History (biography)
Navia of Genshin Impact is the President of the Spina di Rosula Society, located in the Poisson village of Fontaine. The main goals of the organization are to conduct private investigations and support the people in situations to which the official authorities turn a blind eye. Her father, Callas, was the original founder of this society until he died in a duel. Her mother, Clementina, died during childbirth, so all the affairs of Spina di Rosula fell on the girl's shoulders.
Navia decided to dedicate her life not only to helping the people of Fontaine, but also to investigating the death of her father in order to find out the truth and clear his name. This is how she meets the Traveler representing Lyney the magician in the court. In her youth, the girl also had close friendship with Clorinde, but after she killed Callas in a duel, their relationship became tense.
The development of Navia's story can be found in her quest Rosa Multiflora: Braving the Tides Together.

Navia's abilities
Navia is a damage dealer who specializes in dealing constant Geo damage. By using her elemental skill , she shoots bullets, the damage of which depends on the number of the Crystallize reaction fragments collected. Also, the skill, due to its passive talent, grants normal attacks an infusion. Her Elemental Burst deals periodic area damage.
Next, we’ll take a closer look at how all of Navia’s active abilities work and in what order they should be upgraded. In addition, we will separately analyze the constellations, highlighting the most remarkable ones for unlocking the character’s potential.
Basic (Active) Skills
- Blunt Refusal (normal/charged/plunging attack)
Normal attack: performs up to 4 hits with a claymore.
Charged attack:: Performs a spinning attack on nearby enemies, gradually draining stamina. At the end she performs an additional blow.
Plunging attack: Falls to the ground, hitting all enemies along the way. After landing, deals area damage.
- Ceremonial Crystalshot (Elemental Skill)
Crystal Shrapnel duration: 300 sec.
Cooldown: 9 sec.
Charges: 2.
When a squad member picks up an elemental shard created by a Crystal reaction or activates a Moon Crystal reaction, Navia gains 1 stack. Crystal shrapnel (maximum 6 charges). When receiving new shrapnel, the duration of the current one is reset.
Tap
Consumes all available Crystal Shrapnel and fires multiple Rosula Shardshots, which cause Geo damage:
- The number of bullets depends on the charges: consuming 0/1/2/3 charges fires 5/7/9/11 more bullets respectively.
- The more Rosula Shardshots hit one enemy, the more damage they receive. If all bullets hit the target, they deal 200% of base damage.
- If more than 3 charges of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed, each additional charge increases the shot's damage by an additional 15%.
Hold
Enters targeting mode, picking up elemental shards created by the Crystallize reaction. After the long press is over, the same Rosula Shardshots fly out as with a quick press.
Arkhe: Ousia – When Navia fires Rosula Shardshots, a Surging Blade is summoned every 7 seconds and deals Ousia-aligned Geo damage.
- As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute (Elemental Burst)
Duration: 12 sec.
Cooldown: 15 sec.
Energy consumption: 60
Summons a magnificent Rosula Dorata Salute that deals Geo damage in an area and then provides Cannon Fire Support for 12 seconds, periodically attacking nearby enemies. When hitting enemies, cannon shots grant Navia 1 charge of Crystal Shrapnel. The effect occurs once every 1 seconds.
Talent Leveling Order
Elemental Skill (E) ≥ Elemental Burst (Q) ≥ Normal Attacks
It is advisable to upgrade all of Navia’s skills simultaneously. If resources are insufficient, we recommend following the sequence below:
- Elemental Skill - The main source of damage, with high multipliers and fast reloading, for this reason it is a priority.
- Elemental Burst – an additional method of dealing damage, but in terms of numbers it is slightly inferior to the skill. The ultimate also helps gain charges.
- Normal attacks – are no less important, since the passive skill Undisclosed Distribution Channels grants them an infusion after using an elemental skill.
Elemental Burst (Q) ≥ Elemental Skill (E) > Normal Attacks
In the sub-dead position, the President of Spina di Rosula adheres to rapid rotation, so the priority of leveling up abilities changes slightly:
- Elemental Burst – while in the previous case the ult mainly needed Geo status and the accumulation of charges, here the damage is no less important, since it works from off-field.
- Elemental Skill – this is still the character’s strongest button, so if possible it’s worth leveling it up along with your ult.
- Normal attacks – are practically not used, so they can be left at levels 1-6.
