In HSR, Silver Wolf is a debuffer character capable of acting as a supporting DPS force. The heroine's skills have a number of unique features that increase incoming damage to various monsters: her active abilities impose effects on enemies that reduce defense, attack power (ATK) and speed. Reducing defense, in turn, is the most valuable bonus for any team.
The character's gameplay is entirely based on maintaining the listed debuffs. Despite the main feature of the personal skill - the ability give the enemy a new vulnerability, is considered an extremely expensive character in terms of action points in modes aimed at fighting against waves of opponents. Fortunately, this disadvantage is compensated by an ultimate that does not require a lot of energy and deals good mass damage.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Like any character, the huntress has certain positive and negative traits, which can be considered in a comprehensive manner as follows:
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| High synergy with any DPS hero due to one of the most useful negative effects on reducing defense. | Demand for a high speed indicator for comfortable play: the most satisfactory value is 160 and higher (difficult to gain without overlapping 2x2 sets). |
| As a result, maintaining this effect on all enemies at once on a permanent basis due to the low cost of the ultimate skill. | |
| In addition to lowering defense, it has a whole list of side negative effects, which allows the heroine to surpass many units of the same path. | |
| Comfortable work of the skill: the imposition of a new vulnerability is linked to the damage type of the character located in the first position on the team (far left). | |
| AoE and solo-oriented skills allow the girl to take the role of a secondary DPS character and satisfactorily complete any endgame content. | |
| A simple build that forces you to focus on increases to only two stats - chance to hit effects and speed. |
Best Silver Wolf Builds in Honkai: Star Rail

The girl from the Stellaron Hunters faction is primarily valued as a full support, responsible for imposing various negative effects. Within the framework of the battle, it is important for the hacker to combine the consistent use of basic skills in order to update "Bugs" in time, maintain the debuff to reduce defense, as well as general resistance to one / all types of elements.
Despite the fact that the abilities have a "base chance" of applying various debuffs, the Silver Wolf build in HSR still involves increasing such an indicator as effect hit rate. The reason is that base chance in the form of 80% and above does not mean that each use of the skill will impose/renew a negative status - after all, all opponents have a fixed resistance to one or another debuff. Accordingly, the higher the named characteristic, the more likely it is to fully realize the capabilities embedded in the skill set.
Additionally, we must not forget about speed, which affects the frequency of turns, helps to inflict damage on enemy targets in a timely manner, as well as restore action points or your own energy.
Recommended Stats
Based on the recommendations above, the following priority can be identified among the “main” characteristics:
| Head | HP (fixed) |
| Hands | Attack Power (fixed) |
| Body | Effect Hit Rate (priority) or crit chance (secondary DPS position) |
| Boots | Speed |
| Planar Sphere | Quantum damage bonus (priority) or attack power |
| Link Rope | Energy recharge (priority) or attack power (secondary DPS position) |
Importance of secondary indicators:
Effect Hit Rate > speed > crit chance and/or crit damage > ATK
As a result, the optimal value of combat parameters at level 80:
- HP — 3+
- defense - 900+
- EHR — 50-69%
- speed - 160+
Additionally, you can take care of the critical chance and critical damage in a ratio of 1:2, where 50% of the critical chance accounts for 100% of the critical damage. ATK can vary in the range from 2 to 000 and higher.
In reality, Silver Wolf only needs 39% EHR to feel comfortable in any fight and in cooperation with any DPS representatives. However, a value of 50-69% will ensure that all her abilities will apply debuffs regardless of the enemy target's resistance.
The exception is the desire to play the girl in the position of an auxiliary damage dealer. In this case, crit rate becomes the main indicator in the "body", in addition, crit dmg will require a certain addition. EHR, in turn, is increased exclusively through additional stats.
