Pogranichnik is a 6⭐ rarity Operator in Arknights: Endfield, who belongs to the Vanguard class and deals physical damage to enemies. He plays a secondary DPS role, primarily serving as a "battery," actively filling the SP meter with all his primary abilities.
He is one of the most important allies for his elemental allies, as he quickly applies and replaces vulnerability charges with Breach, an effect that increases enemies' vulnerability to physical damage. With proper investment, he can take on the core role, but he'll be at his best as a support damage dealer.

Strengths and Weaknesses

The former commander from Rhodes Island is an offensive-type fighter who can be used in a variety of positions, but he will be less effective outside of his signature teams, which is important to consider if you want to play this hero.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Not tied to one role: despite being highly effective as a support DD, he can take the place of the main DPS unit with the right investment. | "Hostage" of his element: poorly realizes his potential outside of physical teams. |
| Builds vulnerability stacks well and actively participates in applying physical status, thereby increasing enemies' vulnerability to damage from his element. | Has difficulty interacting with operatives who also know how to activate Breach. |
| Reliably restores energy, is an indispensable “battery” for physical units. | |
| Super ability deals great damage and pulls enemies in. | |
| By activating Fervent Morale from talent, can increase ATK/art power of teammates. |
How to Build Pogranichnik in Arknights: Endfield
Pogranichnik's build differs depending on the role he plays:
- DPS support requires investing in Will and energy generation speed. Given that the character can deal damage, percentage increases to his elemental bonus and attack power are beneficial. Furthermore, the chosen gear should provide boosts to the team's overall combat potential.
- For hyper-carries, increasing agility/ATK and critical hits is important. Support functions are relegated to a secondary role, so weapon/equipment options that increase DPS from primary "buttons" are prioritized.
Weapon Tier List
Never Rest is the Commander's Signature Sword: This weapon's passive also increases the fighter's personal damage. If you don't have the signature, you can equip other relic options or consider a more accessible F2P option, Fortmaker, which gives a permanent bonus to "recovery".

Pogranichnik Team Guide
Pogranichnik teams must include operators who master the physical element. Only these characters can fully utilize the talents inherent in the Rhodes Island fighter's skill set.
Best allies
Units that will offer the commander high synergy:
| Operator | Features |
![]() |
A damage dealer who uses several combat skill moves to deal continuous damage. The third skill consumes NBC charges, so it's important to decide in advance which character will consume the stacks. For example, if skill points are urgently needed, the Border Guard's NBC ability is used. |
![]() |
A free hero that can be used as a hyper-carry for a long time if you have the right supports. His main skill absorbs Vulnerability stacks and activates Crush. Contains opponents in crystal "prison" through their combo, and then explodes with an ultimate, causing a lot of damage. |
![]() |
A skill-intensive damage dealer. To implement the bonus mechanics built into the talent Reduce and Thicken, really likes to be in pure physical squads. Shows the greatest effectiveness against crowds, as he can frequently activate Lift/Knock Down. In boss battles, he requires more support, which the commander can provide. |
![]() |
He's good at accumulating vulnerability stacks, but can't fully utilize them. Because of this, he requires cooperation with other units that rely on physical conditions. He can serve as DPS support for Pogranichnik or take on a more active role, which, however, will not leave the commander uninvolved. |
![]() |
Provides survivability to the group by healing and protecting them with strong shields. Actively fills the Staggered meter through integrated passives and contributes to physical reactions. Also increases the defense of allies, making them less susceptible to enemy attacks. |
![]() |
A support with decent DPS potential. He stacks both Sting and Stagger very well, especially when interrupting enemy charge attacks. Considering he's a 5-degree hero, he quickly reaches his max potential and can last a long time in a group as a support damage dealer. |
![]() |
If the Border Guard is built as a primary damage dealer, he can easily join the girl as a hero absorbing her converted vulnerability stacks. In exchange, he will buff both himself and the damage ticks from her Razorclaw Mark passive skill, which deal physical damage. |

Rotation
The character's skill set includes SP restoration, additional damage from shielders, and several (de-)buffs. All effects are related to applying and absorbing vulnerability stacks. Skill points are generated in the following cases:
- When the hero performs combat skill "The Pulverizing Front", depending on the number of absorbed Vulnerability stacks.
- For each Vulnerability stack consumed before the combo skill - triggers Breach (Pogranichnik) or Crush (Administrator, Da Pan, Mi Fu).
- For each attack by a shielder - after activating the ult , apply physical status effect to the target or use Pogranichnik's combo skill.
As for the positive effects: having restored a total of 80 HP, the character will spread the Fervent Morale buff to the group, and together with Breach cause the enemy to become susceptible to physical damage for ~50 seconds.
The features discussed above form a simple rotation with windows for allies to use their skills:
- Start the fight with the Commander's ultimate and try to always keep it active.
- Apply 4 stacks of Vulnerability to an enemy with other team members.
- Use Pogranichnik's skill to absorb the charges and apply a debuff to the target..
- Don't forget to use the combo skill.
While Breach remains on the enemy, the third step can be performed by other DD packs - Mi Fu, Da Pan or Endmin.
Priority for skill upgrading

Pogranichnik is a key element in physical teams due to his high skill point generation. He deals good damage and, after learning talents, can boost allies with Fervent Morale, which increases ATK and arts power.
Regardless of the role he plays, upgrade his skills in the following order:
Basic attack > ult ≥ combo skill ≥ combat skill
Let's briefly explore the mechanics of each skill:
- "All-Out Offensive" basic attack - Staggers, deals moderate damage and constantly generates skill points (counts as passive resource regeneration).
- "Shieldguard Banner, Forward" Ult - Summons four shielders and gains five stacks of effect "Steel Oath". Every time an enemy is affected by a physical condition or "Full Moon Slash", the commander uses 1 stack of "Steel Oath," and 1 Shielder enters the field. Thanks to this, the character not only deals damage but also restores a lot of SP.
- "Full Moon Slash" Combo - becomes available when an enemy's vulnerability charges are consumed by Crush or Breach. Deals damage and fills the SP gauge.
- "The Pulverizing Front" battle skill - imposes Breach and restores skill points depending on the number of vulnerability charges absorbed.

In Arknights: Endfield, the standard Pogranichnik operator is an offensive-type fighter with high DPS/Support potential. The commander is focused on supporting characters of his element, allowing him to frequently inflict powerful physical ailments and deal increased damage due to his vulnerability from Breach. Due to high synergy with the Endministrator, can be used profitably right from the start.

Will the Rossi/Administrator/Border Guard/Lifen squad be playable?
How does his former chic suit him if he is two-handed?
And how did he become two-handed?
What flawless essence is suitable for a border guard?
Is it also flawless or does someone on the team have to wear it?
It's unclear why he needs a crit set if he can't achieve a sufficient amount at the moment. The optimal set for him is inlong50.
Crit sets are completely unnecessary in the game. That is, crit stats are just stats. They don't multiply and don't provide a multiple increase in damage. Attack sets or other core stats are more beneficial.
I hope maybe the vultures are planning to wean us off fap on ksh/ku.
I'm new to Enfield. The build lists weapons, but I literally have no idea where to find them. I've scoured the entire game. Can you please tell me where to get them? Should I wait for a banner or somewhere else?
Most 5⭐/6⭐ weapons drop from banners. With a few exceptions, you might get some through story progression.
This is a gacha game, and weapons need to be twirled just like characters.
In the operators' banner, in the lower left corner, there's an arsenal button where you can buy a border guard sword and a main character for cashback from spins.
