In Genshin impact, Lynette is an Illusionist's assistant and a support character who deals extra damage when entering the battlefield. Her skills suggest playing in teams with a variety of elements and allies with attack power scaling, as she increases this stat depending on the number of elements in the party.
The situation changes somewhat with constellations, since on the sixth const the heroine grants Anemo infusion to normal attacks and a bonus to this element, which opens up the possibility of using her as a main damage dealer or driver. However, even in the support version, the magician cat can easily find a use due to the buff for the group and pulling.

How to Get the Character
Lynette can be pulled for in the character event banner of the patch 5.6, in the second half of it, which starts May 27. Since the 4.1 version, she has appeared in a permanent standard banner, where it can be obtained with a lower chance.

In addition, the girl can be obtained in the event The Curtain Never Falls on Magic , which unlocks after reaching 25th adventure rank.
Strengths and Weaknesses

Before you start building Lynette, it's important to understand her strengths and weaknesses. Below, we'll look at all of her features.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| The character can be obtained for free for reaching 25th adventure rank. | The ability to pull opponents opens at C1. Without this constellation, the heroine lacks any ability to control enemy targets. |
| Has good mobility due to her E, which speeds up movement. This also makes exploring the world more comfortable. | Becomes a full-fledged main DD only at C6, as she receives infusion and an additional bonus to Anemo after activating an elemental skill. |
| C1 gives hold version of the E an additional mechanic that creates a vortex that attracts enemies. | May have problems gaining energy without C4, which allows you to use the elemental skill twice. |
| Can act as a secondary DD, but at C6 she can take the place of main DD. | The ATK buff is dependent on the elemental diversity of the party, making the buff negligible in mono-elemental builds. This doesn't limit her potential, but it's still worth keeping in mind, especially if there are no other buffers. |
| Works well in teams with different elements. Passive talent Sophisticated Synergy increases the ATK stat of all allies - the more types of elements, the stronger the buff. | Weaker than other Anemo supports/sub-dds, as it has no bonuses that increase EM or elemental damage. When playing through reactions, this is a much higher priority than the ATK stat. |
| Displays on the mini-map the location of recovery spheres that increase stamina and health underwater. | The distraction box created by the ult is not very effective against bosses. |
| With her ult, summons a box that taunts opponents, distracting them. Thanks to this, an active character can more easily survive in a difficult battle. | |
| Ascending upgrades the Anemo bonus, which passively increases the damage of all abilities (and normal attacks at C6) as the character levels up. |
Leveling
In this section we will consider in detail what materials are needed for character development and in what quantities they need to be prepared.

The Best Lynette Builds in Genshin Impact

The girl hits with Anemo element with all active abilities. At the same time, she can be either a sub-ddhelping the team out of the pocket, or a a main-dd, being on the battlefield most of the time. However, in the latter case, the presence of C6 plays a significant role, since without it, her potential to be the main DD is extremely low. For this reason, it is not recommended to build her into pure damage without the last constellation.
Recommended Stats
Lynette's build differs depending on the role chosen. Therefore, we will dwell on each in detail and consider what stats need to be gained in both cases.
Sub-dd build
In the position of a secondary DD, the heroine focuses on using abilities and causing the Swirl reaction, as well as grouping enemies with C1.
Stats needed for a sub-dd build:
| Artifact | Main characteristic | Additional stats |
|---|---|---|
![]() | HP (fixed) | Elemental mastery Energy recharge ATK % Crit Rate / Crit. damage |

- Energy recharge: 190-200% (without 4th constellation) and 170-180% (with 4th constellation).
- ATK: 1300-1400.
- Crit Rate and Crit Damage: ratio 1:2 (50 Rate and 100 DMG).
Main dd build
As the core of the group, the Illusionist's Assistant is in the arena most of the time and primarily relies on her own damage, although she can also create Swirl with the help of supports.
Stats for the main dd build:
| Artifact | Main characteristic | Additional stats |
|---|---|---|
![]() | HP (fixed) | CRIT DMG Crit Rate ATK % Energy recharge |
![]() | Attack Power (fixed) | CRIT DMG Crit Rate ATK % Energy recharge |
![]() | ATK | CRIT DMG Crit Rate Energy recharge |
![]() | Anemo Damage Bonus | CRIT DMG Crit Rate ATK % Energy recharge |
![]() | CRIT damage / CRIT Rate | CRIT damage / CRIT Rate Energy recharge ATK % |
The optimal values of characteristics, taking into account the artifacts and weapon:
- Crit Rate and Crit Damage: ratio 1:2 (60 Rate and 120 DMG).
- ATK: 1700 and more.
- Energy recharge: 130-140% (without 4th constellation) and 120-130% (with 4th constellation).

