В Genshin Impact There are many heroes with interesting lore and unique abilities. Characters from Nod-Edge, the autonomous region of Snezhnaya, differ from others in their skill sets and mechanics. Lunar reactions, associated with the Hydro element.
In the endgame, such reactions are often needed to weaken enemies or apply buffs, so it's important to understand the specifics of companions from this region. In this guide, we'll outline the strengths and weaknesses of currently released heroes and share information about upcoming ones.
Playable characters from Nod Land in Genshin Impact
Currently, there are only 8 residents of the autonomous region, but this number may increase in the future. Geo Adept Zi Bai owns the Moon Wheel and is played by the Moon Crystal, but she belongs to the Liyue Kingdom.
Aino

| Rarity | 4⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.0 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | No |
Mechanic Aino (Hydro, Two-handed Sword) — a free secondary damage dealer who attacks with a water element in a large, limited area. Thanks to the area of effect of his ultimate, he excels as a damage dealer in a variety of situations. He performs best in teams with companions from the same region, as he then attacks more frequently.
Some of her main drawbacks are her low damage output and reliance on constellations, especially constellation 6. At C0, she's simply a reliable Hydro applicator, and at C6, she can fully replace Columbine in a second team if you have more than one main damage dealer with Lunar Reactions (Fleance, Nefer, Zi Bai).
Illuga

| Rarity | 4⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.3 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | No |
Lightbearer Illuga (Geo, spear) — a support character focused on Moon Crystal play, despite not being able to trigger it himself. His squads are strictly limited to allies of certain elements, making him difficult to team up with if your account lacks the right companions. Without constellations, he's quite demanding of Geo heroes capable of construct placement, as they make it easier to stack his buff.
Ineffa

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 5.8 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | Lunar-Charged |
Robot maid Ineffa (Electro, spear) She's a strong sub-DPS and shield-based support. Although she specializes in Lunar Charge, she can buff herself independently and pair with any Hydro Applicator, making her one of the most versatile secondary damage dealers in the game. However, despite her high potential, she can only fully utilize and increase her DPS with constellations or Columbine, which she can pair with in any squad.
Columbina

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.3 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | All |
Columbina (Hydro, catalyst) — a secondary damage dealer whose abilities are entirely focused on enhancing Lunar Reactions and applying a Water effect to trigger them. She's unique in that, unlike the free Aino, she can independently hit with the reaction most frequently triggered by her team, as well as convert them when her allies' elements interact.
Although she's at her best in groups with Nod-side heroes, if she's given Supreme Radiance, she can take even veteran Dendro, Electro, and Geo damage dealers to the next level. However, picking her as a Hydro applicator with Pyro and Cryo allies isn't recommended.
Lauma

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.0 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | Moon Budding |
Lauma (Dendro, catalyst) — a sub-DD and buffer for Lunar Budding. Her abilities are similar to her skills. Archon Nahida, but are less versatile and limited to the Buds, which she allows to critically hit. This similarity allows them to play on the same team or spread out across different teams, minimizing damage loss to the second damage dealer, who requires Dendro status and buffs.
Priestess is Nefer's signature support, but can be quite self-sufficient in other groups as well. At the first constellation, she can heal when Lunar Budding activates.
Nefer

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.1 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | Moon Budding |
Head of the Curatorium of Secrets Nefer (Dendro, catalyst) — a primary damage dealer who relies on Lunar Budding and is unable to go beyond it in her squads, as she immediately loses most of her power. She converts buds into special seeds and consumes them with charged attacks, which are the core of her gameplay. She desperately needs Lauma, as without her, she's practically unable to fully exploit her potential and deliver maximum damage, even with Nahida.
Flins

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.0 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | Lunar-Charged |
Flins (Electro, spear) — a damage dealer from Nod's End, powered by Lunar Charge. He has no strict squad restrictions, as he requires any Hydro Applicator, Electro Battery, or MS Buffer. However, while he can be assembled on a budget, he requires at least some investment to fully utilize his abilities: for example, in Signa and Ineffa, which significantly boosts him and shields him from his vulnerability while activating his ultimate.
Jahoda

| Rarity | 4⭐ |
| When did it come out? | Patch 6.2 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | No |
Jahoda (Anemo, bow) — a support unit who, with his elemental versatility, fits best in groups with Lunar Reactions due to his reliance on Supreme Radiance. He's good at healing allies and providing hype, as he can wear various artifact sets, including Viridescent Venerer и Silken Moon's SerenadeIt is a strong Elemental Mastery buffer, but often loses in signature squads. alchemist Sucrose, if it does not have a sixth constellation.
Future heroes
Currently, only one new character is known, but other heroes can be expected to be released in the future.
Linnea

| Rarity | 5⭐ |
| Release Date | Patch 6.5 |
| Creates lunar reactions? | Moon crystal |
Linnaea (Geo, shooting) She will be the equivalent of Ineffa and Lauma for the Moon Crystal. She will be able to deal damage with both reaction and regular Geo damage, as well as heal the active character. Like other characters in the region, she will have a passive ability for converting reactions, which will allow her to comfortably play with Zi Bai and will strengthen existing Geo-element characters, but will hinder her play in other squads.
The Nod-End characters are noticeably different from other companions thanks to the Lunar mechanics that underpin their gameplay. To learn more about them, we suggest checking out the list. all the heroes, get to know them age, special dishes and position in tier lists.

A whole article for the sake of Linnea alone.
If this is a list of Nod Ender Persians in general, then for some reason there was no such article about Natlan.
We didn't know what they were looking for) Maybe we'll do it based on them.
Linnea is a geo archer, and you have a geo spear.
We overlooked that, thanks.
Happy International Women's Day to all the girls! I have a question. We had Sakura in Inazuma, a fountain in Fontaine, a room in Natlan, and something in Sumeru too. Well, you know what I mean. They don't have that in Nod Land, do they?
And in Nod Land, the bases of the main factions rise. Instead of fifty levels of cherry blossoms in one place, there will be six to ten locations with five elevations each.
And instead of a normal reputation increase through battles with mobs and help from NPCs (or at least their neutered version in Natlan), there are absolutely unnecessary, tied exclusively to one day (miss Sunday - you lose a week), meaningless and boring dialogues with Klumba
Should I visit her periodically? I thought there was some story after the main plot that no one warned me about. I'll keep that in mind.
Yes, every Sunday there is one Lunar Chronicles quest (they were blocked for a while before the release of patch 6.3)
In total, it takes several months to get the wings, since only one task opens every Sunday.
Damn, I realized late (very late) how this Columbine thing works, and it turned out that in the plot we gave her a name, lost her, demolished the Dottore, visited the moon with her, and when I go into her cave she says, "...But I don't have a name...". I don't know why, but situations like this amuse me.
Not every Sunday, but a week after completing the previous task. Everything opened up for me. on Wednesdays on one account, on another I missed a couple of days and the opening was already moved to Friday, etc.
Yes, I remembered. Good things are quickly forgotten.
Yes, there are no such systems. Apparently, they are replaced by meeting places.
It's more about where to turn in reputation seals. They existed in Liyue and Monda, but they were turned in at souvenir shops. Starting with Inazuma, the mechanics became more complex: first, you level up a special location, then a souvenir shop opens for turning in the remaining seals. And Nod Land isn't a region, but a special area. As Twister said, it's about leveling up factions and their areas.
I wonder if a shop will even open in Nod's End. The regions are constantly expanding, so the upper limit is unknown.
The store is already open. It's in the Voynich Guild. All that's left is to wait for the final factions to release, and then you can spend your seals in the store.