Passive Skills
A complete list of all passive skills is presented in the table:
| Talent | Effect |
|---|---|
| Undisclosed Distribution Channels | Within 4 sec. After using an elemental skill, normal, charged and plunging attacks receive a Geo Infusion, which is not canceled by other infusions. In addition, the damage of all attack types is increased by 40%. |
| Mutual Assistance Network | For each character of the Pyro/Electro/Cryo/Hydro element in her squad, Navia's attack power increases by 20%. The effect stacks up to 2 times. |
| Painstaking Transaction | Increases the reward of 25h expeditions in Fontaine by 20%. |
Constellations
The table shows all the constellations of Navia:
| number | Name | Effects |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | A Lady's Rules for Keeping a Courteous Distance | When using an elemental skill, for each level of Crystal Shrapnel spent, Navia restores 3 energy (maximum – 9) and reduces the cooldown of the elemental burst by 1 sec (maximum – 3 sec.). |
| 2 | The President's Pursuit of Victory | Each level of Crystal Shrapnel spent when using an elemental skill increases its crit chance by 12%. (maximum – 36%). In addition, when the skill hits, 1 Elemental Burst Cannon Fire Support appears near the position of the afflicted enemy. Each use of the skill can cause a maximum of 1 Cannon Fire Support. Cannon Fire Support damage dealt this way is considered elemental burst damage. |
| 3 | Businesswoman's Broad Vision | Ceremonial Crystalshot level +XNUMX (elemental skill) . Max. level: 15. |
| 4 | The Oathsworn Never Capitulate | When hitting with a Geo elemental burst, the resistance of the affected enemy is reduced by 20% for 8 sec. |
| 5 | Negotiator's Resolute Negotiations | As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute (elemental burst) level +3. Max. level: 15. |
| 6 | The Flexible Finesse of the Spina's President | If more than 3 charges of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed when using an elemental skill, then each additional charge increases crit. skill damage by 45%. In this case, all charges expended after the third one are returned to Navia after using the skill. |
The best constellations of Navia are С1, С2 and С6:
- The first constellation helps restore energy faster and reduces the cooldown of elemental bursts. This does not have a direct effect on damage, but it reduces the energy requirement, practically guaranteeing a stable use of the ultimate.
- The second constellation increases critical chance for elemental skill up to 36%, and also summons Elemental burst Cannon Fire Support with each use of the skill. C2 not only buffs the heroine’s damage, but also makes it possible to deal additional damage.
- The sixth constellation increases elemental skill damage if more than 3 charges of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed. At the same time, all newly consumed charges are returned to Navia. In terms of DPS increase, this is the strongest constellation.
Separately, we note С4, which reduces the Geo resistance of enemies after using an elemental skill. This is a strong constellation, but its implementation largely depends on the situation. It is most effective in the Geo squad, where it will allow Navia to perform the function of a sub-dd, for example, for Itto or Ningguang.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Let us explore in detail what advantages and disadvantages the head of Spina di Rosula has.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Has probably the highest attack power value in the game – 352 at level 90. Thanks to this, Navia deals huge damage with regular hits. | Low attack speed due to wielding a two-handed weapon. At the same time, base hits are part of the rotation due to infusion. |
| Effective against elite opponents и Bosses. The more Rosula Shardshots hit one enemy, the more damage they deal. | Cannot reach her maximum in mono-Geo packs due to the mechanics of passive talent and elemental skill that are connected to other elements. C4 changes the situation a little. |
| Passive talent Undisclosed Distribution Channels converts basic attacks in Geo damage, which is not canceled by other infusions. This means that Navia is capable of playing with Bennett C6. | Scaling from attack power, and not from defense. This makes Gorou, one of the strongest Geo supports, of little use in a team with Navia. |
| Good interaction with the elements. Increases the damage from the Crystallize Reaction and receives a bonus to attack power for Pyro/Electro/Cryo/Hydro characters due to the Mutual Assistance Network talent. | The elemental burst's hitbox is quite inconsistent. Some flying enemies are not hit by damage/fire support shots. |
| Flexible play style. Can deal damage from the pocket with an elemental burst or be on the battlefield using a skill and normal attacks with infusion. | Quite an short range of the elemental skill, including its hold version. That is, it will not be possible to attack from a safe distance. |
| For ascension, gets additional critical damage. This makes it possible to place more emphasis on gaining crit. chance when picking up artifacts, which simplifies stat balancing. | If in the sub-dead position, only offers additional damage to her team, since she does not give bonuses to allies, and Geo reactions are one of the weakest. |
| Does not depend on constellations. Although consts, one way or another, make the character stronger, they do not contain mechanics that have a significant impact on the gameplay. |
Leveling
Next, we look at what materials are needed to upgrade Navia to the maximum level, as well as components for increasing the levels of her talents.
