The captain of the Hawkins Pirates, who is also known as "The Magician" and can read tarot cards, was born in the North Blue. He is listed as a minor antagonist in the Wano Country Arc. By nature, he is cold-blooded and somewhat unemotional, but his equanimity can sometimes crack. Basil also seems to be against unnecessary violence in everyday situations.

Nekomamushi

Nekomamushi holds the title of "Sunset King" Mokomo, is a cat mink and the guardian of the Whale Forest on Zou. During his life, he was a member of the Roger Pirates, the Whitebeard Pirates, and also served as an ally of the Straw Hats in the Wano Country arc. Inuarashi described him as a "persistent and stubborn idiot", and, admittedly, Nekomamushi can really resist about any reason, and estimates damage during a fight as a trifle.

Inuarashi

Inuarashi is a mink dog and Mokomo's "Dawn King" who shares the burden of ruling with Nekomamushi. He has the noble nature of a gentleman and does not tolerate barbarism. The hero was sincerely grateful to the Straw Hats for their help, but at the same time downplayed his strength in a conversation with Luffy. Inuarashi is respected and loved by his subordinate minks, and is also known for his modesty and politeness.

Kinemon

The first meeting between this samurai and the Straw Hat Pirates took place on Punk Hazard, and during the Dressrosa and Yenko sagas, he acted as their ally. Kinemon is married to Tsuru and is a vassal of the Kogetsu clan, but he clearly follows the Bushido code and is concerned about maintaining his pride. The samurai is also stubborn and does not like to accept help from others.

Kozuki Momonosuke

Momonosuke in One Piece was born 28 years ago, but was sent to the future as an eight-year-old boy. His father is the late daimyo Kuri and family head Kozuki Oden. He is a very proud boy and ardently follows the code of Bushido. Oddly enough, pride saved Momonosuke from drug poisoning, but the young samurai is also characterized by such traits as benevolence, courage and righteousness. Honor is not an empty phrase for him, and the well-being of the inhabitants of the Vano country is a priority.

H. Drake

Dies Drake's track record began with the status of a rear admiral of the Marines, and after that he left the organization and “retrained” as a pirate, becoming the captain of the Drake Pirates. Scratchman Apu

The infamous Roar of the Sea and its crew hail from the Grand Line. Scratchman Apoo became one of the "Worst Generation" and at a certain point in the time skip submitted to Enko Kaido. At first, he seems like a guy who wouldn't hurt others without a good reason, but it later turns out that Apu doesn't mind watching a good fight at times. Mr. 7

A kind of “successor” to the previous Baroque Works agent, codenamed “Mr. 7” and killed during the attack on Roronoa Zoro. Mr. 7 is “covered” with sevens, which are also depicted on his coat. The character's mouth, when he opens it, also resembles this figure. Together with his partner, he was defeated by Vivi and is currently probably in prison.
