How to get to the Red Moon
The red moon is located in the location of the first chapter, however, in order to open the way to it, you will have to fulfill a number of conditions:
- complete chapter 1 “Black Skies, Red Fire”;
- start chapter 2 “Yellow Sand, Quiet Twilight”;
- find Scales moon from the “important items” category.
Once all the specified conditions are met, you can begin searching for the first secret dragon boss. Next, we will describe in detail the route to the Red Moon from the nearest fast travel point.

From the indicated forest altar, step deep into the forest between boulders covered with moss. If you chose the right direction, you will pass a low stone lantern and at a fork you will come across a small group of ordinary enemies: at this point, in front of a high rock, you need to turn left.
Go around the overgrown ledge and onto the crooked path. Go to the passage with a collapsed tall building to find a small pass.
Soon you will notice a stone pillar and a chest next to it - between them there is a descent into the lower part of the forest. Next, move towards a group of two enemies at the far edge near high dark rocks, across a pond.
Look around the area with boulders and, as soon as you notice moss-covered monuments, walk past them. Thus, the mountain path will lead to a lake that hides a secret passage to the boss.
There is a waterfall in this place - if the key item is in the inventory Scales moon, you will hear a voice, and a point for interaction will appear in front of the water obstacle.
Command activation "Inspect" will trigger a short cutscene, after which the waterfall will disappear, revealing a gap in the rock. This entrance leads to a secret location Grove of Claws Moon, where the Red Moon is located.
