В The Blood of Dawnwalker There's no official Russian localization: the interface, subtitles, and voiceovers aren't translated. This makes it more difficult for players in the CIS to follow the story and navigate the build system. However, two fan-made Russian localizations were already available on release day; simply unzip them into the game's folder.
Is there Russian in The Blood of Dawnwalker?
Russian isn't a supported localization for The Blood of Dawnwalker, so you can't select a Russian interface, subtitles, or voiceover. The presence of a Russian description on Steam doesn't mean the game itself has been localized, and the developers haven't announced an official localization after release.
Rebel Wolves creative director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz responded to a question about Russian translation of the text on social media: "As far as I know, there are currently no plans to add support for languages other than those already announced."
Russifier The Blood of Dawnwalker for PC
The preparation of a full fan translation for the computer version was started by clarkkent и wolvovic: They have already published archives with localization of dialogues, interface, quests, and item descriptions.

Please note that wolvovic's translation is intended for the Steam version of the game and may not work with pirated repacks or licensed versions from other platforms.
How to install the Russifier
Simply download the ZIP archives to your device and unzip them into the game folder:
- Extract files from the archive to any folder or to your desktop.
- Go to the directory "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Blood of Dawnwalker" or to the root folder of the repack.
- Transfer files into it Dawnwalker and "Dawnwalker_RU_Licenses" (in clarkkent's version) with file replacement.
- Launch the title, go to nastroyki zvuka and switch "Text language" into Russian (in the wolvovic version).
Clarkkent's translation will replace the English localization files, while wolvovic's will replace the Spanish localization files.
Will there be Russian language on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S
Fan-made localization files are intended for the PC version and are installed in the game's folder. On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, it's not possible to freely modify installed game files, so an official update from the developers will be required to enable the Russian language on these platforms.