Weapon Tier List
Equipment is chosen depending on her role in the team:
- For sub-dd build need swords with elemental mastery and energy recovery.
- For a main-dd build needs a weapon with increased ATK, Crit Rate and DMG.
You can see the full range of available equipment at weapon tier list.
Sub-DPS Build
List of suitable swords for pocket damage dealer and for causing the Swirl reaction:
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 46 - 608 Elemental Mastery: 43 - 198 |
Millennial Movement increases damage dealt by 10-20%. Triggering an elemental reaction grants the character one Sigil of Rebellion. It can occur once every 0.5 seconds, even when the character is in a squad but not active. Two collected Sigils of Rebellion disappear for 12 sec. granting nearby party members Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance, which increases the damage of normal attack, charged attack, and plunging attack by 16-32%, and attack power by 20-40%. Within 20 sec. After activating the effect, Sigils of Rebellion do not appear. The Movement does not stack with other similar effects. | The best weapon for the sub-DD role. Increases damage dealt, EM, buffs normal attacks and the ATK stat of allies. In addition, the sword has a high base, which will benefit the heroine herself. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 42 - 510 Elemental Mastery: 36 - 165 |
Every 10 sec. the following effect is triggered: energy recovery of the character equipped with this weapon is increased by 0,036-0,072% for each point of their own Elemental Mastery for 12 sec. Nearby allies gain 30% of this effect. If other members of the squad also have this weapon, its bonus stacks. This effect works even if the character is off-field. | A great alternative. Increases EM and restores energy depending on the EM value. The bonus is given not only to the wielder, but also to the team. The only downside is that the weapon is exclusive and appears only in the event banner. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 41 - 454 Energy recharge: 13,3-61,3% |
Hitting an enemy with an elemental skill with a chance of 40-80% can instantly roll back the cooldown of this skill. The effect works every 30-16 seconds. | Allows you to activate E twice and thus pull enemies 2 times if you have C1, provides an increase in energy recovery. With this sword, there should be no problems with the constant use of the ult, but for the stable operation of the bonus, it is advisable to have R5. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 41 - 454 Energy recharge: 13,3-61,3% |
Critical attacks have a 60-100% Chance to create elemental particles that restore 6 health. energy. Happens every 12 seconds. | Has a high bonus to energy recovery, which almost guarantees the failure-free use of the ultimate. The sword also creates energy particles that allies can pick up. However, the bonus is only given for critical hits, so you need to gain at least 50% critical chance. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 42 - 510 Energy recharge: 10-45,9% |
Increases crit chance for elemental skills by 8-16%. In addition, after using an elemental skill, energy recharge is increased by 16-32% for 5 sec. | Obtained by fishing in Fontaine. Significantly increases energy recovery up to 77,9% on the last awakening. In addition, the weapon allows with some chance to inflict more damage when activating E due to the increased critical hit chance of the skill. With C4, the effect does not stack, but is refreshed. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base stat: 42 - 510 Energy recharge 10%-45,9% |
Increases elemental skill damage by 16-32%, and its crit rate by 6-12%. | Unlike Fleuve Cendre Ferryman, this weapon increases not only the critical chance of the elemental skill, but also the ability damage. It gives less energy recovery, but the damage from using the E is much greater. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 42 - 510 Elemental Mastery: 36 - 165 |
Increases all damage by 6-12% within 6 sec. The effect can stack up to 2 times. Can occur no more than 1 time per second. | A decent crafting weapon that gives EM and increases all damage dealt. Considering that it can be awakened for free, the final bonus can reach 24%, which is quite significant. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 42 - 510 Elemental Mastery: 36 - 165 |
On hitting enemies, inflicts a Cursed Parasol effect on one of them for 10 seconds, which occurs every 15 seconds. If an enemy hit by this effect dies before it ends, the cooldown will be refreshed. Damage against enemies affected by Cursed Parasol is increased by 16-32%. | The weapon imposes a negative effect on the enemy, which increases the damage dealt to them. However, it is important to note that this only applies to one target, so the sword is not as effective against a group of enemies. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 45 - 620 Elemental Mastery: 12 - 55 |
Increases the character's damage by 12-24%. After taking damage, the effect disappears for 5 seconds. | The sword resembles the crafted Iron Sting, but it is more aimed at increasing pure damage. In order for the passive to work, you need to play carefully, preferably using a shield or immediately switching to another hero after using abilities. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 39 - 401 Elemental Mastery: 31 - 141 |
Increases attack power by 20% for 12 sec. when triggering Overloaded, Superconduct, Charged, Quicken, Aggravate, Hyperbloom or Electro Swirl. | This is a pretty good weapon early game, increasing your EM to deal more damage with Swirl. Note that the passive effect requires a reaction with Electro to gain ATK. |
Main DPS Build
To increase your own damage on the battlefield, it is recommended to use the following weapons:
| Name | The effect | Recommendation |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 44 - 542 Crit Rate 9,6-44,1% |
Increases HP by 20-40%. Also grants an ATK bonus equal to 1,2-2,4% of max HP of the character equipped with this weapon. | A strong weapon with a high bonus to critical hit chance. Despite the low base, this is compensated by a passive effect that increases ATK depending on max health, which the sword also increases. The HP buff itself is also useful for self-healing. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 48 - 674 Cree. damage: 9,6-44,1% |
