapons , which will allow you to select an option in case if you don't get the signature. | |
| Makes it easier to explore the world because he shows Nod-Krai specialties on the map. |
Best Kyryll Builds in Genshin Impact
The Lightkeeper is the primary damage dealer, but all of his damage comes from reactions, which influences his build. Kyryll's build should focus on both attack power and a balance of critical damage and critical chance, as Lunar-Charged can critically hit.
Elemental Mastery is especially important: it's essential for elemental synergies, but since Flins gets it from ATK, it's not a major focus. He'll also benefit from some energy regeneration, especially if he's playing without a second Electro.
Recommended Stats
The hero's main stat is ATK, he converts it into Elemental mastery and buffs damage from it. This characteristic should be looked for in the clock, goblet and secondary stats. If desired, you can take the goblet or clock on EM, but make sure you have at least 2000 ATK for the passives to work. Look for the circlet with CRIT Rate or DMG, giving preference to the stat that is more suitable for balance. Energy recovery, Elemental mastery, ATK and crits are also useful in sub-stats.
Use an attack power goblet. He doesn't need electro damage.

Recommended values:
- ATK: 2000 for the two passives to work properly.
- Energy recharge: Around 130%-140% for quickly gaining your ultimate with Electro Resonance. If you're playing with C1 and the Signature, it's acceptable to reduce the value to 110-120%.
- KS: 40-50% if you use the signature set.
- Crit DMG: 160% and more.
- Elemental Mastery: 100-200, excluding your own buff and allies' buffs.
Weapon Tier List
Despite playing with the new reaction, building Kyryll is not much different from building any classic damage dealer, where crits are prioritized, and the most useful stats and buffs are sought after by the residual principle. Although his signature spear significantly increases damage, the hero cannot be called "signature-dependent", such an increase is standard for a main DD:
- Kyryll's signature weapon is better than other legendary analogues by about 15 %;
- The alternative 5⭐ spears are approximately equal to each other and differ only by 10 %;
- Epic variants are weaker than the signature by 20 % at P5 and by 30 % at P1.

Bloodsoaked Ruins |
After activating Elemental Burst, the equipping character's Lunar-Charged reaction damage is increased by 36 % for 3.6 sec. If the equipping character activates the reaction, their CRIT DMG is increased by 28 % for 6 seconds, and it also restores 12 Energy. Energy Recharge occurs once every 14 seconds. | Not only provides all the necessary stats, but also gives a boost to the Moonsign reaction itself. Additional energy recovery will allow you to search for this characteristic in artifacts less. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 44-542 CRIT Rate: 9.6%-44.1% |
The wearer gains an ATK bonus equal to 52%-104% from their Elemental mastery. Hitting an enemy with an E grants the Dream of the Scarlet Sands for 10 seconds: the ATK bonus of the character equipped with this weapon increases by 28%-56% of their Elemental Mastery. The effect stacks up to 3 times. | Although Chudomirovich's scaling comes from ATK, Elemental mastery is extremely important for him to deal damage with Lunar-Charged. The staff will increase all three key stats. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 46-608 CRIT DMG: 14.4%-66.2% |
Increases HP by 20%-40%. Also grants an ATK bonus equal to 0.8%-1.6% of the equipped character's Max HP. When the HP of the character equipped with this weapon drops below 50%, its attack power is further increased by 1%-1.8% of their max HP. | Provides useful stats, but overall is considered just a "stick with crits" for this hero. If you play with Ineffa, you shouldn't count on the increase from the second bonus. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 48-674 CRIT Rate: 4.8%-22.1% |
Increases ATK by 3.2%-6.0% for 6 seconds. The bonus can be stacked up to 7 times and occurs no more than once every 0.3 seconds. At level 7, the stacking increases damage by 12%-24%. | Has a huge base, crit chance and universal buff. The bonus is easy to stack in the first seconds of the battle and fight at full power, since the light wielder has fast strikes. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 46-608 ATK: 10.8%-49.6% |
