June 10, 2026 Roblox Restrictions have been lifted in Russia. The gaming platform is once again accessible throughout the country, and users can access the service without any restrictions. This unblocking is due to Roblox complying with regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of underage users. Prior to this, the Ministry of Digital Development and Roskomnadzor held consultations with the platform's owners and appealed to law enforcement agencies to support the lifting of the restrictions.
The primary condition was the protection of underage players—Roblox agreed to tighten moderation, enforce local laws, and remove controversial content. Furthermore, the company launched a mechanism to restrict access to games by age group.

Roblox was blocked in Russia on December 3, 2025. At the time, Roskomnadzor attributed the decision to the distribution of prohibited materials on the platform. The company declared its readiness to bring the service into compliance with Russian law and immediately took the first step: disabling voice and text chat for all Russian accounts, preventing users from communicating via private messages and within Play Stores.
The platform is now operational in Russia again, but further availability will depend on the company's continued compliance with agreed-upon requirements for moderation, age restrictions, and child protection.
Next up are YouTube, Telegram, and everything else Roskomnadzor blocked…