All types of elemental damage get 12-24% bonus to damage, as well as the power of the Mistsplitter's Emblem. At emblem levels 1, 2, or 3, the character gains 8-16%, 16-32% or 28-56% bonus to your elemental damage. Getting 1 emblem occurs in the following cases:
The duration of each level is calculated individually. |
The equipment has a high base ATK stat, and the passive effect gives a bonus to elemental damage, including an additional buff for a set of stacks. In rotation with this sword, try to first use the elemental skill, then the ult, and immediately after that, normal attacks. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 44 - 542 CRIT DMG 19,2-88,2% |
Critical hit chance is increased by 4-8%. Normal Attacks that deal elemental damage grant the effect of Foliar Incision, increasing the damage of normal attacks and elemental skills by 120-240% of Elemental Mastery no more than once every 12 seconds. After 28 activations or after 12 sec. the effect disappears. | Increases Crit Rate and slightly increases critical hit chance. As with Mistsplitter Reforged, the heroine can only implement the second part of the passive effect with a buff for normal hits and E if she has C6, since basic hits must have infusion. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 46 - 608 Crit Rate 7,2-33,1% |
Grants 12-24% bonus damage to all elements. Casting an elemental skill on nearby heroes summons 1 level of Wavespike. In total, 2 levels are accumulated, you can get them once in 1 seconds. When a character equipped with this sword uses an elemental skill, each accumulated wave is spent and increases the damage of normal attacks by 20-40% for 8 sec. | Provides a boost to critical strike chance and increases elemental damage. In addition, the sword provides a bonus to normal attacks, but to do this, you must first use the elemental skills of supports, then of the heroine, and only then hit with normal attacks. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 42 - 510 Crit Rate: 6-27,6% |
Damage dealt by normal and charged attacks is increased by 20-40%. A critical hit with the same attacks restores an amount of health equal to 60-100% from attack power. The effect can appear once every 5 seconds. | As a main DD, the character fights mainly with basic attacks, so a buff to increase them will be useful. In addition to this, the weapon restores health with critical hits, which is also a plus, given the loss of HP when using the elemental skill. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 42 - 510 Crit Rate: 6-27,6% |
Increases elemental skill and elemental burst damage by 16-32%. When an elemental skill or elemental burst hits an enemy, their crit chance increases by 2-4%. The effects operate independently of each other. Each effect lasts 10 seconds, stacks up to 4 times, and can occur once every 0,1 seconds. | Ultimate and elemental skills are no less important for good damage, so strengthening them will have a positive effect on the heroine's overall DPS. In addition, the sword increases the chance of critical hits, which will simplify the balance of characteristics. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 41 - 454 ATK: 12-55,1% |
Using an elemental skill gives a legacy seed (1 every 5 seconds) that lasts 30 seconds. Up to 3 seeds can exist at the same time. When using an elemental burst, the accumulated seeds are consumed, and the character is obtained after 2 seconds 6-12 energy per charge. | Increases ATK stat and restores energy after using the ult. To get energy, you need to use E twice and then the ult. The heroine will not be able to get all the stacks due to the 2-second cooldown, but the bonus will still be good, especially at R12. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 44 - 565 ATK: 6-27,6% |
Activating an elemental skill increases attack power by 12-24% for 15 sec. and bestows an Bond of Life equal to 25% of max. HP. The effect can occur once every 10 sec. When fading, Bond of Life increases attack power by 2,4-4,8% from own value (max. 150-300) for 15 sec. Bond of Life Consumes healing received by the character equal to its own value, and then disappears. | The sword provides a fairly high increase to ATK, as it has this stat as the main one and also increases it due to the passive effect. In the second case, you need to use an elemental skill to get the buff. An additional bonus is given depending on max. HP. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base stat: 39 - 401 CRIT DMG: 10,2-46,9% |
Increases crit chance by 14-28% at HP level above 90%. | Despite being a 3-star, it is almost as good as most epics if the character's HP does not drop below 90%, which requires a healer. It is a great sword in the early game and can be equipped in the later stages, as the heroine is able to buff ATK herself or use other supports. |
Choosing Artifacts
Artifacts for Lynette, like weapons, are chosen taking into account the build you prefer:
- For sub-dd build need sets for EM, energy recovery and boosting reaction.
- For a main-dd build need sets for ATK, crits and normal hits (at C6).
Sub-dd build
Recommended sets for fighting from the pocket:
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increases Anemo damage by 15%. 4 parts: The damage from the Swirl reaction is increased by 60%. For 10 sec. Reduces the enemy's elemental resistance by 40% when Swirl interacts with another element. | A universal set that buffs the entire squad, including the heroine herself. Increases the damage from Swirl and simultaneously reduces the enemy's resistance to one of the absorbed elements, which significantly strengthens the team. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases Energy Recharge rate by 20%. 4 parts: Increases elemental burst damage by an amount equal to 25% of ER. Max bonus is 75%. | A set aimed at strengthening the ult and accelerating the energy gain. Especially in the sub-dd position, it is advisable to activate the ability to roll back, which becomes easier to implement with the Emblem. Suitable if you want to focus more on personal damage, rather than support. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. 4 parts: For 8 sec. after triggering an elemental reaction, depending on the elements of the allied heroes in the squad, the equipped character receives the following buffs:
| Alternate set to create a stronger reaction. Considering that the heroine in this case plays in a squad with different types of elements, she will be able to get up to 230 elemental mastery. This will greatly simplify the choice of additional characteristics. |