Increases shield durability by 20%-40%. When hit, increases ATK by 4%-8% for 8 sec, the effect stacks up to 5 times and occurs every 0.3 sec. In addition, under the defense of the shield, the bonus is increased by 100%. | Shows excellent results with Ineffa or another shield, but without it becomes weaker by about 15% of the outgoing damage. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 46-608 CRIT DMG: 14.4%-66.2% |
After activating an elemental skill or elemental burst, attack power increases by 24/30/36/42/48% for 20 sec. If the equipped character creates a shield during this time, then for 20 sec. they gain the effect of Electrifying Edict: the reaction damage of Lunar-Charged of all team members nearby is increased by 40/50/60/70/80%. | Although the Lightkeeper is unable to create shields and receive buffs to Moonsign, the first bonus and main stats are useful for him. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 46-608 CRIT DMG: 14.4%-66.2% |
ATK is increased by 12%-24%. When the wielder is inactive, their attack power increases by 12%-24%. After the healing is done, the healer and recipient receive the Sweet Echoes effect: their ATK increases by 32%-64% for 3 sec. The bonus works even from the pocket. | Even though the second part of the passive cannot be activated, Crit DMG from the sub-stat and ATK from the first bonus are enough. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 41-454 CRIT Rate: 8%-38.8% |
If there are 2 or more enemies nearby, increased ATK and DEF by 16%-32%. If there are less than 2 enemies nearby, increases ATK by 24% –48%. | Although the spear's base is not that high, it is compensated by high Crit Rate. This both simplifies the selection of crits in general and allows you to gain more other useful characteristics. |
![]() Five-star Base stat: 48-674 Energy recharge: 8%-36,8% |
Increases crit chance by 8%-16% and normal attack speed by 12 %. On hit with a normal or charged attack, there is a 50% chance to activate an intangible blade that deals 40%-100% damage in a small radius. Can occur every 2 sec. | The substat alone provides the required amount of ER%, eliminating the need to search for this stat in artifacts. However, the passive is practically useless for Chudomirovich. |
![]() Sacrificer's Staff |
For 6 seconds after the elemental skill hits an enemy, attack power increases by 8/10/12/14/16%, and energy recovery by 6/7,5/9/10,5/12%This effect stacks up to 3 times and occurs even when the equipped character is not on the battlefield. | It can't compete with the Signature even with awakenings, but it's an extremely comfortable option, as it significantly increases all the necessary stats. The low Crit Rate isn't critical, since the set Night of the Sky's Unveiling gives a sufficient increase. |
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 42-510 CRIT Rate: 6%-27.6% |
If there are 3 or more characters of different elements in a party, elemental mastery increases by 120-240 . | Since the concept of Lunar-Charged groups involves playing in three elements, it is easy for the hero to activate the weapon bonus. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 42-510 ATK: 9%-41.3% |
Increases Charged damage by 48 %, and Lunar-Charged damage by additional 12%. During Full Moon, increases Lunar-Charged damage by additional 12 %. |
The only DPS spear besides Bloodsoaked Ruins that can offer a direct reaction buff, but it's hard to balance the build with since it doesn't provide anything other than ATK, making having the Nod-Krai set critical. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Main stat: 42-510 ATK: 9%-41.3% |
For 10 seconds after triggering Elemental Reaction, ATK is increased by 12%-24%, EM - by 48-96 . | A decent option for F2P, if the fifth awakening is obtained. Due to the constant trigger of Moonsign, there will be no downtime in the passive. |
To equip other heroes, use weapons tier list.
Choosing Artifacts
Artifacts for Kyryll should complete the overall balance of the build and combine with the chosen weapon. The signature set is stronger than the alternative options by about 20%, and the analogues are practically equal (± 7%damage) in benefit to each other.

