Hero's story

An adventurer from the Underworld has a huge amount of information, but you should approach him with caution - the buyer can turn into a product in a second. Due to his absurd actions, he is especially popular with the guards: they are always trying to catch the elusive Koski. Active skills
"Shining Bright" || Debuff
Using the technique inflicts the Blind debuff on all victims in the specified area. The status lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies with the Blind status cannot detect the unit. When starting a battle against monsters under the debuff, each of their actions will be delayed by 100% with a fixed chance of 25%.
"Dazzling Blades" || Single Strike
The Underworld Mercenary throws blades and deals Wind damage to the target equal to 50-130% of his own ATK.
"Ricochet Love" || Bounce
Deals wind damage equal to 28-70% of ATK to the target enemy. Up to 4 additional times, the blades bounce and hit random targets, dealing damage equal to 28-70% of ATK.
"Surprise Present" || Debuff || Energy requirement: 110
Deals wind damage to all mobs on the battlefield, amounting to 96-192% of his own ATK. With a base probability of 100% for 2 turns, using the ult increases the periodic damage received by the victim by 20-35%.

The Wildfire Mercenary's primary abilities are his ult and skill. The 2-turn ultimate will allow the entire party to deal more periodic damage to enemies, and the skill is also useful against one monster, since the blades can hit it several times. The Talent contains his core mechanic with Wind Shear stacks that apply periodic DPS that comes into play in longer fights. The best eidolons of Sampo:
- E1 – Increases the number of skill bounces by 1 - from 4 to 5 times. Bonus random damage can go through both multiple targets and one, which is why the constellation is useful everywhere.
- E4 – Increases the damage from Wind Shear at a certain number of debuff levels, which is achieved without problems. The constellation is not bad and gives a pleasant increase to DPS.
- E6 - Useful when building into Break. The strongest constellation, increasing damage from Wind Shear more than others.
How to play Sampo in HSR

- If possible, start the battle by using the "Shining Bright" technique, hitting an enemy in the open world for 10 seconds, which will apply AoE Blind to monsters and delay their first actions in combat. After the time has elapsed, the Blind zone will disappear.
- Basic AttackDazzling Blades" and the regular skill "Ricochet Love» cast Wind Shear on mobs to cause damage to regularly pass through them and gradually remove the shield.
- Try to use the ultimate "Surprise Present» before the actions of partners with the activation of periodic DPS, so that the enemies receive more damage.
