В patch 1.10 the developers have carried out a global change in equipment for all levels and classes. Today we will talk about equipment for medium tanks.
Let's start with what medium tanks got bonus mobility slot. This means that any equipment related to mobility will give us an additional bonus.
So, medium tanks are divided into categories:
- Sniper - Leopard 1, K-91 and their branches starting from the eighth level.
- Universal - T-62A, 121, About. 140, About. 430U and their branches starting from the eighth level, as well as T-22 avg., 121B и About. 907.
- Support - CS-63, STB-1 and their branches, starting from the eighth level, in the case of the AMX-30B - from the ninth, and in the case of E50M, UDES 15/16, M48 Patton и Centurion AX - from the seventh. This subclass also includes M60.
- Drummers (reloading) - Bat Chat 25t, TVP-T50/51, Progetto M40 mod.65. Machines that have the ability to briefly buff allies with their massive damage per minute while discharging the drum and break through enemy defenses.

- Regarding the equipment on ST, let's say in advance that stereo tube, Reinforced actuating actuators, camouflage net, Improved exhaust system, Improved radio equipment и Commander's observation device — not considered, do not give the necessary bonuses.
- Sender useful on any tank it can be placed on. Damage per minute has always been, is and will be almost the most important stat in the game.. The sooner you kill your enemy, the more chances to win.
- Additionally, Enlightened Optics is a very good option. It allows you to more confidently move in the middle and at the bottom of the list, and in the top it will allow you to overexposure and destroy unsuspecting enemies, as well as farm experience and silver on the damage of your exposure.
In profile slot
Equipment that should be installed in the bonus slot on the CT:
- Improved ventilation in the bonus slot - this is a win-win option on CT due to the good bonus co all characteristics.
- Improved turning mechanisms will give additional stabilization and turret traverse speed. Suitable only for those machines in which the tower rotates slowly - therefore: Ob. 140, 121, Rev. 430U, T-22 medium, E50 M, Progetto M.40 mod. 65, T95E6, TVP T50/51, AMX 30B., Bat-Chat 25t, Leopard 1, M48 Patton, UDES 15/16 at level ten.
- Turbocharger in turn, it will suit tanks that already have good gun performance, but they lack mobility - this is Ob. 430U, Ob. 140, T-62A, Ob. 907, 121, M48 Patton, 121B, T95E6.
Snipers
Snipers are machines with better firepower among ST and weak armor, which realize themselves well because of the backs of comrades from a long distance.
First of all, we are interested in Firepower. Equipment for Mobility, except for improved turning mechanisms, is not considered, because snipers have enough of it.
Failed hardware:
- Stabilizer - not very useful specifically on this subclass due to the fact that the game on it is more passive than on others.
Useful equipment:
- Improved scope - A sniper's best friend. Will improve accuracy twice as much as ventilation.

Station wagons
Station wagons are machines that armor, mobility and firepower are equally developed.
Again, we are primarily interested in firepower. It makes no sense to consider equipment for mobility, because we have already put it in the bonus slot.
Failed hardware:
- Improved scope not suitable because station wagons are mostly on the front line.
- Equipment for VITALITY. CTs require more concentration than other classes, so if played correctly, you will rarely get scammed.
Useful equipment:
- Vertical stabilizer - This is the best friend of the station wagon. These tanks are very dependent on stabilization because they have to shoot on the move very often.
As an exception can be considered equipment for VITALITY. If, however, you are not sure enough that you can not substitute, then the following may be useful:
- Changed layout. Will allow you to survive after an unsuccessful burst or hit.
- Improved hardening. It will forgive many mistakes, and most importantly, it will not allow you to stand on the rink.

Damage per minute has dropped significantly, stabilization has also deteriorated greatly, but such an assembly will forgive a lot of mistakes for beginners.
Support
All these tanks are combined good vertical aiming angles and a powerful gun, but left out of position they become easy prey for other classes.
Useful support equipment will be something that will simplify the gameplay of the class - will make it possible to quickly change the target and deal damage at medium distances as best as possible.
Failed hardware:
- Equipment for survivability. These cars have almost no armor, so if they put you on the skating rink, they will definitely knock out all the nonsense. It's best to focus on dealing damage.
- Equipment for mobility. Almost all vehicles in the subclass have good mobility.
Useful equipment:
- Vertical stabilizer - our best friend, he will allow us to reduce the frequency and shoot well on the move.
- Improved scope will suit some machines that have a good initial accuracy of 0,33 or less.
The best example of support is M48 Patton. The first build option is to maximize the ability to deal damage when playing from a position:

Such an assembly will allow you to re-illuminate almost any car and will leave us with the ability to do good damage from a position.
Drummers (Reload)
Drummers - These are machines that have the ability to briefly strengthen allies with their massive damage in a short amount of time defuse the drum and break through the enemy defenses.
A useful piece of equipment for this subclass will be one that will allow these tanks to reload their drum faster and improve their ability to deal damage while it is depleted.
Failed hardware:
- Improved scope not very suitable for machines of this subclass, apart from Progetto. The fact is that drummers, no matter what, usually deal damage from close range.
- Equipment for survivabilityexcept for improved hardening.
Useful equipment:
- Stabilizer or improved turning mechanisms- will allow us to shoot more accurately on the move and better break in.
- Reinforced actuating actuators. This is the rare case when they come in handy ST. In our case, they will come in handy Bat-Chat 25t. If you don’t really like to get close to the enemy and prefer to deal damage from afar, then you simply need aiming drives in order to somehow hit the enemy due to insanely long aiming.

Boom equipment
In addition to adding a bonus slot, the developers also added additional indicators to all bonded equipment, as a result of which their efficiency skyrocketed. So now it has become even better and surpasses the standard one even in bonus slots.
As an example, I will give two configurations for Ob. 430U: the first - with conventional equipment, the second - with a boom.
Obviously, the difference of 150 damage per minute, and most importantly, 7,5% stabilization will help you out a lot and give you a noticeable advantage. And, of course, it will leave radioactive ashes from enemies of the 8th and 9th levels.

Results
The new equipment, of course, brought some variety to the game, but many new modules are unified by class, which makes it impossible to install them on the CT as a universal class. While some modules have proved to be very useful, others have proven to be at least controversial.
Up of bonded equipment will please all players, because in update 1.10 they also changed the bond earning system in such a way that it became easier to farm them in battles on Tier 10 vehicles. In turn, now everyone can buy updated bonded equipment.
