In the Whirlpool of Silence is the final chapter of Chulkaturin's story in Genshin Impact. After gathering materials for the repairs, he set off once again to put his home in order and someday invite guests aboard his floating hut. Find the house in distant lands one last time and bid farewell to the unusual aristocrat.
How to Start the Quest

To unlock the finale of one of Snezhnaya's hidden quest chains, you must complete the previous part, “The Sunken Ship Sailed Past Without Ringing the Bell”.
Then head to Tidal Cave in the Frostpeak area. From the southernmost Teleport Waypoint by the sea, continue south along the shore or across the water until you spot the sinking hut behind an iceberg.

Approach the hut on the ice and talk to its owner. During the conversation, you will learn that the home's foundation could not withstand the strain of the repairs and began to collapse. The aristocrat will refuse to leave his home, choosing to remain inside despite your pleas. Finally, Chulkaturin will address the heroes: “If you wish, say goodbye to me one last time”. You can then choose one of two responses:
- “Goodbye” — your acquaintance will bid you farewell in return.
- “No, please come ashore” — the aristocrat will silently sink beneath the water together with his house.
Once the hut sinks to the bottom, Chulkaturin's story will come to an end. There are currently no follow-up quests involving him.
“The Cherry Orchard Has Been Sold” Achievement

Witness the house on the ice floe overturn, come to a standstill, and eventually sink to unlock the “The Cherry Orchard Has Been Sold” achievement. You can claim 5 Primogems for it in the Wonders of the World section.
Rewards
Including the Luxurious Chest, you will receive the following for completing the quest:
- Primogems ×30;
- Cryo Sigils ×10 (4 from the treasure chamber and 6 at the “Tidal Cave” Reputation location);
- Mora ×11,000;
- Other resources.
Although the quest finale shows a red scarf left among the wreckage, you cannot interact with it or collect it as a keepsake.

There is some elusive, incomprehensible moral in this quest.
I got goosebumps when I finished the quest and earned the "Cherry Orchard Sold" achievement. The whole quest reminded me of something, and then it all came together. How wonderful...
F for Chulkaturin. The only quest after which I actually felt sad, even the main world quest isn't as sad as this one.
What do you mean, it's not there? There's a sequel with Chulkaturin in Morepeska...
This quest is after it.
It says "There are currently no quests associated with him..."
"Follow-ups." There is no continuation.
There's nothing there. The previous apartment is done.
In this case, try teleporting away, exiting through the Paimon menu, waiting a bit, and then returning. You might be able to skip another 1-2 in-game days.
I have the same thing, I've already gone through everything there, it's nowhere to be found, although I clearly remember how I completed this quest, there is no achievement
If teleportation and re-entries don't help, the only option left is to contact technical support—the tasks are quite buggy this time around.
