
The East Wing Keycard is the only way to access the hospital rooms at Rhodes Hill Medical Center in Resident Evil Requiemto advance the story. It's hidden in the western part of the first floor, where you'll need to check often, but before you can find it, you'll need to find a way to unlock the door to the room. Where to find the East Wing keycard in Resident Evil Requiem
The key for the east wing reader is in the living room—the largest room on the west side, next to the kitchen. At the far end of the room lies the body of a medical worker, and next to him, under the table by the sofa, lies his severed arm.
Pick up a limb and rotate it using the mouse or left stick. By turning it palm-side, you can pick up the item you're holding.
How to open a door with a recess
You can't easily enter the room with the roulette table—there's a door with a unicorn on it, locked with an unusual key. In the center of the door is an octagonal recess resembling a red stone.
The item to be opened is located on the second floor of the administrative building, in the chairman's room near the lounge bar. The moon quartz for the door in the central hall.
As soon as you enter, turn left and look at the chest of drawers with a lamp. Under the lamp is unicorn boxTake the object in your hands and rotate it until an interaction point appears.
Inside, you'll find a red stone that fits perfectly into the recess in the door. Place it in its place and take the magnetic ID from the dead employee.
