The developers have officially announced the strengthening of two 5⭐ characters in the upcoming 4.0 version в Honkai: StarRail. Earlier in the For the Sun Shall Go Out update, the New Flash system introduced improved versions of heroes from "Stellaron Hunters"Now the changes will affect the clumsy Sparkle и keeper of the Black Swan's memory.
This buff will significantly increase Sparkle's importance as a representative of Harmony, making her a leading support for future Joy Path characters who value skill points highly.
