How to get the Red Sands Slab
The Traveler gets acquainted with the Red Sand Slab tool through the quest Lost in the sands from the Golden Land of Dreams chain. The scientist Tirzad will give it for storage, and then completely transfer it for research. In the Inventory, the item is located in the "Task" tab.
What is the Red Sands Slab for?
The Red Sand Slab tool gives Power. This power allows you to control the mechanisms in the ruins of King Deshret. The more characters on a non-working device, the more places you will have to visit.
How to Use Red Sand Slab in Genshin Impact
Open the Inventory tab "Exercise", select the Red Sands Plate and click "View", to discover its possibilities. Even though the item is a tool, it does not need to be worn to use it. The plate looks like Aranyacu, the book aranar, and inside there are three sections, which are discussed in detail below.

The first section of the Slab shows tutorials on working with the tool and all the mechanisms that are available at the current Power level. The Path of the Prayer
Second section, "Way of the Prayer", marks the ruins visited during the quests from the chains golden land of dreams и Old Notes and New Friends. Tracking the progress of tasks on it is not very convenient, but you can find out additional information about the history of the visited ruins.
Descent into the depths
The third section of the tool, "Descent into the Depths", marks the teleport of the selected ruins on the map and offers a Guide for them. It leads from the most convenient teleport to the right place. After completing the Golden Land of Dreams quest chain and missions Dual Evidence the following locations are available:

I found a secret symbol in the Wali al-Majuj area, in the Safaha Shatranj I teleported from the first figure that the genie Lilupar showed, and where I landed, I found a note from Father Jeht. Hello, thanks for your reply! I'm just not quite sure how to continue my exploration. Today, when I went back to that place with the dog statues and walked a bit forward, a triangular structure appeared, which I defeated. I didn't get a chest for it because I remember looting it a long time ago. And I'm completely clueless about what to do next. I've walked around every inch of the space and can't interact with anything except that red hoop near the right dog. So I figured I needed a slab to continue the quest.

Question! I completed the final quest in the Hajj Nisut Temple chain today, and I'd like to know. There's a panel in front of the temple that supposedly can be activated somehow, but you can't interact with it in any way; it just has a seal on it and that's it. So, my question is: is there any way to enter the Hajj Nisut Temple? Because on my first playthrough, I didn't find the chests I needed...
A day later, teleport to the Archon statue near the village. A new quest from the same chain will begin. Once you complete it and gain full power for the tablet, you'll be able to re-enter this temple, and the button will unlock.
I just reached the last quest in the chain (they gave me an achievement for completing the quest line). The last quest was in Hajj Nisut, where the guy sat on the throne. After that, there's no continuation, and the slab only moved two levels, which I realized was a fluke (one round seal on it lit up, and one square one). Is there no way to level it up any further in this patch?
If you reached the end today, the continuation will be tomorrow. If there was a server reset (6 AM Moscow time in Europe) since the chain's completion, then move to the Archon statue in Aaru village.

You can level it up once, once you've unlocked all the teleporters. The one in the lower right corner of the huge pyramid will contain a huge room. You can level up your power again there, but it won't affect the puzzles at all.

The lower right corner of the large building in the desert is where the teleporter is located, it's not active for you*
Once you unlock it, after completing all the quests, a huge room will appear. One of the passages will contain another mechanism. Activating it will grant you the ability to deactivate the fans and open up to two more doors. (So, achieving this level of power won't affect your progress through the puzzles at all.)
You can reach the teleporter by one of the paths in the cave where the dungeon was opened, or by turning left from the very beginning, after the primordial hours (for the dungeon, you had to turn right and into the hole, according to your guide)
I completed all the quests after I reached level 2 of power, there were no active quests at that moment.