![]() ![]() | 2 parts: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. 2 parts: Increases Anemo damage by 15%. 2 parts: Increases Energy Recharge rate by 20%. | If you can't get full sets, you can combine them to achieve the desired effect. For example, if you lack energy recovery and EM, a combination of Gilded Dreams and Emblem of Severed Fate will do. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Increases elemental burst damage by 20%. 4 Piece: Activating an elemental burst increases the attack power of all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. The effect does not stack. | A great option for support. Increases the damage of the ult and buffs the ATK stat of the team. Can be used both in the game through reaction and in mono-elemental builds, which also compensates for the low bonus from the passive. The only negative side is that the ult rolls back 18 seconds, which means it will be a 6 seconds gap without amplification. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80. 4 Piece: Triggering an elemental reaction increases elemental mastery of all party members by 120 for 8 sec. | One of the best support sets in the early game. Provides a noticeable increase in EM for the wielder of the set and other allies after triggering a reaction. |
Main dd build
Optimal sets for the main dd variant:
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increases normal and charged attack damage by 15%. 4 parts: Increases crit chance by 12% for 5 seconds when current HP increases or decreases. The effect can stack up to 3 times. | A strong set for the main DD position. Increases the damage from normal hits and the critical hit chance to 36% while receiving damage or healing. The illusionist's assistant easily implements the passive due to the fact that she restores and loses HP after using the skill. |
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Gives 15% bonus Anemo damage. 4 parts: After being hit by a charged strike, your attack speed is increased by 10% and the damage of normal, charged and Plunging attacks is increased by 40% for 15 seconds. | An alternative set with a bonus to Anemo, as well as a buff to speed and normal attack damage. If you have pieces with good stats, you can use these artifacts instead of Shadowhunt. It is important to always start auto-attack combos with charged attackto activate the passive effect. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases attack power by 18%. 4 parts: elemental burst increases attack power by 8% when activated. When a character loses HP, attack power is increased by another 10%. The effect occurs a maximum of 4 times no more than 0,8 seconds. The buff disappears when the character leaves the battlefield. | The full set provides a high increase to the ATK stat. At the same time, the passive conditions are also easily met due to the fact that the girl's HP is removed after using the skill. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Increases shield strength by 35%. 4 Piece: While protected by a shield, increases normal and charged attack damage by 40%. | For the operation of the set, a stable and durable shieldis needed, so that the buff for normal hits is constantly maintained. Otherwise, it is better to give preference to other considered artifacts. |
![]() | 2 parts: Increases attack power by 18%. 2 parts: Increases Anemo damage by 15%. | The standard combination of artifacts for the ATK stat and Anemo element is also suitable for equipment at first, until you manage to farm full sets. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 parts: Increases normal and charged attack damage by 15%. 4 parts: Increases normal and charged attack damage by 25% for 8 seconds. after using an elemental skill. | A great option at the initial ranks. For the maximum bonus, you do not need to follow certain rotations, since the heroine receives the infusion right after using the elemental skill. In any case, try to hit immediately after activating the skill and do not switch. |
Teams
Being an Anemo character, the illusionist's assistant combines with almost all elements, so she fits into many squads as a main or secondary DD. However, for the best result, teams for Lynette should be with different types of elements.
Best Characters
Below are the heroes that would be best suited for an illusionist's assistant.
Main DPS
Characters that play the main role on the field. Considered for sub-dd build:
| Character | Element | Weapon | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Applies a large amount of Hydro status during Elemental Skill Stance and Elemental Burst. The heroine will grant him Swirl, ATK buff, and pulling at C1. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The Ultimate hits Hydro in a large area, which is convenient for creating the Swirl reaction. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Powerful Cryo DPS. Easily creates reactions thanks to the presence of Infusion. The Magician Cat can Swirl Hydro or Pyro for Ayaka to inflict Frozen or Melt. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A pyro damage dealer focused on single target destruction. Her ultimate places marks that explode in an area if another ally interacts with them. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Klee is quite vulnerable, so without a shield, the distraction box is useful against a crowd of enemies. In addition, the elemental skill bombs are conveniently pulled together by the whirlwind (at C1). |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Uses charged area strikes. Thanks to Swirling, can trigger reactions, inflicting even higher damage on several targets at once. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | When paired with Diluc, it is advisable for the girl to have the 1st constellation, since his ultimate pushes opponents away. However, they can be placed together in any case to trigger Swirl. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Lyney is mostly played in a mono-elemental squad, where due to Pyro Resonance, Bennett and the passive ability there are no problems with the ATK stat, so the buff of the magician will have a minimal impact. However, it is not to say that they do not combine at all. The heroine can keep enemies under control, Swirl Pyro and wear the Viridescent Venererwhich will be beneficial in one way or another. |
Secondary damage dealer
Supports who help by supporting their allies.
| Character | Element | Weapon | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Inflicts a lot of Hydro status with the ultimate. Increases resistance to interruption with E. |

