HoYoverse has introduced two new 5⭐️ characters to Honkai: Star Rail from the "Mig Ahi" series: Spark and Yao Guang. The heroines will be released in 4.0 version, the release of which is scheduled for February 13, 2026.
The first character to appear in the 4.0 update banners will be Yao Guang — "Insightful Strategist" Yuque Xianzhou. The announcement describes her as someone who sees both adversity and good fortune ahead and still faces danger. She represents the Path of Joy and deals physical damage.
SP version Sparkle — Iskra She's presented as a vibrant streamer who invites a "space baseball player" to the air and promises a "dopamine-filled day." She also belongs to the Path of Joy and deals fire damage. Her release is expected in the second half of the update.
According to rumors, the beta test of patch 4.0 is expected on January 6th, which is when the first gameplay leaks will appear.
