The only thing the leakers didn't take into account is that in 2027, the Chinese New Year runs from February 6th to 20th. This falls within Version 7.4 (release date: January 27th, 2027), so all of these candidates will be rerolled in that update: Zhongli (as Archon) in the default event banner, and Ganyu, Xiao, and Ayato in a version of the Chronicle Prayer, like in 6.7/Luna VIII. Only Ayato is questionable, as the developers will likely add Star Freeze, given that Vodyanitsa has a standard Hydro God's Eye (like Tartaglia's), not Star Wedge.

Star Freeze with Escoffier (and a little Skirk) in play is a death knell in any regional meta. Unless they make the reaction "activator" an anemo character, it's unlikely to happen.