![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Can distract enemies with E and increase damage due to the Omen effect imposed by the elemental burst. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Buffs the critical hit chance of the ultimate, which periodically hits with Cryo and helps to trigger reactions. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | In the sub-DD position, she plays from the ult with Cryo status in the area, so she needs to gain energy recovery in order to activate the ability as often as possible. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Creates ice floes with his elemental burst that rotate around the active character and hit nearby enemies. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Excellent Pyro sub-dd. Hits from the pocket with an elemental skill and ultimate. In addition, her E creates a pepper that increases the ATK stat of the one who picked it up. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Increases interrupt resistance and reduces incoming damage to allies. Her E creates a prison that periodically hits enemies with fire. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A comfortable secondary damage dealer with a fast skill recharge, working from off-field. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The ultimate places electrical chains on the active ally, allowing it to deal Electro damage to enemies. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Has both periodic and instant burst damage abilities. However, elemental skill totems are bound to a specific area. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Helps to replenish energy faster by using an elemental burst, and imposes Electro status with her E. |
Supports
Full support in the form of healers or shielders. They focus on keeping the team alive and activating buffs.
| Character | Element | Weapon | Effects |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Heals and increases the ATK stat of an ally who is in the area of effect of the ultimate. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Creates a solid shield when on rotation. Additionally, hits with Pyro from the pocket when a teammate hits an enemy while his ultimate is active. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Her shield is no less durable, but does not require certain conditions to be met. Layla also hits from the pocket with her ult and E. At C4, she increases the damage from normal and charged attacks. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Will make any squad virtually immortal thanks to reliable healing. In the latter case, a mark is applied that heals an ally who hits an enemy with a mark. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Although her shield is not as strong, it is compensated by the presence of a heal. At C6 it also buffs EM by 200. |

