Update 3.4 "Unfulfilled Dream" in Wuthering Waves will serve as an epilogue before returning to Huanglong and allow players to participate in events dedicated to the collaboration with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The collaboration will add Lucy and Rebecca, as well as Lucilla, who was announced back in November of last year, to the roster of playable characters.
Although the patch is short, the developers have strived to fill it with a variety of content: several new stories, events, and a separate location dedicated to cooperation will be added. Furthermore, weekly missions will be expanded and character leveling will be simplified. We'll cover all the new features and events in more detail in this article.

Wuthering Waves 3.4 release date
Version 3.4 will be available 8 June 2026Two days before the release, a pre-installation of some files will be available in the official launcher, which will save time later. Compensation for scheduled server maintenance will be sent via email.
What will be the banners
This time, Convocations will take on a new format: heroes from the Cyberpunk universe will be available for the entire update, with two separate phases expected, featuring a new Resonator, Lucilla, and a returning banner, Cartephia.

From the start of the patch you can get Lucy (Spectro, pistols) and Rebecca (Havoc, pistols) in a special "Convocation" - the guarantor is calculated separately.

WuWa 3.4 will add story missions, a collaboration area, and combat and weekly activities to its gameplay:
- The plot is "At Dream's Edge" and "We Choose the Sky".
- Location - Somnoire: Night City.
- Tactical Hologram - Nameless Explorer.
- A permanent game mode in the weekly quests tab (alternative to Gateway) is Phantasma Dreamland.
New Echo Kit
Adam Smasher will appear as a boss and will be the only piece of gear exclusive to the crossover characters.
This set enhances basic and heavy attacks when "Hack - Shiftin'" is applied. Since the effect is activated by a single Echo, the remaining pieces are selected from other sets.
What events will take place?
After completing all quests, you can participate in limited-time events and earn additional rewards:
- Night City Roaming — the main event, in which you will have to complete missions and fight Adam Smasher on several difficulties.
- Matrix Reform — a hacking minigame from Cyberpunk 2077.
- Gifts of Dreamchasers — login event with "Joint Convocation" spins and an avatar.
- Instant Flashlight — an event with free Rebecca (valid until July 9).
- "Depths of Illusive Realm: Dreamchasers" — a new season of roguelike mode.
- Startorch Racing, Rerun! — a rerun of motorcycle racing with co-op.
- Dream of Azure Sky — a login event with astrits, resources, and bike customization.
Other innovations
To make the gaming process more convenient, the following features have been added:
- Quick skill leveling and improvement recommendations: You can choose the level to which you want to level up your abilities, and priority skills will be highlighted.
- Optimized shooting: flexible camera tilt, wider coverage and HD format.
- Motorcycle presets: you can save combinations of various accessories.
- Resonator development goals in the planner and guide: after selecting a hero, all the necessary materials and their farming locations will be displayed.
- Detailed gameplay of the heroes with video demonstrations in the in-game manual.
