How to unlock the Special Recruitment Project and Druzhina reputation
The introductory quest "Special Selection" will appear after completing the second chapter of the seventh volume of Archon quests. When you're ready, return to the Squad Headquarters and speak with Yarova to access the Preparation Cycle screen. By pressing the button in the lower right corner, you'll receive the first of six weekly quests, after which you can use the device to transport yourself to the arena.
Each challenge requires defeating a certain number of enemies within a time limit. The levels are easy to complete and shouldn't pose any challenges, especially if you've acquired and upgraded all the firearms:
- Frost Silver of Shatanaya.
- Balsag's solar wheel.
- Thunder of Ashamez.
After completing the current stage, the next quest can be taken from Yarova on Monday server update.

Each level takes place in a large room with a central platform, multiple hiding spots, and an upper tier with low barriers. The first stage requires you to destroy 10 enemies in 300 secondsThe last one to be released is "Shadow-Corrupted Soldier" - Fatui Skirmisher: Hydro Gunner.

On the second level you need to overcome 10 opponents with 300 secondsHe'll be the boss. Thunder Guard Fatui — "The Oprichnik who's no longer an Oprichnik." To fight him, use the Cryo Rifle, which can be combined with Pyro Grenades if desired.

In the third test you will have to cope with 11 soldiers in 300 secondsThe boss of "Only Frost Falls Like a Shadow" is a standard Fatui Skirmisher: a Cryo Bomber, easily killed with any weapon before it can activate its shield. The Cryo barrier is quickly removed by Pyro Grenade Launcher rounds or grenade launchers.

Completing the Preparation Cycle will yield:

- a personalized card for the "Fleeting Moments" profile.
Due to the simplicity of the regimen, it will only take 7-15 minutes to complete over the entire six weeks.
It's still unknown whether anything else will unlock after completing all the quests. Perhaps in patch 7.1 a reputation will appear in place of the closed tab Archon Queen with Snezhnaya's glider, but this information is just a guess based on rumors and the design in the closed mode menu with the inscription "???".