Heizou is also suitable for the role of the main damage dealer, but he does not need a battery so much. | |
![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | Frozen Team with Ayato/Tartaglia as the main DPS characters. Skills

All of the heroine's skills are aimed at inflicting Anemo damage and Swirling elements such as Hydro, Pyro, Cryo or Electro. Thanks to her E, she becomes more mobile, gaining the ability to quickly move around the battlefield or the open world. Her elemental burst summons an object that distracts enemies and hits in an area.
Basic (Active) Skills
Let's take a closer look at how abilities work and the best order to upgrade them in. We'll also look at passive skills and the optimal constellations you can obtain.
Rapid Ritesword (Normal, Charged, Plunging Attack)
Normal attack: performs up to 4 swift sword strikes.
Charged Attack: performs 2 quick swings, consuming stamina.
Plunging Attack: Falls to the ground, hittng all enemies along the way. Upon landing, deals damage in an area.
Enigmatic Feint (Elemental Skill)
Cooldown: 12 sec.
Tap: swings her cape and performs Enigma Thrust:
- If it hits an enemy, recovers 25% HP based on maximum health.
- For 4 seconds after hit, 6% of current HP is lost once every second.
Hold: Turns into Pilfering Shadow and move quickly for 2,5 seconds, inflicting Shadowsign on the nearest enemy:
- While in Shadow form, you can control the direction of movement.
- When you use the skill again, the movement stops.
- Uses Enigma Thrust after the end of the dash. If there is an enemy nearby with the Shadowsign, the shadow will instantly move towards them before performing the Enigma Thrust.
Can only cast Shadowsign on 1 target. If the character is too far away from the enemy, the Shadowsign disappears.
Arkhe: Ousia - During the Shadow Thrust, the girl summons a Surging Blade once every 10 seconds, which deals Ousia-aligned Anemo damage.
Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift (Elemental Burst)
Duration: 12 sec.
Cooldown: 18 sec.
Energy consumption: 70
Raises her cloak and summons an Bogglecat Box, which:
- Draws the attention of opponents.
- Periodically hits nearby enemies.
- When in contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro, it absorbs the element and fires additional Vivid Shots that periodically deal damage of the absorbed element.
For each use of the ultimate, only 1 element can be absorbed.
Passive Skills
Special abilities that are unlocked upon ascension are focused on buffing allies or the character herself.
Loci-Based Mnemonics
Shows recovery spheres on the mini-map. Touching them increases aquatic stamina and HP by 25%.
Sophisticated Synergy
When the squad has characters of 1/2/3/4 types of elements, activating the skill Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift increases the attack power of all characters in the squad by 8%/12%/16%/20% for 10 seconds.
Props Positively Prepped
When the summoned Bogglecat Box consumes an element, Lynette's elemental burst damage is increased by 15%. The effect lasts until the end of the duration of the Bogglecat Box.
Talent Leveling Order
Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill > Normal Attacks.
The Ult is the main source of damage, so it is leveled first. Then it is recommended to increase the level E и normal attacks in the following way:
- If the character is playing in the sub-dd role, normal attacks can be left at level 1.
- If you use the illusionist's assistant in the main DD position (at C6), you should give preference to all three abilities.
Constellations
| Name | The effect |
| 1. A Cold Blade Like a Shadow | Hitting an enemy with Shadowsign of the Elemental Skill's Shadow Thrust creates a vortex at their position, pulling nearby enemies in. |
| 2. Endless Mysteries | When a Bogglecat Box summoned with an elemental skill fires Vivid Shots, an additional Vivid Shot is fired. |
| 3. Cognition-Inverting Gaze | Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift (Elemental Burst) level +3. Max. level: 15. |
| 4. Tacit Coordination | Increases the number of elemental skill charges by 1. |
| 5. Obscuring Ambiguity | Enigmatic Feint (E) Level +3. Max. level: 15. |
| 6. Watchful Eye | By activating the elemental skill's Enigma Thrust, Lynette gains Anemo Infusion, and Anemo damage bonus is increased by 20% for 6 seconds. |
The best constellations of Lynette are С1,С4 and С6:
- The first const is highly recommended to obtain, as it adds a control function. Considering that Anemo characters are often required to pull, this will significantly expand her scope of application.
- The fourth const allows you to use the E twice, which speeds up the energy gain, increases overall damage and provides additional control.
- The sixth const is interesting because it makes the heroine a full-fledged main DD, as it gives an infusion to normal attacks and an Anemo bonus after performing the Enigma Thrust elemental skill.
How to play Lynette
Depending on the position in the team, not only the build changes, but also the rotation. For example, in the sub-DD position, her main task is to use abilities to Swirl and then switch to another character. While in the role of main-DD (at C6), she remains on the battlefield, inflicting most of the damage with skills and regular attacks.
Rotation
Let's explore the rotation for each role.
If you Lynette has her first constellation, always use Hold E against a group of enemies to cast Shadowsign and summon a vortex.
Rotation for a sub-DPS
Follow these guidelines if your heroine takes the position of a a sub-dps:
- Use E to perform Enigma Thrust.
- If there is not enough energy for the ultimate, switch to other characters until the elemental skill cools down.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the energy bar is full.
- Use your ult to summon a Bogglecat Box.
- Swap to your main DD to trigger the Swirl reaction during the Elemental Burst period (12 sec).
Rotation for a main dps
Recommended rotation for a main dps:
- Use abilities of supports to buff, shield or heal.
- Switch to Lynette and activate her E. If the ult is not ready after that, attack enemies with infused normal attacks.
- Repeat steps 1-2 until enough energy is built up.
- Use Elemental Burst to hit in an area and summon a distraction box.
- Defeat enemies with normal attacks until the infusion ends.
If the ult is charged initially, always start your rotation with it.
Character Summary