Light Cone Rating
Among the weapon "cards" you can choose the following options as your main equipment:
| Light cone | Effect | Recommendation |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 48-1058 ATK 26-582 DEF 21-463 |
Increases speed by 18-30%. After the owner uses an attack, he has a base 120% chance to inflict the "Bamboozle" status on each enemy, which lowers the target's defense by 16-24% for 2 turns. If the owner's Speed is greater than or equal to 170, they have a base 120% chance to inflict the Theft status on each enemy, which reduces the target's Defense by 8-12% for 2 turns. When the "Bamboozle" or "Theft" statuses are applied again, only the last applied effect remains active. |
One of the most attractive weapon options if the girl plays the role of a sole support in the team, focused on spreading debuffs. Primarily valued due to the speed increases, which will make it easier to reach 160 or more. In addition, it will offer additional negative statuses to the team. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 48-1058 ATK 26-582 DEF 21-463 |
Increases EHR by 24-40%. When the owner deals damage to an enemy whose number of existing debuffs is greater than or equal to 3, their crit chance increases by 12-20%. After using a basic attack, skill, or super ability, there is a basic 100% chance to inflict the Aether Code status on the target. The damage received by the enemy under this status is increased by 12-20% for 1 turn. |
The signature provides the character with all the necessary bonuses and characteristics that allow her to reveal herself from all sides - as both a support, And a secondary damage dealerThis is achieved by a high increase to EHR, as well as an increase in crit rate and the imposition of the unique status "Aether Code". |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 43-952 ATK 21-476 DEF 15-330 |
Increases EHR by 20-40%. When the owner attacks an opponent with reduced defense, he recovers 4-8 energy. | Alternative signature weapon from Herta's shop. Since it awakens just as quickly, the maximum increase in EHR is 40% - this is what the legendary signature at level 5 "superimposition" gives. In addition, the cone allows you to quickly replenish energy points to activate the ultimate. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 43-952 ATK 21-476 DEF 15-330 |
When the owner hits an enemy that does not have the "Ensnared" status, he has a base chance 60-100% Apply this effect to this enemy. The enemy target affected by the named debuff has its defense reduced by 12-16% for 1 turn. | Allows you to apply the "Ensnared" status to the enemy, which delays its action. At the same time, the target under this effect has a lower defense, which, combined with the ultimate and talent, can significantly weaken even the most powerful enemy. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 48-1058 ATK 24-529 DEF 15-330 |
Damage dealt is increased by 16-32%. The owner's attacks have a base 100% chance to inflict the Weakness status on the attacked target, which increases the DPS they receive by 10-16% for 2 turns. Effects of this type cannot be stacked. | Light cone purchased through paid option Nameless Honor, which can be used as an alternative, offering both personal damage increases and additional debuffs for the team. It is not the "best" option compared to the above options at lvl 1 of "superimposition", but will be an excellent equipment at max. awakening stage. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 48-1058 ATK 26-582 DEF 21-463 |
Increases damage dealt to enemies with debuffs by 24-40%. When using the skill, the chance of hitting the wearer's effects increases by 18-30%, and the attack power is 24-40%. | The weapon from the standard banner will show itself well if the character is in the position of a secondary damage dealer, because:
|
At the same time, in addition to the legendary equipment "In the name of the World" , the following DPS-oriented options can be considered:
- Along the Passing Shore (legendary) and Good night and peaceful sleep (epic) - two interchangeable options, where 5⭐ weapons, although superior, can be relegated to the "second" plan if there is no desire to spend Special Star Passes on a limited banner.
- Boundless Choreo (epic) - an alternative that is fully revealed in the hands of Silver Wolf, since she is able to lower the defense of opponents and, most importantly, maintain this debuff on a permanent basis.
What relics and ornaments are needed
The most attractive options among cavern relics and planar ornaments are considered in the following key:
- First of all, sets for the support role are evaluated;
- then we list sets for the hacker in the position of an auxiliary combat unit.
Cavern relics
| Set and its effects | Recommendation |
![]() 2 parts: wind damage +10%. |
One of the most satisfactory equipment options if the hacker-hunter has 150-160 speed. The set will allow the girl to carry out "speedy" attacks and, as a result, constantly maintain/update various debuffs on opponents. |
![]() ![]() 2 parts: speed +6%. |
In case there are problems with speed, the option of combining two sets offering increases to the named characteristic is acceptable. The main thing is to provide for the presence of suitable "lower" parameters. |
For alternative sources that will help the girl to boost her position as a secondary damage dealer, it is recommended to consider:
- Genius of Brilliant Stars — the best equipment for quantum element characters, which will be well deployed in battles against enemies vulnerable to the named type, or if the Wolf is in a team with a quantum hyper-carry.
- Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters - a great option that will get maximum exposure, since the heroine applies/maintains 3 or more debuffs.
- "Scholar Lost in Erudition" - a good set for critical chance, increasing damage from the skill and super ability - two skills often used by the girl during the battle.
Planar ornaments
| Set and its effects | Recommendation |
![]() 2 parts: Energy recovery speed +5%. Increases damage dealt by allies of the same type as the owner by 10%. ![]() 2 parts: Owner's energy recovery speed +5%. If the owner is not in first place in the team, the attack power of the character in first place increases by 12%. |
Two interchangeable gear options that increase the wearer's energy regeneration rate, as well as offering a third-party boost to the team's hyper-carry.
|
![]() 2 parts: Energy recovery speed +5%. If the owner's speed is greater than or equal to 120, then at the beginning of the battle, its action is advanced by 40%. |
Although it does not offer additional buffs to the team or ally that deals the main damage, it will allow the hacker-hunter to act faster at the beginning of the battle. Accordingly, when equipped, the girl will be able to apply debuffs immediately after entering the battle. |
The DPS build, in turn, assumes the ability to equip the following sets:
- Inert Salsotto provided that the main damage is inflicted by the ultimate.
- Firmament Frontline: Glamoth, which increases ATK and overall damage output, but it is important to ensure that you have at least 135 speed.
Silver Wolf Team Guide in HSR
In the team, Silver Wolf occupies the debuffer role, performing the functions of a secondary damage dealer. The latter is achieved through an ultimate that is inexpensive and inflicts extremely good quantum-type damage.
At the same time, the girl's ability to provoke the appearance of new vulnerabilities in bosses/ordinary opponents allows her to act as support for any hyper-carry, as well as create mono-elemental teams capable of quickly reducing the toughness of enemies. However, there are undoubtedly units that will be especially happy with the hunter-hacker - primarily because she can maintain and update multiple debuffs, limiting herself to a minimum number of skill points in combat.
Which characters are suitable?
The girl offers perfect synergy to such damage dealers as:
| Character | Features |
![]() |
While almost every team can benefit from the Hacker Hunter, Acheron especially values having this representative of the Nihility in his team. The reason is that the charges of Slashed Dream, which are accumulated by applying debuffs to enemies, are able to provide the largest increase in debuffs. |

The scientist's combat effectiveness is revealed at the moment when he carries out his bonus attacks. The activation of these strikes is completely tied to the presence of a certain number of negative statuses on enemy targets: 100% chance is achieved with 3 debuffs on the enemy, and the hacker is able to maintain 3 or more. |
In addition to them, the representative of the Stellaron Hunters can become a support for the following damage dealers:

Best team samples
Let's present common examples of teams that are distinguished by their effectiveness, on the basis of which you can create your own team:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | A team with Acheron as the main damage dealer. In order for her to gain Slashed Dream charge points, she needs to constantly apply debuffs to enemies, which is handled by the chosen heroes of the Nihility. ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | Bonus attack team, where Dr. Ratio is supported by Robin, and to help Feixiao with minimal investment, if we talk specifically about allies, you can use March 7 (Hunt) or Moze. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | A mono-quantum team, led by a powerful quantum damage dealer. Such a team is supported by Sparkle, who can not only offer increases to crit dmg and total damage, but also ATK (from a trace that works depending on the number of quantum units in the group). |
![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | Castorice's main damage is provided by her Memosprite of Remembrance, which can be summoned after reaching max. charges of "Newbud". ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | A team with the Herta, who needs an Erudition character, as this boosts not only her, but also the rest of the team. The optimal addition to the build will be a buffer/debuffer, spreading useful effects or debuff enemies. How Silver Wolf's Skills Work
The hacker's skills are aimed at imposing negative effects that weaken enemy targets, reducing speed, attack power, defense, and overall resistance to certain elements. At the same time, the main feature is contained in the skill, which makes it possible to create a vulnerability to one of the elements of allies. This advantage can bring significant benefits to the entire team, especially when fighting dense opponents in updated endgame modes.
