The Permafrost region contains the main settlements of the Cryo Kingdom. Genshin Impact, like Moresand, Ice Village, or Snezhnograd. Traveling through these places is dangerous, as it's easy to run into local bandits—groups of werewolves who catch ordinary travelers and shake them down. moraDespite the activity of the groups, most of the treasures in the form of valuable chests and ice riddles remain untouched.
Where to find all the chests in Permafrost in Genshin Impact
The region is divided into mini-locations with large settlements and uninhabited areas. Some chests are hidden in the central city and surrounding areas, while others can be found in smaller villages. In total, there are about 50 chests of varying rarity.
Regular chests
In total, you will collect at least 16 boxes from the location.
Chest 1
In a small camp above the tracks, werewolves will emerge from the remaining snowballs and draw the team into battle.
Chest 2
From the previous point, descend to the frozen lake, where you'll encounter the Iceman with a tambourine, surrounded by werewolves. Defeat the bullies to obtain a chest and a clue from Oka Grai, pointing to the village of these snow creatures.

Find about 18 chests in the snowy fields.
Chest 1
There's a frozen pond above Rankova Zorya Station. Use an archer to blow up the barrels to prevent them from harming characters during the battle, or you can lure monsters to these spots and drown them. After the battle, a chest will open.

All the mysteries of the Permafrost, quests, and points of interest
This area is where most of the important story quests are concentrated, such as "A great heart bound by a fine chain" or "Burn the barns and stables." In the tunnel of the mining town of Svetloledovka, you'll encounter a local legend. Bandersnatch, and on the way to the capital of Snezhnaya you can farm parts of the boss Immortal construct for character leveling. You'll also find standard activity points:
