How to redeem a game from EGS in Russia if it's unavailable

Some New Year's gifts may be unavailable to accounts registered in Russia and Belarus. In this case, you'll need to bypass the block:
- Use a foreign IP address.
- Create a new account in the store, choosing a country where restrictions do not apply, or ask a friend/acquaintance outside of Russia to do so.
- Open the distribution page and add the item to your library.
The main disadvantage is that the library is divided between several accounts, but this is the only working method.
