Hello tankers! Wotpack is with you and today we have prepared a review of the branch, which now will be a waste of time. We are talking about Chinese tank destroyers, which the developers have now included in the “To Battle” campaign, gave them discounts and combat missions.
To date, it remains one of the most unpopular tank destroyer branches in the game, but this does not mean that all vehicles there are bad. Therefore, we propose to get acquainted with its main representatives in more detail.
Passing vehicles of levels 2 and 4 are distinguished by good visibility and camouflage, which contributes to firing at a medium distance. But at level 3 M3GFT just the worst among classmates in these indicators. They are deprived of armor as such, therefore it is in their own interests to remain unnoticed by the enemy for as long as possible. The difference between stock and top weapons: the former are more penetrating, while the latter have more one-time damage. However, they all provide a decent enough DPM for their levels.
From level 5 to 60GFT the gameplay starts to change to a more aggressive one:
- the stock of durability points has become larger;
- increased damage per minute and accelerated aiming time;
- the dimensions have increased significantly and, as a result, invisibility has decreased, which will no longer allow sitting in the bushes;
- the accuracy is poor, so you will have to fire, supporting the allies, from the second line.
Despite the declared high power density, the car is not impressive in terms of mobility. The reason for this is low patency on soils and, as a result, poor mobility.
Farther WZ-131GFT, which is well suited for players who prefer to shoot damage from the side, further away from the main battle. This device combines two key advantages:
- good mobility allows you to quickly occupy positions convenient for firing;
- accurate, penetrating gun with good alpha;
- high stealth.
WZ-131GFT does not forgive mistakes, therefore it requires careful and thoughtful play from its owner. If we compare the gameplay with other Chinese tank destroyers, then this one feels the most comfortable in single-level battles.
Here at level 7 is already a mediocre car T-34-2GFT, on which the pleasure of playing in a random house is rather doubtful. She has good dynamics and a low silhouette, therefore excellent stealth. However, it is difficult for her to cope with the main role - causing damage. The 122 mm gun sometimes takes out due to the large alpha, but in this case it combines all the main disadvantages:
- low armor penetration;
- long mixing;
- mediocre accuracy.
In principle, T-34-2GFT not to say that it is bad, it has no armor, and the parameters of the gun do not allow playing from disguise at a long distance.
8 level WZ-111-1GFT will please with large one-time damage, high armor penetration and comfortable UGN. But still on the battlefield it is difficult to find a use for it:
- ambush style is not suitable due to poor accuracy and long mixing;
- for the assault style, there is not enough armor and mobility;
- It is also difficult to call it universal with such shortcomings, rather, it is not universal.
Pre-top technique WZ-111GFT in terms of advantages, it continued the traditions of its predecessor: excellent alpha and penetration. The forehead can sometimes even repel shells, but it is necessary to hide the NLD and not expose the sides.
Top branches WZ-113GFT more advanced, the parameters listed above are even better, and the mixing of the guns has become faster. However, against the background of the rest of the tier 10 tank destroyers, one of the lowest armor penetration by the base projectile immediately catches the eye (the “nine” has one of the best indicators among classmates) and at the same time, in contrast, the gold penetration is one of the best.
But some of the shortcomings of the last two machines are common:
- large dimensions, so it is difficult to miss them;
- the size of the equipment negatively affects mobility;
- vulnerable zones in the frontal projection;
- very low projectile speed. When firing in advance, you need to take 1,5 hulls of an enemy tank, or even more.
Objectively speaking, branch ends at 6-7 levels, even there you can bend over on Chinese Ptshkakh. Starting from level 8, representatives of this branch are among the worst in terms of average damage per battle and percentage of wins. The game has a lot of more interesting technology that deserves attention.
