The game World of Tanks does not have the function of transferring gold to another account, but this can be done by adhering to some rules. Also, in order to transfer gold or premium equipment, you need to have certain evidence with you, otherwise the operation will be impossible.

To return the game currency or equipment, you must meet certain conditions:
- The user must have any evidence with him so that the company's employees can confirm the erroneous transfer. This can be a screenshot of an electronic payment receipt or the phone number from which the payment was made;
- The currency must not be used on the account to which it was received.
- If it was a gift of technology, not a single battle should be made on it.
If an application for the return of the transfer was created, but the player to whom the bonus was transferred has already fought several battles or used gold, the Wargaming team may take the bonuses and not transfer them to the correct account, since they have already been used by another player.

First you need to visit the official website of Wargaming. At the top of the screen, there is a link called Help Center.

Below are frequently asked questions and their answers. To resolve the issue of returning gold or equipment, you need to click on the "transfer and return" link, which is located on the left side of the screen.
The user will be taken to the relevant topic. If you follow the links under No. 1, the player will be provided with information about what is needed for a refund or transfer to another account. The link under #2 will contain instructions for writing to the support service, since such applications are considered individually.
If the relevant evidence was attached to the application, then there is every chance of approval of the return of funds that the user mistakenly transferred to the wrong account. A big role will be played by the user who unexpectedly received bonuses. If he managed to use the funds to purchase certain goods or tested the donated equipment in battle, then the chances of a return will practically disappear.
Therefore, if a player made a mistake with a nickname or email address, then you should immediately contact the Support Center.
