New character
Of all the featured heroes, only Varka will be a new playable companion. Vice-Captain Loen will appear in 6.4 only as an NPC.
Varka

There's no new chapter for the Archons' quest this time, and the only ongoing story will be Varka's personal quest.

A question for the experts. The account already has Varka, the question is whether to build a weapon for it or save up for Skirk (there's no Escoffier for Skirk, and I doubt I'll get two in one patch). The account is struggling with Cryo characters.

Excellent! The first part is a miss. Cooking isn't really necessary. It's so-so, half-anemotic, half-all the other elements. There'll be time to save up for Escoffier. There's Skirk, but no personal chef. And Kandakia, Charlotte, and Dahlia aren't fully finished yet. For me, the second part is just wonderful.