Ascension
To ascend Navia, you will need to collect the following resources:
- Slivers, fragments, chunks and gemstones of Prithiva Topaz – dropped by bosses: Geo Hypostasis, Golden Wolflord, Ruin Serpent, Perpetual Mechanical Array, Experimental Field Generator, Primo Geovishap, Dominator of Wolves, Azhdaha. They are also created in alchemy with Dust of Azoth.
- Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelius – material dropped by the world boss Icewind Suite.
- Spring of the First Dewdrop - Fontaine specialty.
- Transoceanic Pearl, Transoceanic Chunk, Xenochromatic Crystal - dropped by Fontemer Aberrants.
- 420 000 Mora and 421 Hero's Wit.
Talents
To upgrade Navia's talents, the following components are required:
- Teachings, Guides and Philosophies of Equity - Talent Books obtained in the Domain of Pale Forgotten Glory. Available on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
- Transoceanic Pearl, Transoceanic Chunk, Xenochromatic Crystal - dropped by Fontemer Aberrants.
- Lightless Silk String - weekly boss item All-Devouring Narwhal.
- Crown of Insight - an item for leveling talents up to 10.
- 1 653 000 Mora.
Best Navia Builds in Genshin Impact
Navia specializes in dealing constant Geo damage, which is boosted by creating elemental shards using the Crystallize reaction. Mainly takes the position of a a main-dd, since she needs other elements to strengthen herself and causes significant damage.
The President of Spina di Rosula can also be used as a sub-dd, but this will only affect the time spent on the battlefield. In any case, the main task when creating a build for her is increased combat performance. In the following paragraphs we will look in more detail at how to build Navia in Genshin Impact.
Recommended Stats
Navia's build is based on the following stats:
- ATKis the main characteristic which all the heroine’s abilities scale with (depend on), and should be prioritized.
- Crit. damage/crit. chance - an additional way to increase damage dealt with skills and regular attacks.
- Energy recharge- although the elemental burst is not very expensive (60 points), the stat is not superfluous, especially in the absence of a second Geo character.
- Elemental Damage - since the heroine deals elemental damage with all her skills, this will also affect overall damage
Stats that are recommended to look for in artifacts:
| Artifact | Main characteristic | Additional stats |
|---|---|---|
![]() | HP (fixed) | Crit Rate CRIT DMG ATK Energy recharge |
![]() | Attack Power (fixed) | Crit Rate CRIT DMG ATK Energy recharge |
![]() | ATK | Crit Rate CRIT DMG Energy Recharge % Elemental Mastery |
![]() | Geo Damage Bonus | Crit Rate CRIT DMG ATK Energy recharge |
![]() | Crit Rate CRIT DMG | CRIT damage / CRIT Rate ATK Energy recharge Elemental Mastery |
The optimal final values of stats that are desirable to have on the character:
- ATK: 1700 and more.
- Crit Chance и CRIT DMG: ratio 1:2 (for example, 60% crit chance accounts for 120% crit damage). If your Rate exceeds 80%, you can put more emphasis on critical damage.
- Energy recharge: 140-160% and more (without Geo ally), 120-140% and more (with Geo ally).
Best Weapons
Navia's weapons should provide increased attack power, crit. damage/crit chance hits and damage dealt. The most suitable claymores are listed in the table below.
