The Rogue Camp is a key location for Hood: Outlaws & Legends players. This guide contains basic information on using the camp for a comfortable game.
After each robbery, the player returns to Bandit camp. This is necessary in order to spend the looted gold on upgrades, modifications, clothes and weapons. We have compiled a detailed instruction, using which you can learn how to properly use the Rogue Camp in Hood: Outlaws & Legends.
Bandit camp: what you can do in it
In fact, this is an alternative to the main menu or lobby. Everyone in their camp the player is waiting for a new match to start. At the same time, actions related to game development are performed at different points on the site. Without pumping, it is hardly possible to achieve serious success, and customization will allow you to stand out from other players.
How to change character
While in the Camp, go to the four statues to make a character change. In Hood: Outlaws & Legends, players are offered the following heroes to choose from − Robin (Tramp), Marianne (Huntress), John (Rowdy) и Tuck (Mystic).
Each of them has their own style of play, and therefore you need to test the heroes in order to determine the most suitable gameplay for the player.
How to unlock daily challenges
In Game every day the player is given three tests. For these tasks you can earn gold and experience. If all of them are completed successfully, then additional rewards are awarded. It is enough to go to the table that opens to the right of the statues with the choice of character, after all the starting tests of the camp are completed.
What are collectibles and where to find them
The second tab in the daily quests table is the collectibles section (additional rewards for successfully won matches and completed kills). They fall into two categories: "Trinkets" и "Stories".
- trinkets obtained randomly for silently killing enemies. If you study the description of each such item, you can learn more about the history of playing cards. At the moment, 5 active cards contain 6 trinkets each - a total of 30 pieces.
- Stories are descriptions of the life of characters that are obtained by winning a match with a certain hero. There are 10 stories for each character. Their value, measured in matches won, requires approximately 140 victories in the aggregate of the four.
How to use perks
Perks are additional passive abilities that can be unlocked and applied to each of the characters. Heroes have three slots into which perks are inserted from an individual set, which expands as the character levels up. Passives also greatly affect the play style. To open and install new perks, you need to go to the fire in the Camp.
How to get new weapons
In Hood: Outlaw & Legends, weapons do not improve as the game progresses. It is only a visual customization elementbought with gold. You need to go to the Armory of the camp, where new weapons will open as:
- increase the player's rank;
- development of a certain character;
- improvements to the camp itself;
- completing tasks and getting achievements.
How to get new costumes
Similarly with weapons, outfits in the game - only character decoration. They do not give advantages over opponents, but some look really cool. Wardrobe items are unlocked in the same way as weapons. To check the requirements for opening any clothes, you need to go to the Mannequin in the camp.
How to get training at the camp
Within the camp, you can practice attacks and character control. The Special Training Area is divided into two areas:
- an analogue of a shooting gallery for testing the ranged skills of Robin and Marianne;
- an obstacle course reserved for melee players John and Took.
On these grounds, you can learn the basics of attack and movement to avoid problems in the match. You can also train on real maps by choosing the "Training" option before matchmaking. This will allow you to play a normal game, but without resistance from the enemy team.
How to upgrade your camp in Hood: Outlaws & Legends
At the end of the heist, players receive rewards in the form of gold. You can keep it for yourself, or give part to the poor, as Robin Hood usually does. It is the process of transferring gold that allows you to improve the camp. The more coins that are given to the poor, the better the key location in the game will become. New items will appear in the Armory and on the Dummy, as well as the necessary perks will open faster. Naturally, customization items will be harder to buy if all the rewards for the match go to leveling up the camp.