2 Piece: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. 4 Piece: If party members trigger Moonlight reactions while the equipped character is active, the Moonlight effect is activated for 4 seconds: Intent: If the party's Moonsign is Nascent Light/Full Radiance, the critical hit rate is increased by 15%/30%. The damage of all party members' Moonlight reactions is increased by 10% for each active Moonlight effect of different types. This bonus can occur even if the equipped character is not on the battlefield. |
The best option, the full build of which you should strive for. Gives Elemental mastery, significantly increases Crit Rate and the reaction itself, perfectly synergizes with top teams and is tailored to the hero's gameplay. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
2 Piece: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. 4 Piece: For 8 seconds after triggering Elemental Reaction, the equipping character receives the following buffs, depending on the elements of allies:
Each of these buffs counts up to 3 characters. The effect can occur once every 8 seconds, even if the equipping character is off-field. |
Allows you to balance Elemental mastery and ATK, but in secondary characteristics it is important to find a lot of crits, especially if the weapon does not have it. |
⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
2 Piece: Electro damage +15%. 4 Piece: Increases the damage of Overloaded, Charged, Superconduct and Hyperbloom by 40%. Damage from Aggravate and Lunar-Charged is increased by 20%. When activating the listed reactions or Quicken, the cooldown of E is reduced by 1 sec. Can occur once every 0.8 sec. |
In fact, this set is not very profitable and would be better only than a mix. The hero does not need the E-rollback reduction, and Electro damage is secondary for Chudomirovich, so all the benefit comes down to the Moonsign buff. |
![]() Gladiator’s Finale (Shimenawa's Reminiscence / Vermillion Hereafter / Echoes of an Offering / Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods, Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy, Unfinished Reverie) Wanderer's Troupe / Gilded Dreams / Flower of Paradise Lost / Night of the Sky's Unveiling ![]() |
2 Piece: increases attack power by 18%. 2 Piece: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. |
Any mix increases pure stats, but does not provide any useful bonuses. |
Teams
Flins relies heavily on his teams, which must not only contain a Hydro companion to inflict status damage but also a Nod-Krai representative to increase Moosign. A second Electro for energy boosting would also be helpful. Since the Lightkeeper's primary damage comes from his reaction, the Elemental bonus provides no benefit. The most valuable benefits are increased Elemental Mastery and Attack Power, as well as reduced enemy resistances.

Heroes with the best synergy
The lightkeeper interacts best with the following characters:
| Character | Element | Weapon | Features |
|---|---|---|---|
Ineffa | Electro | Polearm | A top companion for Flins, as she shares mechanics related to Moonsign reaction. The robot provides a shield that covers Kyryll while in a standing position and buffs Moonsign damage, significantly increasing the character's damage output. |
Columbina | Hydro | Catalyst: | A signature Hydro support for any Lunar Reaction. Provides stable status, increased reaction damage, and personal damage, but is less of a priority than Ineffa. |
Dori | Electro | Claymore | An optimal support choice without Ineffa, as it allows you to take the more valuable Sucrose instead of Lan Yan. She triggers the Resonance, restores energy while your Ultimate is active, and heals. |
Ororon | Electro | Bow | Electro hero for the resonance and additional energy from the pocket. He plays best in various Taser variants, so he can fully shine in groups with Flins. Best played on C6. |
Fischl | Electro | Bow | A good source of energy and additional damage if Ororon is not upgraded, but does not show supernatural results. |
Iansan | Electro | One-handed sword | Provides an ATK buff and triggers Resonance, and can also provide a small amount of healing. However, the healing is very limited, and if you don't have another companion with support abilities in your party, it's important to play carefully. |
Kuki | Electro | One-handed sword | Can simultaneously fill the healer slot and Electro Resonance, like Dori. Xiphos' Moonlight is the top-tier gear choice, especially on awakenings. |
Hydro | Claymore | Free Hydro Applicator, who is from Nod-Krai, so will give one level of Moonsign just for being in the team. The main interest, besides the elemental status, is her sixth constellation, which increases the damage from Moonsign. | |
Yelan | Hydro | Bow | Strong sub-DD, providing a large amount of water effect on enemies. Can carry a support weapon, such as Elegy for the End, to buff allies. |
Furina | Hydro | One-handed sword | Despite the fact that the buff from Fanfares is practically not needed by Kyryll, the heroine is still one of the most convenient Hydro applicators, she will give enough status to constantly trigger Moonsign. |
Sucrose | Anemo | Catalyst: | She's notable not only for her pulling and Swirling, but also for her Elemental Mastery boost, which directly affects Lunar-Charged. She's stronger than other support heroes of her element, including Legendaries. However, she's only worth picking with Ineffa or another shield/healer, as her survivability is significantly reduced. |
Lan Yan | Anemo | Catalyst: | If you don't have Ineffa for your team and don't want to play Sucrose and Dori, this is a good alternative. She Swirls elements for buffs and increases Elemental mastery if she has constellations. |
Jahoda | Anemo | Bow | An alternative epic companion for triggering the Lunar Resonance. Useful if Sucrose is busy with another team or if neither Aino nor Ineffa is available. |
If you don't have an Ineffa that can simultaneously cover your Resonance and Healing/Protection needs, and you don't like the supports in the table above, we recommend choosing the following support companions:

Chudomirovich's most important ally is Ineffa, so choose your setup based on her presence or absence on your account. The best Hydro partner is Columbina, but she has an alternative in the form of the epic Aino, so she's less important.

