How does Prayer of Chronicles work in Genshin Impact
The third banner is a time-limited prayer that runs parallel to the event ones and is often timed to coincide with the location of the main event of a given patch. Timed summons include:
- characters of a certain region;
- set of them signatures and standard weapons.

Guarantor's rules
The number of spins required to obtain a legendary or epic item in the third banner does not exceed the requirements in other prayers. However, it has its own subtleties that need to be taken into account:

- According 90 Complete prayers are guaranteed to receive 5⭐ character or weapon.

- Guarantee does not depend from receiving a standard or event item, all 5⭐ objects in it are of equal value and can appear in any order.
- If set the course on a hero, then only heroes will drop, and if on the desired weapon, then you will get exactly that. That is, when choosing a character in the Path of Chronicles, you cannot get 5⭐ equipment instead of it.

Rules for earning Destiny points
The mechanics of Fate points ensure that you receive the desired item for which the course has been chosen. It works like this:
- If the struck 5⭐ item is different from the one for which the course was set, a 1 Fate point, which increases the guarantee for the selected character or weapon to 100% on subsequent turns.
- If you change your mind about playing a certain character or weapon and want something else, you can cancel the course by clicking on "Points of Fate", and then, in the window that opens, "Cancel course". Please note that if 1/1 Fate Points have already been collected, it will not be transferred to another character. That is, for example, if you chose Eola, lost and received a Fate Point, and then reset course and moved it to Albedo, you will not receive a 100% guarantee on Albedo.
- Fate Points Received not tolerated for the following Prayers of the Chronicles and expire upon completion of the banner.
After changing the type of this prayer (for example, from the Mond banner to Li Yue), the accumulated Destiny points disappear, but the completed spins do not disappear from the counter.