Swords that are best used in the sub-dd position due to bonuses for elemental burst and energy recovery:
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic attack: 42-510 ATK: 9%-41,3% | The elemental burst damage of the character equipped with this weapon is increased by 0,12%-0,24% for each point of max. energy of each member of the squad. Damage bonus cannot exceed 40%-80%. | Claymore increases attack power and elemental burst damage based on max. energy of team members. To optimally implement the passive effect, it is advisable to have at least 60 energy on your allies' ultimates. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic attack: 41-454 ATK: 12%-55,1% | Increases elemental burst damage by 12%-24%. Hitting an enemy with an elemental burst has a 100% chance to summon a huge onrush of tuna that attacks and deals AoE damage equal to 100%-200% of attack power. Can occur once every 15 seconds. | A two-handed sword that could be obtained in patch 2.1. Increases attack power and slightly less elemental burst damage, but does not depend on the amount of energy of teammates. The passive effect also allows you to deal additional damage after hitting an enemy with your ult. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic attack: 42-510 Energy recharge: 10%-45,9% | Increases elemental skill damage by 6%-12%. When an elemental skill hits an enemy, the character loses 3 energy but restores 3-5 energy every 2 sec. for the next 6 sec. The effect can occur once every 10 sec. The effect can work even when the character is not on the field. | Crafted Inazuma sword. In addition to providing a small bonus to your elemental skill, the weapon also helps you regenerate energy faster and works outside of the battlefield. This pairs well with Navia's fast rotation and gameplay as a sub-DD. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Basic attack 41-454 Energy recharge 13,3-61,3% | Critical attacks with a chance of 60-100% can create elemental particles that replenish 6 energy. The effect triggers once every 12-6 seconds. | Provides a large amount of energy recovery for both the heroine and other allies due to the fact that critical attacks create particles that can be used by the rest of the team. Since Navia's ult works outside of the battlefield, she will be able to generate them even while inactive. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Normal attack: 44-565 Energy recharge: 6,7%-30,6% | When an elemental skill deals damage, there is a 40%-80% chance of resetting its cooldown. May occur once per 30-16 sec. | The Sacrificial Greatsword not only provides energy, but also has a chance to refresh elemental skill cooldown. Although the cooldown of the skill is not that long (9 seconds), this will allow you to create more energy particles in one rotation. |
Best Artifacts
Like weapons, Navia's artifacts should increase her attack power, crits, and elemental damage. The table below lists all the sets and combinations of sets that are suitable for the heroine.
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases attack power by 18%. 4 parts: After using an elemental skill, Geo damage bonus for 10 sec. increases by 20%. If the character is protected by a shield created by the Crystallize Reaction, this effect is increased by 150%. 1 sec. After losing the shield, this additional increase disappears. | Signature set of artifacts for Navia: increases attack power and elemental damage (Geo). The 4-piece effect triggers on its own during the rotation. The President of Spina di Rosula deals damage with her elemental skill, and also spends most of the time under a shield from the Crystallize Reaction, receiving +50% damage to her element. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | 2 of: Increases attack power by 18%. 2 parts: Increases Geo damage by 15%. 2 Piece: Increases elemental skill damage by 20%. | If you don’t have a full Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods set, you can combine artifacts for attack power (which also includes Whispers), Geo damage, or an elemental skill bonus. The most versatile and powerful combination is 2 ATK parts + 2 Geo damage parts. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Increases elemental skill damage by 20%. 4 parts: Increases elemental skill damage by 25%. In addition, when the character is not on the battlefield, the damage of the elemental skill is additionally increased by 25%. After 2 sec. after entering the battle, the effect disappears. | Since Navia's elemental skill deals most of the damage, she's able to wear the full set of the Golden Troupe, which provides a 45% buff to E damage. The only thing is that the heroine cannot use the second part of the passive, since her skill does not deal damage from off-field. But even in this case, the set works well for her, especially if there are good pieces. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases attack power by 18%. 4 parts: Increases damage by 30% against enemies with HP above 50%. | A good set for beginners. Increases attack power, which affects all of the character's abilities, as well as overall damage against enemies if their health has dropped to half or less. The set can be used until the required sets are obtained. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases elemental skill damage by 20%. 4 parts: Defeating an enemy has a 100% chance of restoring the cooldown of an elemental skill. Can occur once every 15 seconds. | An alternative starting set for increasing the damage of an elemental skill (E). In addition to the main boost, the artifact rolls back the cooldown time of the skill. |
If you use Navia as a sub-dd and want to focus on team support, rather than her own damage, you can equip the following sets:
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases Geo damage by 15%. 4 parts: An elemental shard formed by the Crystallize reaction picked up by a character grants 35% bonus to elemental damage of the corresponding element to all party members for 10 sec. You can only have one element's damage bonus at a time. | A set that increases the elemental damage of allies. To buff teammates, you need to create shards triggering reactins of Geo and the element that requires the bonus. Pick a shard up with Navia, and then switch to the hero of this element and attack. |
![]() ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 2 Piece: Increases elemental burst damage by 20%. 4 Piece: Activating an elemental burst increases the attack power of all party members by 20% for 12 seconds. The effect does not stack. | Another support set. Aimed at increasing the attack power of allies when using Navia's ultimate. Its only downside is that the elemental burst rolls back for 3 seconds, longer than the passive effect of the set lasts, which means there will be some downtime. |
Teams
When setting up Navia's teams, it's worth considering that she synergizes best with characters who interact with Geo (Pyro, Electro, Hydro and Cryo). This combination will allow you to deal more damage not only with an elemental skill thanks to the fragments from the Crystallize Reaction, but also due to the passive talent Mutual Assistance Network, which increases the attack power in the presence of allies of the elements in question.