Groups with Ineffa
The synergy between Chudomirovich and Ineffa is not a direct enhancement as in the case with Swordswomen Skirk and Сhef Escoffier, but rather a mutually beneficial interaction in battle. They can be compared to a combinatio of nSaurian Hunter Kinich and Perfumer Emilie, where both characters are designed to play in the same rare conditions and therefore perform best together.
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Ineffa | Columbina | Sucrose Berry (C6) | The most powerful variation is with Columbina and Sucrose, but if they're unavailable or busy with another group, you can take Aino and Jahoda, especially if the latter is C6. Since Ineffa is already responsible for the team's survivability, you can forgo using Amber for Hyposelenia and take another catalyst if you don't have a pressing need for HP. | |
Ineffa | Columbina | Odette | Thanks to Odette, new members are added to the group Star reactionsDamage is slightly reduced, but the addition of a strengthened Conductor allows you to bypass monster blocks from 7.X versions, "extending" the squad's lifespan. | |
Ineffa | Yelan Furina | Sucrose Jahoda | A combo for when Columbina isn't on your account and Aino is busy with another setup, such as Zibai or Nefer's. Ideally, give Yelan Elegy for the End, for the additional bonus to allies. | |
Ineffa | Columbina | Xilonen Zhongli | A team with a Geo support instead of an Anemo one. The damage will be lower due to the lack of the Elemental mastery buff, but you won't lose the resistance cut. In this team, it's better to equip Xilonen or Zhongli with a 4⭐ set Instructor, as it provides allies with an Elemental Mastery bonus. |
Groups without Ineffa
While the robot doesn't directly increase the Lightkeeper's damage, without her, Flins-based compositions become approximately 40% weaker. Columbina improves this by approximately 15%, but doesn't solve the survivability, resonance, or energy issues. If you want to fully play the Snowland Fae representative and cover all endgame content, sticking with the former Harbinger of Fatui and achieving the same level of damage is impossible.
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Columbina | Sucrose | Dori Kuki | Dori triggers Electro Resonance and replenishes energy, allowing you to use the optimal Sucrose as an Anemo support, even though she doesn't have her own group defense. You can replace her with Kuki, but it's less useful. Columbina or Aino creates a second level of Moonsign. | |
Columbina | Fischl Ororon Iansan | Lan Yan | If you don't have Ineffa on your account, we recommend a combination with Colombino/Aino, Lan Yan, and any Electro-based hero for the sub-DD role. Playing without Electro Resonance is quite difficult, especially without the Signature Spear, as it will make it difficult to generate energy. | |
Furina | Fischl Ororon | Jahoda | This combo can be played with or without Aino. Moonsign level XNUMX will be reached either way, but the mechanic girl has better uptimes for her abilities. Any Electro hero can be used. | |
Columbina | Fischl Ororon Iansan | Jean Sayu | The composition is practically identical to the previous one, but with a healer instead of a shielder. Suitable for those who don't want to level Lan Yan or prefer to play with a healer; otherwise, the gameplay remains the same. | |
Columbina | Iansan Sara | Bennett | A variation of a group with two attack buffers, though the least weak compared to the above due to the lack of any resistance cutoff. Chudomirovich is a good bet for both the clock and goblet with EM in this team. | |
Barbara | Lynette | A budget team, consisting entirely of free characters. Barbara is responsible for survival, and also triggers Hydro Resonance. For the fourth slot, it is better to take Lynette using Viridescent Venerer. |
Features
The main stat is critical damage. HP, ATK, and defense also increase. Since Lunar-Charged's damage is highly dependent on the level of the characters involved in the reaction, level 90 is crucial for the Lightkeeper. Unlocking levels 95 and 100 with Masterless Stella Fortuna is also welcome, he will receive a powerful boost from them.

