The first oculus hangs above a column in the center of the island, at the southern edge of the shaft-pool with a descent into the underground complex.

After kuhuhenki Drop down through the small hole in the floor blocked by floating debris and proceed to the nearest teleportation point to the west. The Oculus is located slightly above ground level next to a stone column.