Linette can serve as either a secondary or primary damage dealer in Genshin Impact, but in both cases, much of her potential is hidden behind her constellations. For example, only at C1 does she unlock the ability to pull enemies, while at C6, she gains infusion on her normal attacks. Thanks to the increased movement speed when activating her elemental skill, she's a comfortable companion for exploring the open world, and an excellent fighter for beginners due to her accessibility and ease of use.
Although she has little competition with other sub-DDs or main-DDs of her element in the later stages, the girl is a good budget alternative if you don't have Sucrose or Kazuha, especially with unlocked constellations.
History (biography)

Lynette is a mysterious and silent assistant of Lyneythe Great Magician, who is also her twin brother. She has a striking resemblance to a cat, not only in her ears and graceful tail, but also in her difficult character. Unlike her brother, she was never interested in the attention and fame received from the audience of their magic shows. Most of the time, the girl is used to being in the shadows, which is extremely useful for a professional assistant. But for a child abandoned by her parents and raised in the House of the Hearth orphanage, invisibility is a way to survive.
The heroine is used to answering questions with strange phrases that mislead people and make them think that the girl is a mechanical doll. In fact, this manner of communication allows her to avoid unnecessary communication. Staying aside while the cordial Lyney is talking, she can follow the person, not missing a single detail or information that can be used in various ways later.

Please tell me, is this a normal pack? : Lini c0, Lynette c1, Durin c0, Bennett c5
Would the Moonspinner's Dawn sword suit her?
Hello! Is the new event sword "Eshu's Calamity" suitable for Linnet in DPS?
Will the squad Linnet c6, Djinn c4, Faruzan c6, Bennett c6 work or is it better to replace someone?
She's my absolute favorite. Her set of art is from the Twilight Yard. She took down 50923 of my heroes with her ult. I think she's a great support, but she's my main damage dealer. She's in a squad with Chicha (C2) and Raiden (C1). Kirara herself is a shielder, Kirara is a C6, and so is Lynette.
Sweet girl, good luck to everyone with their favorite characters.