Thus, after full levelling up to 90, the Crit DMG value without taking into account artifacts and weapons will be equal to 88.4%.

Skills

Since the hero is a main DD, all of his skills are aimed at causing significant damage to enemies. It is noteworthy that, unlike other damage dealers who focus on dealing elemental or physical damage, Flins plays through the damage from the reaction Lunar-Charged. His skill has two ways of using: one puts him into a stance, and the second changes the ult to a cheaper one, which is the center of the rotation. With the help of passive abilities, Kyryll can strengthen himself and transfer ATK into Elemental mastery.
Basic (Active) Skills
Let's look at the duration, effects and mechanics of all the companion's skills.
Pocztowy Demonspear
- Source of damage: ATK.
Normal attack: five consecutive spear strikes.
Charged attack: Spends stamina and throws the weapon in front of him.
Plunging Attack: rushes to the ground, after landing hits an area.
Ancient Rite: Arcane Light
- Source of damage: ATK.
- Cooldown: 16 seconds
- Northland Spearstorm Cooldown: 6 seconds
Switches to his Manifest Flame form with the following effects:
- Normal and charged attacks receive a strong infusion, and plunging attacks cannot be used.
- Interruption resistance increases.
- Elemental Skill Ancient Rite: Arcane Light is replaced with Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night .
Northland Spearstorm
- Deals Electro damage over an area.
- For 6 sec after use, replaces Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night Elemental Burst with the Thunderous Symphony ult.
- Thunderous Symphony has a 6 second cooldown and cannot be changed.
Ancient Ritual: Cometh the Night
- Source of damage: ATK.
- Cooldown: 20 seconds
- Enegry consumption: 80
- Energy Consumption of Thunderous Symphony: 30
Deals Electro damage over an area, and then deals two intermediate and one final Electro strikes, which is considered Lunar-Charged.
Moonsign — Ascendant Gleam: If there are thunderclouds nearby, deal two additional hits that count as Lunar-Charged damage.
If the ult is activated within 6 sec. after the Northland Spearstorm skill, it is replaced by Thunderous Symphony:
- Consumes less energy (30 instead of 80).
- Deals area-of-effect Electro damage, which is considered Lunar-Charged.
- Moonsign - Ascendant Gleam: If there are thunderclouds nearby, the AoE Electro damage that counts as Lunar-Charged is dealt again.
Passive Skills
The Lightkeeper's abilities, unlocked at levels 30, 50, and 70, are designed to improve his personal stats and Thundercloud damage, while also helping him gather resources for his companions' ascension.
Moonsign Benediction Passive: Old World Secrets
When allies activate the Charged reaction, it transforms into Lunar-Charged, and its base damage is increased by 0.7% for every 100 Attack Damage Flins has. The maximum buff is 14%. Additionally, when Kyryll is in the party, the level of Moonsign increases by 1.
Symphony of Winter
Grants the following buff depending on the level of Moonsign:
- Ascendant Gleam: Lunar-Charged reaction damage increased by 20%.
Whispering Flame
Elemental Mastery is increased by 8% of attack power, up to a maximum of 160 (2000 ATK).
A Light in the Dark
Marks Nod-Krai specialties on the minimap.
Talent Leveling Order
Elemental Burst (Q) > Elemental Skill (E) > Normal Attacks (Optional)
Priority of investment in skill upgrades:
- Elemental Burst — Chudomirovich's main source of damage, and he will use it several times in each rotation, so to get more damage you should upgrade it to the maximum level. Although the damage is considered Lunar-Charged, its scaling are written in the ult itself.
