The sloppy and seemingly lazy bartender actually takes his job very seriously. He considers making drinks a true art, capable of influencing feelings and lives.
The casually dressed bartender prepares drinks with amazing ease and speed, and treats visitors with respect, but always wary. Those who know him say Gallagher has a checkered past, although he rarely shares details. Players will be able to meet him personally in update 2.0, upon arrival on the new planet Penaconia.
