"Like a Labyrinth That Imprisoned Her Servants" is a continuation of the story of the Frost Giant who was trapped in the frozen lands in Genshin ImpactAfter being freed from its chains for the first time, the colossus disappeared in an unknown direction, but its location was soon revealed. Find the giant again and follow him.
How to start the quest
Chapter II Snow's side chain will open if the previous part is completed "A great heart bound by a fine chain"After 1-2 in-game days, a message will arrive from the Eye of Grai, "About a giant figure that appeared by the sea." Read it and look for the marker on the map.
Head to the small pier in the west of Snowgrad. The giant will be standing right next to a wooden platform. Approach and follow him to the hidden island in the north.

Colossus desperately searches for the girl he once promised to return to. It is her memory that draws him to a distant lighthouse at sea.
Break the chains that bind the giant
After the cutscene it will start Shadow Sphere mode, in which you must escort a giant to the lighthouse and free him from the emerging chains. Collect the ammo from the container, use the chain mechanisms, and reach the next island. Destroy the two anchors with targeted attacks from any weapon.
Using the Stasis Seals, fly to the distant patch of land with the lantern. While the giant moves forward, cross the ice floes to the building in the distance and turn toward the bridge where the colossus has fallen into a new trap.
Deal with all the enemies in your path and break the three nearby chains. Then approach the destroyed column and use the chain mechanisms to reach the next area.
At the ice barrier, use any of the options:
- Place a launch pad to jump over;
- Place a simple heat source and melt the barrier;
- swim across from the side.
Place your own chain mechanism on the ledge so that the beams connect to other structures in the distance. Head left to the first two anchors and destroy them.
Climb the stairs and deal with a group of enemies. Wait for the familiar girl's shadow to break the seal, and then break the spike.
From a distance, shoot the anchors on the rocks to reveal Stasis Seals, and fly through them to the stone structure. Fight the chimeras and break the remaining chains.
Eliminate the Shadow Sphere in this location
Once you've destroyed all the shackles, an exit from the shadow dimension will appear before the giant. Reach it by swimming or enter the chain mechanism and exit at the right moment.
After the cutscene with the lighting of the lighthouse, the next quest will begin - "Tender Tunes".