- Elemental Skill puts the hero into the stance and allows to press the reinforced E. Since the companion plays from the interaction of elements, the damage from the skill is not too important, although it will not be superfluous. Also, the scaling of normal attacks under infusion depend on the skill level, the Lightkeeper uses them between pressing the ult and Northland Spearstorm.
- Normal attacks don't need to be upgraded, since Flins only uses them in the E-stance, where there are separate percentages of damage increase that are not related to this ability.
Constellations
| Name | The effect |
| 1. Part the Veil of Snow [+30%] | The cooldown of the enhanced Elemental Skill is reduced to 4 seconds. Every 5.5 seconds each Lunar-Charged attack restores 8 Energy. |
| 2. The Devil's Wall [+60%] |
For 6 seconds after the Empowered E, the next normal attack will deal additional AoE Electro damage equal to 50% of his ATK, which is considered a reaction of Lunar-Charged. During Ascendant Gleam, if Flins is on the battlefield, his attacks reduce enemies' Electro Resistance by 25% for 7 sec. |
| 3. Stranger in the Night [+80%] | Increases Elemental Burst level by 3 (max lvl 15). |
| 4. Night on Bald Mountain [+98%] | Flins' ATK is increased by 20%. Passive skill is enhanced: EM is increased by 10% of ATK, up to 220. |
| 5. Exile's Shadow [+99%] | Increases Skill level by 3 (max lvl 15). |
| 6. Songs and Dances of Death [+181%] | Kyryll's Lunar-Charged damage is increased by 35%. During Ascendant Gleam, all allies' reaction damage is increased by 10%. |
The best constellations of Kyryll are С1, С2 and С6.
- The first constellation is the hero's strongest, as it allows him to use Empowered Elemental Burst an additional time per rotation (three instead of two), significantly increasing the Lightkeeper's damage output, as it's his primary source of damage. Since he always plays based on reactions, he will have a constant passive energy boost.
- The second constellation turns basic attacks into Lunar-Charged attacks, and the resistance reduction will trigger due to his bond with a Nod-Krai ally.
- The sixth constellation Gives Flins a 45% buff to Lunar-Charged he plays from and buffs his allies. The constellation has no conditions, so it will provide a useful buff to overall damage.
How to play Kyryll
Despite some specifics of his gameplay, Flins is a standard damage dealer, playing from a stance. It is worth noting that he has two Es and two ults, so they should be dealt with separately. The first skill does not deal damage, but only puts the hero into the stance, during which he can activate an enhanced skill every 10 seconds for 6 seconds. As for the second, it damages enemies and changes the use of an elemental burst.
While the Lightkeeper is in his stance, he has a regular ult, which should not be used due to its high cost. Pressing the enhanced E allows you to change the ult to a cheaper one every 6 seconds, which can be activated twice per rotation.
Another nuance is the additional impact from the elemental burst. It depends on two factors:
- The presence of Lunar-Charged clouds nearby.
- The presence of znother Nod-Krai character in the team for upgrading Moonsign to the second level.
In the stance, Chudomirovich increases his interrupt resistance by 50%, but during strikes he is still easy to knock down with powerful attacks, which is why it is recommended to add a shielder or a good healer to the team.
Rotation
Skill Order:E (Elemental Skill) > one normal attack > E (Enhanced Electrical Skill) > Q (Enhanced Elemental Burst) > normal attacks until E is ready > E (Enhanced Electrical Skill) > Q (Enhanced Elemental Burst) > normal attacks > switch to supports.
A more detailed rotation when playing Flins:
- Start the fight with the abilities of the supports and sub-DDs not only to distribute buffs, but also to apply Hydro status, which will subsequently trigger the interaction of the elements.
- Switch to the Lightkeeper and press E to enter the Manifest Flame stance, then perform one basic attack.
- Immediately after this, press "E" again, which will change to Northland Spearstorm and switch the ult to Thunderous Symphony.
