Where to redeem promo codes in NTE
You can redeem special codes from the developers directly in the game, via Zero's smartphone. First, complete the prologue mission "Unforeseen Yet Foretold" and visit New Helios for the first time - this will unlock the main functions of the game.

- Click "Promo code" and enter one of the developer combinations in the appropriate field.
- Wait until the reward arrives to your inbox (the “letter” icon).
Is it possible to activate it on the website?
At the moment, the official website has no section where you can use the combination. We'll update this section as soon as a dedicated page for entering combinations appears on the platform.
What to do if you can't apply the code
If you were unable to get your currency and resources, you may have encountered one of the following issues:
- You made a mistake while entering the code. We recommend copying the code instead of typing it manually.
- If you are trying to activate a coupon that has already been used on your account, you will receive a notification. "Invalid" or "This code has already been used.".
- You entered an invalid promo code - in this case, you will receive a message "Expired".