Although Navia prefers to play in the position of a main dps, her playstyle involves switching between squad members and a revolver playstyle. In other words, she is not a classic main DD who needs to spend a lot of time on the battlefield, which allows her to be used in conjunction with other damage dealers. In this case, the head of Spina di Rosula is not quite a support, but rather an alternative source of damage.
Best Characters
The following are the heroes who can be parts of Navia's squads. They are all sorted by their roles.
Secondary damage dealer
Characters that deal additional damage from off-field.
| Character | Element | Weapon | Effects |

![]() | ![]() | Buffs all elemental burst damage. Helps activate the passive effect of the Marechaussee Hunter using the skill. | |

![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Her skill creates a fiery prison where enemies receive damage. Also, during its existence, part of the damage received by allies is transferred to Dehya. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | All active skills deal damage from off-field, which allows Navia to effectively use her Pyro status to create fragments. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Pyro sub-DD that periodically attacks from the pocket around himself. Can consistently create Crystals for Navia. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Using an elemental skill, conducts joint Electro attacks with an active character. Her Ult restores energy. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Places totems that deal damage to nearby enemies. Her Ultimate is an instant burst damage in an area. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | An excellent sub-dd with fast reload time on skills and high damage from off-field. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | With her elemental burst, she creates electrical circuits that, when used with a normal or charged attack, cause damage to the enemy. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Helps create even more elemental shards with his skill and restores energy faster as he belongs to the same element. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A secondary damage dealer that will provide with pocket Geo damage and plenty of elemental status for a sustained Crystallize reaction. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Although Dendro does not interact with Geo, Nahida is useful for some teams, as she increases reaction damage. |
Supports
Support characters that provide healing, protection and buffs.

![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Periodically heals with a skill, casting it on the active ally. At the same time, nearby enemies receive Electro damage. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Heals with her elemental burst. Restores energy. Like Bennett and Barbara, apply elemental status on an ally, which allows you to use Talking Stick. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A debuffer that can cut enemy resistances to Geo and other elements that Navia plays well with. Will provide healing and a buff not only to Navia herself, but also to her strong allies. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Universal Geo battery. Can create a fairly strong shield, heal and at the same time deal damage. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Places strong shields and reduces enemy resistance in a small area. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Increases the damage of normal attacks using her elemental burst. At C6 it gives a 12% bonus to attack speed. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Her ultimate instantly heals the entire squad, and then periodically restores HP in the area of effect of the ability. |

Fischl and Beidou's skills are best used after the Xilonen distributes her set buff, as these abilities have a snapshot mechanic. |

![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | A squad buffing Navia. Furina deals Hydro damage and increases damage. Candace buffs the damage of Navia's regular attacks while infused, but at C6 she can deal additional damage fro moff-field. Kuki Shinobu/Dori do healing and apply Electro status. They can be replaced, for example, with Charlotte, so that there is massive healing. |

![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Free squad. Classic rotation: Noelle creates a shield, Navia ults, then Xiangling and Kaeya/Lisa alternate elemental bursts, then Navia enters the arena, destroying enemies with a skill and normal attacks. If you need to heal the squad, deal damage with Noelle's ult while her shield is active. Xiangling can be freed up for another team by replacing her with Pyro Traveler. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | The rotation starts with Bennett's ultimate, after which Ningguang uses her elemental skill (and ult, if charged). Navia then comes out and walks through Ningguang's screen, gaining a 15% bonus to Geo damage, and activates her burst. Mona/Xingqiu uses her abilities and picks up the shards. At the end, Navia finishes off enemies with an elemental skill. |
Teams with a sub-dd Navia
Squads in which the heroine shares her time in the arena with another damage dealer, helping with additional damage out of the pocket.