- Most likely, by this point the supports will have accumulated 30 energy, so reset the elemental burst.
- Use normal attacks while infused while Northland Spearstorm is on cooldown, then reactivate it.
- Press Thunderous Symphony again and use basic attacks again. However, since the damage output from these attacks isn't very high, it's a good idea to avoid fighting until the end of the stance and switch to your allies almost immediately.
- Repeat from step XNUMX as your companions' abilities cool down.
Using an "expensive" ultimate in most situations is pointless, as it disrupts your normal rotation and negatively impacts your overall damage output throughout the entire battle. You can use it in rare situations with large crowds, such as during events or during certain stages of Imaginarium Theater.
Is the Character Worth Pulling For?

Although the 7.X meta is gradually moving away from the concept of Lunar Reactions, giving way to Star Reactions, Kirill Chudomirovich Fleance still holds the title of the strongest Electro damage dealer in the game. In the endgame of games like Spiral Abyss or Dark onslaught I still encounter many opponents for whom his commands are the most effective and convenient.
His main problem is his squads, as two of his signature supports are legendary and highly desirable. Pick up Elva if you already have Ineffa and/or Columbine on your account. However, if you don't have any of the above, it's best to skip him, as building a team from scratch for him in the current situation is very expensive and won't be as rewarding as it would have been in earlier patches.
What to Choose: C1 or Signature?
If there is no possibility to take both the constellation and equipment, and there is a choice of what exactly to take, it is worth considering:
- C1 increases the amount of elemental bursts per rotation by one, gives a lot of energy and significantly increases the hero's final damage.
- Kyryll's Signature increases damage from Moonsign reaction, grants useful stats and restores energy.
The first constellation will almost always be more useful for a hero than the signature weapon. The only exception is if the account doesn't have a wide variety of weapons and doesn't have the chance to equip any legendary weapon alternative.
Who should I get for Flins: Ineffa or Columbina?
Both Ineffa and Columbina can be a part of Flins's best teams. It's preferable to have both, but if your options are limited and you're choosing between the two, then go with Ineffa. She can't be fully replaced by any other Electro hero, as she provides too much: buffs, shields, damage output, and energy boost. Columbina has Aino as an alternative, who performs the same functions, so her absence from the team won't be as noticeable.
Character history, lore, and quests
Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins is a member of the Lightkeepers faction from Nod-Krai, which defends the region from the Wild Hunt. He is the lighthouse keeper and guards the nearby cemetery, where his father, also a Lightkeeper, is buried. Left alone in his team, he was awarded a special medal of civic gratitude for his service in the battle against the forces of the Abyss.
There are several secondary quests associated with him that are not unlocked or cannot be fully completed if the hero is not on the account:
Also, in the Final Night Cemetery, you can find assignments that trigger additional dialogues if you have Flins in your team:

I got it from the first spin, I just got the spin for the archon's quest and spent it right away
I have Flins with Signa, Columba with Signa, Inefa without Signa, but no Sucrose. From the Anemo Persians I have: Ifa, Mizuki, Lan Yan, Linet, Sayu, and Jin.
Can we add any of these and with what constellation? Or can we consider other options?
And also, what's better in this scenario, to knock out the signal inef or the flinsu c1
The anemo characters you listed are roughly the same (in Fleance's squad). Other options include Zhongli Shilonen or Aino (C6).
C1 will give Flins more than Ineffa's signal.
Take Sucrose, it attracts enemy ants to one spot (very useful for Aino, and for Flins too) and pours out a ton of MS (very useful for Flins, very useful). Collect it with an Emerald Set, Epic in her hands, and it's perfect, it'll cut through resistances like family. Chaska - DD, don't ruin such a woman, give it to me.
Where, actually, is the person who asked this?

Hello everyone. I have a premium pack of Fleance, got Ineff's Signature, and have 1 point on Fleance's Signature. I've decided to put Ineff's Signature on Fleance for now, and Favonius on Ineff itself (I'm really struggling with spears on my account, and I also have a level 90 Dragonsbane R3). But I'm wondering if I should finish off Fleance's Signature?
