Titu is the storyteller of the Children of Echoes tribe and is responsible for passing on stories. He is guarding a stone column that has weakened and is beginning to fall. The young man suspects that the split of the Shadow Needle does not promise anything good, because according to legend, the seal holds back the powers of the Abyss. Therefore, the heroes agree to help him stop the destruction of the column.

The order in which the first two small Shadow Needles are restored when completing the quest is not important - go to the nearest one and examine it together with the narrator.

First, Tita will be led to the small Shadow Needle in the north of the cave. Deal with the enemies at the entrance so that they do not interfere with further investigation.

Restore the inscription: how to pass the test of phlogiston spikes

Prepare for a time-limited challenge "Phlogiston spines" and move into Tepetlisaurus, using its icon on the wall.

The hero faces the following tasks:

• repair hard phlogiston spine;
• break the engraved stone pillar and collect the power of the inscriptions;
• Fill out the scale indicating the progress of the inscription restoration.

Proceed to restore the inscription:

• Use your basic attack to break the engraved stone pillars that look like clear crystals, and collect the power of inscriptions from them, filling the strip in the center.
  
• The Abyss will hinder recovery, so it is necessary to extract as much energy as possible. Enter the rift and destroy the clumps on the wall.
  
• Beware of phlogiston crystals that form when resisting dark forces - upon contact they will explode.
  

When the challenge is completed successfully, repel the attack puppies Gap, leaving the dragon's body (long press Q or the little man icon), and talk to Titu.

Go to the second pillar in the west of the gorge. When you find yourself at a dead end, fight your opponents and hit the phlogiston barrelsto blow up the rocks blocking the path. Follow deeper into the corridor and examine the small Shadow Needle.

Restore the inscription

Win inside the cave Outcast Hilichurla Anemo and touch the golden symbol. This time there will be no inscriptions nearby - find out what the Saurian companion wanted to show you to solve the puzzle.

Find scattered inscriptions

Come down and take advantage by the forces of Tepetlisaurus, thanks to which you can climb up the wall and destroy the stones on the left side of the cave. Enter the rift and follow the direction of the arrow marked on the wall.

Find a way to get down

Dive into the shallow pool and hit with a basic attack to unlock a chest and a new point of interest. When you're done with the hilichurls around, inspect the ground, after which the soil will disappear from under your feet. Straightaway open the glider, otherwise the character may crash.

Keep moving forward - move into Hydro Saurian, thanks to which you can more easily overcome the rapids of the underground river. When you find yourself in a spacious cave where the water level has risen noticeably, return to land and lower the lever. Please note that you can only climb to the top if you will jump in the form of a dragon.

Then climb into the passage on the other side of the pool and destroy the phlogiston crystals, then the water will go away. Try touching the inscription below and you can continue the investigation.

Follow the sign to the small Shadow Needle

In the guise of a Koholasaurus, interact with the stream, which will take the character to the right place. Leave the saurian's body, open the precious chest and go up the steps. Continue following the golden symbol until you return to the pillar and place it in place.

Complete the sealing ritual

Go down to the base of the needle, use the Tepetlisaurus's ability and begin restoring the inscription. The hard phlogiston spike must be repaired again, breaking the engraved stone pillars and collecting the power of the inscriptions in the allotted time, before the forces of the Abyss have time to fill the strip above.

Don't linger in one place, as the ground will fall down and pull the hero down with it. Dive into the molten cracks on the walls to have time to get to the infected areas and successfully complete the cleansing.

Head to the last small Shadow Needle (below)

Follow the last pillar in the south of the location and examine the small Shadow Needle. It seems that the forces of the Abyss are seething underground even more - quickly check what is happening with the seal.

Explore the area below the gorge

Go down to the marked area and defeat the enemies: Rift Hounds and Night Spirits. The traveler is distracted by Titu's warning cries - the Shadow Needle falls down and breaks, but everyone remains unharmed.