Although part of the skill set is not highly AoE focused, the ultimate results in good mass damage. Considering that the skill does not consume much energy, and also offers a fairly universal negative effect option - downgrade defense, the girl can actively surpass the epic Pela and, as a result, single-handedly occupy the position of a debuffer hero in the team.
Active skills
"Force Quit Program" || Massive Strike
Attacks immediately and after combat begins deals Quantum damage to all enemy targets equal to 80%. of ATK. The attack ignores vulnerability types and drains the toughness of enemies - both normal and larger.
Enemies with a vulnerability broken in this way receive the Quantum Vulnerability Break effect, which is accompanied by the "Bind" negative status.
"System Warning" || Single Strike
Deals Quantum Damage to the target enemy equal to 50-140% of ATK.
"Allow Changes?" || Single Strike and Debuff
Has a base chance of 80-140% to add 1 vulnerability of the same type as the ally's attack type to the target enemy on the battlefield, and also reduces resistance to that element by 20%. for 3 turns.
Using the skill is accompanied by the following nuances:
- First of all, it adds a vulnerability type corresponding to the type of the hero that is in first place in the team.
- If the added vulnerability matches the enemy's original vulnerability, then the resistance reduction will not work.
- Each enemy can only receive one vulnerability added by the girl. If she adds a new vulnerability type to a previously affected target, only the last vulnerability added is retained.
Additionally, the skill not only deals damage equal to 98-245% of ATK, but also has a base chance of 100%. to reduce all resistance types of the selected enemy by 10.5-14.25% for 2 turns.
"User Banned" || Mass Strike and Debuff
Has a base chance of 80-140% to reduce the defense of all enemies by 36-49.5% for 3 turns, and also deals damage equal to 228-456% of ATK value.
Passive Skills
Awaiting System Response... || Debuff
With a base chance of 60-120% when using any attack, can cause one of three types of "Bugs" on the selected enemy, which lasts for 3 turns:
- decrease attack power by 5-12.5%;
- lower defense by 6-15%;
- reduce speed by 3-7.5%.
When an enemy dies, the heroine transfers the added vulnerability to the enemy target on the battlefield that has not yet received the new vulnerability. Priority is built on the principle: first of all - an elite enemy; in the absence of an elite - a normal one.
Leveling Order
Superpower/Skill > talent > basic attack
All abilities of the Hunter faction member are aimed at helping the team deal more damage through debuff, therefore, they should be leveled evenly. If there is a lack of resources, we recommend adhering to the following order:
- Ultimate и skill are the key abilities. Their level determines the chance of applying a debuff that creates vulnerability to the element of one of the team members. Upgrading the ultimate will increase the percentage of enemy defense reduction and allow you to inflict more AoE damage.
- Talent affects the probability of applying debuffs to attack power, defense and speed when using any skill, including basic attacks, as a result, it is worth upgrading immediately after the ult/skill.
- Basic attack Most commonly used to restore skill points and activate talents. It can be left at level one until the previously mentioned abilities are maxed out.
Traces
The "Traces" section will allow you to get increases to the following basic characteristics:
- attack power - + 28 %
- effect hit rate (EHR) — + 18 %
- quantum bonus - + 8 %
| Attack Power +4% (lvl 1) | |||
| Generate (A2): Bug duration is increased by 1 turn. Each hit on an enemy's vulnerability grants a base 100% chance to inflict a random Bug on the target. | EHR +4% (A2) | Attack Power +4% (A3) | Quantum damage bonus +3.2% (A3) |
| Inject (A4): Immediately restores 20 energy at the start of the battle. At the moment of personal action, the hacker restores 5 energy. | Attack Power +6% (A4) | EHR +6% (A5) | Attack Power +6% (A5) |
| Side Note (A6): If an enemy has 3 or more Debuffs while using a skill, their damage resistance is reduced by 3%. | Quantum damage bonus +4.8% (A6) | EHR +8% (lvl 75) | |
| Attack Power +8% (lvl 80) |
Eidolons
The best Eidolons of the Silver Wolf are the first and second:
- E1 offers extra energy regeneration during combat, making it somewhat easier to cycle through your rotation.