Can someone tell me if it's worth finishing off or saving gems for Snow? How much will the damage drop?
User named "Carrot," you seem to know your stuff, please help.
Listen, I'd tell you, of course, but I was just about to ask about the signature and stats, because I randomly knocked it out (I had some spins left, and the Chinese casino in me woke up). Honestly, I don't know. I'm struggling with the stats myself, I can't seem to level them up properly, but it's not because of the signature, it's because of my clumsy hands. And with the signature, I have no idea how to collect them; I've never calculated stats with signatures in my life.
I can't say much about the Snow pack, but judging by Odette, who's literally sub-DD/sub and knocks Mizuki out cold, the Snow packs will have damage no worse than the Nod-End characters. If you need damage and relevant characters, then wait for the Snow pack. Fleance's premium pack (to my great regret, I personally don't know how it hits, my flowerbed is Tignari) knocks out playable damage and is pleasing to the eye. I can only guess that the Snow premium pack will still be stronger, because they are 'new'.
Regarding damage, the sign - my Golden, I swear I don't know and I can't speak for myself, because my guys from the abyss are on vacation, and I have nothing to level up with, I haven't really studied the sign itself.
Flins's Signa gives you KU, restores energy, becomes 20/30% stronger, makes item selection much easier, you can lower the bar for VE and use it for crits, gives you lunar bonuses, etc. You probably know this.
In any case, you can calculate all these percentages and find out how much your damage is being buffed.
But Ineffa's Singa works well as a powerful stat-boosting weapon (crit and attack) for almost any DPS spearman, so Fleance won't lose much damage and will cover all content (though I think he covers everything anyway). He doesn't really need Singa; I think Prospector's Shovel would be just as good, especially if he has no stat issues; Ineffa will pull it off even with a weapon, so don't worry about that.
Honestly? It'll be a shame, but unless you're a collector of full packs and are madly hunting for numbers (a million digits won't add any weight to it, anyway), then expect a snowball fight.
Damn, I'm so sorry you lost to Columbine! Kolobok is very useful, Aino is fine too, but where you put your ult, it hits, Columbine will be more convenient.
As they say, "Arigato Guzaimas" for such a detailed answer! 🙂 I'll probably think hard about this point, hehe, I'll still skip. I need to save the gems for Snezhnaya, I think Flins will carry me with a crit stick.
Aino irritates me to no end, she's a sweet little girl, her energy drains quickly, but something's not right. I tried the flowerbed in the test version - it seemed much more convenient, a real sweetheart, but her rerun will probably take a while, and now she's having trouble with her energy savings.
If Fleance's stats are spot on (or at least medium-hardened and sufficient), then you can give the signal to its owner, and craft a prospector's shovel for Fleance to test the damage... by the way, if you do compare, please let me know; I'd be interested to know how much of an impact this has in practice.
But yeah, it's a shame, but it's better to save the money ;-D
I'll definitely try to use both builds: Flins with Ineffa's signature and Ineffa with her signature) I hope I won't forget to report back
I'm even thinking of donating to the mortal combat/ballad of the fjords from BP, it seems pretty good for Fleance too, and the shattered halo is for the owner, hehe
A signal is a signal, it's made for the character, it'll probably be more useful to the owner, haha. In any case, try whatever you deem necessary. I'm tired of thinking. By the way, I'll still manage to save up for Ineffa, even in less than 20 days. Natlan does its job, albeit slowly, but I already have 12 spins in two days in the evening, the main thing is not to lose 50/50. And by the way, Mortal Combat will be more convenient for him, it gives critical hits, but the MC ballad, which is often enough for Fleance, seems to be either enough or not... I can't remember, I'm getting old.
Is his C3 pretty good? His ult level increases, giving him a boost to attack power and MS.
Well, his c3 isn't particularly important to him, so you can, of course, spin it if you're rich and itching, but it's not worth it. Yes, the damage increases by some amount (sorry, I don't remember the details), but I don't think it's worth as many spins as c1/c2. C1 is a cooldown and the easiest rotation, while c2 removes enemy resistance (giving a huge boost to your team). Better save your money.