![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Tartaglia/Ayato deal damage under the Yunjin/Xilonen buff, Navia's ult, and Xiangling's shard pickup. Ayato can also be a secondary DPS due to his Elemental Burst, which works off-field and is useful when the head of Spina di Rosula hits with her elemental skill. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | A squad with Pyro damage dealers. Thanks to Navia's ultimate ability, which creates fragments, and Zhongli/Layla's shield or Xilonen's heal, the squad's survivability is quite high. The synergy with Yoimiya is especially good, as she can provide Pyro status from the pocket with her elemental burst. |
![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | A team with heroes from Fontaine. If you didn't choose Xilonen as a healer, you can equip Navia with the Archaic Petra. This way, while on the battlefield, she will be able to pick up elemental shards and increase the elemental damage of the corresponding element. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | Melt Team with Ayaka. After characters in 2-4 positions have activated their skills, Ayaka comes out and deals damage with charged/normal attacks. After the swordswoman uses her skills, you need to switch to Navia and use the elemental skill (provided that the characters collected the fragments). Xiangling is used for Pyro status and is the only hero of her element, so she needs to gain as much energy recovery as possible. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | A mobile squad with quick character swapping. Since neither Keqing, nor Navia, nor Yae Miko/Fischl require much time on the battlefield, they can switch between each other as their main abilities cool down. Also, don't forget to use Bennett's skill to gain energy, or Shilonen's E for a permanent buff. |
How to play Navia
Navia is a Geo damage dealer whose skill set is based on the use of shards created by the Crystallize Reaction. Each time one of the squad members picks them up, Navia receives charges that her elemental skill converts into bullets and deals high damage. When holding the skill, she goes into aiming mode and collects fragments on the battlefield.
Her Elemental Burst deals Geo damage to an area and then provides artillery fire for a certain amount of time. Each cannon shot that hits an enemy grants additional charges of Crystal Shrapnel. Normal attacks after unlocking the passive talent Undisclosed Distribution Channels receive Geo infusion and in some cases become part of the rotation.
The basis of playing as the leader of Spina di Rosula is to constantly switching between all characters in a team with the aim of collecting fragments from the Crystallize Reaction. This allows you to quickly accumulate Crystal Shrapnel charges and, as a result, increase the damage dealt by Rosula Shardshots from an elemental skill.
Rotation
Navia's rotations may vary depending on the composition of the team or the situation on the battlefield. Let's consider the optimal sequence of actions for two styles of play.
Long rotation
E (elemental skill) > Q (elemental burst) > team > E (elemental skill) > 4-5 normal attacks
This sequence of actions suits Navia in the position of a a main-dd. She stays on the battlefield longer than others, as she performs a series of regular attacks filled with Geo Infusion in her rotation. It is important that allies have abilities that work from off-field.
The long rotation looks as follows:
- Quickly tap an elemental skill to build up energy. If the ult is charged, you can skip the step.
- Activate the elemental burst that will provide Cannon Fire Support for 12 seconds.
- While the ultimate is active, switch to the sub-dps and use their skills, while simultaneously collecting fragments from the Crystallize Reaction.
- After all allies have picked up the fragments, switch to Navia and use her elemental skill.
- Use 3 normal attacks, cancel the last hit animation, and then perform 1-2 attacks again.
- Repeat from step #1 until you defeat all enemy targets.
Fast rotation
E (elemental skill) > Q (elemental burst) > team > E (element skill) > team
This rotation is suitable for short battles or for Navia in the position of a sub-dd. Her time in the arena is reduced due to the lack of combos from normal attacks, and there is also a greater emphasis on other allies, such as the main damage dealer.
Let's take a closer look at quick rotation:
- As in the first case, it is necessary to pre-charge the elemental burst. To do this, use an elemental skill.
- Use your ultimate ability to cause cannon shots to deal periodic Geo damage in an area.
- Swap to sub-dd and then to main-dd. Attack and collect fragments until the elemental burst ends.
- Return to Navia and activate her elemental skill by firing Rosula Shardshots at one or more enemies.
- Switch to your allies again and use their skills to finish off your opponents.
- If necessary, repeat from step #1.
Сonclusion
Navia in Genshin impact is Geo damage dealer, whose playstyle and mechanics are based on interaction with various elements. Not only does the President of Spina di Rosula gain bonus attack power from other elements through her passive talent, but she also relies on using shards created by the Crystallize Reaction to deal increased elemental skill damage.
Thanks to her elemental burst that works from the pocket, she can act as an additional source of damage/sub-damage. She doesn't need much time on the battlefield, so she can effectively share it with other damage dealers. Before unlocking C4, she does not provide any advantage to other Geo characters and does not buff the element in any way, but does provide an opportunity to reveal it from a new side.
