The latest DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online brings two new mysterious dungeons to the game. We will tell you more about them!
Just a few weeks before the release date, ZeniMax Online Studios has released a new trailer for the latest DLC for TESO called The Elder Scrolls Online: Stonethorn.
The latest addition to the game, announced earlier this year, adds 2 dungeons to Skyrim Province. In them, players will meet with dark villains and newly assembled armies of evil spirits. As with past DLCs, players should look forward to adding:
- Achievements;
- New enemies;
- Unique awards;
- Exciting equipment;
- collectible items.
After the expansion is released, players will be able to visit Thorn Castle and confront the growing army of vampires led by the mysterious Lady Thorns, which threatens not only the people of Skyrim, but the whole of Tamriel. DLC promises continue the year-long storyline of the Dark Heart of Skyrim, launched earlier for both veterans and new players.
Beyond the Stonethorn dungeon, players will also have to go to the Stone Garden, which is located in Blackreach. Once there, the heroes will find a laboratory filled with terrifying creatures and a mad alchemist with diabolical plans.
These two dungeons will nineteenth DLCreleased for The Elder Scrolls Online since its original release in April 2014.
TESO continues to be a staple of the Bethesda line of games with each new addition. The company previously announced that console players will be able to continue their adventures in Elder Scrolls Online on next-gen consoles. without any additional costif they move to PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X.
With a new generation of consoles on the horizon, it looks like Elder Scrolls Online will continue to fill the void that has been left in the franchise in anticipation of The Elder Scrolls 6. Since the release of Skyrim, itself ported to a range of devices, a number of spin-offs including:
- digital card game Elder Scrolls: Legends;
- Mobile project Elder Scrolls: Blades, which was recently ported to the Nintendo Switch.