- E2 Applies an additional negative status to opponents, which increases the strength of incoming damage. In addition, applying "Bugs" is significantly simplified.
Availability of eidolons for a girl Optional, however, if desired, it can be strengthened in the position of a debuffer through the first and second consts.
| E1: Social Engineering | After using the ultimate to attack an enemy, the huntress restores 7 energy for each debuff they have. This effect can occur up to 5 times per use of the skill. |
| E2: Zombie Network | When an enemy enters combat, the damage they receive is increased by 20%. When an enemy takes an attack from an ally, the hacker has a base 100% chance to add 1 random "Bug" to them. |
| E3: Payload |
|
| E4: Bounce Attack | After using the ultimate to attack the enemy, for each debuff they have, the girl deals additional quantum damage equal to 20% of the ATK indicator. This effect can occur up to 5 times for each use of the skill. |
| E5: Brute Force Attack |
|
| E6: Overlay Network | For each debuff the enemy has, the damage dealt by the heroine increases by 20% up to a maximum of 100%. |
How to Play Silver Wolf in HSR
The principle of playing the character is to consistently impose debuffs on enemies through the use of basic attack, skill and ultimate. Considering that the girl's skill set was reworked with the release of the update "For the Sun is Set to Die", within the framework of the battle, it became much easier to impose the necessary vulnerability on opponents, in addition, the AoE potential of the character as a whole increased.
As a result, the Silver Wolf rotation structure looked like this:
- Apply the technique Force Quit Program, to deal damage to all targets at the start of a battle, ignoring vulnerabilities and reducing toughness.
- When it's the heroine's turn, activate the skill “Allow changes?” on the largest enemy (the elite, located in the center). This will allow with a certain chance to cause a "Bug" and create a vulnerability to the element of an ally, located in the first position in the team.
- Combine basic attack and skill. Although normal attack does not apply direct debuff, it can also cause "Bug" due to talent Awaiting System Response... and thereby reduce defense, attack power or speed for 3 turns.
- When the energy bar is full, use your superpower User Banned, not only to deal damage, but also to lower the defense of all opponents on the battlefield at once (duration - 3 turns). It is advisable to maintain this debuff on a permanent basis.
Is The Character Worth Pulling?

As a representative of Nihility, Silver Wolf has quite an extensive list of debuffs. Their girl is able to maintain and update them throughout the battle, including the negative effect of the ultimate, which spreads to all enemy targets. These advantages make the hacker an extremely versatile support character, which any team will be happy to have:
- She will fit well with the heroes of the Hunt: thus, not only will the damage of the units themselves increase, but the overall AoE potential of the team will also expand (the ultimate skill “User Banned” requires only 110 energy and hits the area).
- She is definitely worth considering as a debuffer hero for a team. Lightning Acheron or Imaginary doctor Ratio, for whom the presence of multiple debuffs is important.
At the same time, the hacker will benefit other units - and not only due to various negative bonuses, but also a skill that allows you to provoke the emergence of new vulnerabilities in enemies. This determines the high importance of the heroine for both regular play and endgame activities.
Which is better: E1 or signature?
When choosing between Eidolons and a signature weapon "card", it is important to understand that the light cone is of primary importance Incessant Rain is aimed at increasing the character's DPS potential. If there is no desire to play a girl in the named role, epic weapons can be considered as available equipment Before the Tutorial Mission Starts, acquired in Herta's shop.
Accordingly, with such a good free option, you can focus on getting the first const "Social Engineering", then the second, "Zombie Network", to fully boost the heroine. Already at the last moment, you can spend Special Star Passes on signature, or other options for light equipment depending on the role occupied in the team.
