How to solve Buzzing Secrets: Wisdom Imprisoned in Honkai: Star Rail
First, gain access to the Radiant Scar of the Grove of Muses by completing the mission "O earth, bear the suffering of all living things." from the chapter "Darkness has returned to the wasteland", and then collect all the nymphs on the territory of the destroyed monastery of the sages.
Get a hint from the Rhapsode Seamstress
After finding all the bugs, go to the mannequin and report the task completed. You'll receive an item as a reward. Golden Thread of Prophecy: Radiant Scar, as well as a hint related to the puzzle:
"Go down the rabbit hole right in front of you. The rabbit hole right in front of you... I wonder what that's about?"
When you talk to her again and ask for more information, the doll will say:
"It seems the 'rabbit hole' is a metaphor. It probably refers to a cave of some kind. As for its location, perhaps the prophecy says so directly... and it's right in front of you?"

What the Seamstress is talking about is actually Bartholos's portal. To activate it, turn your back to the mannequin and the floating Coin of Whims and look up. On the platform above, you'll see a sparkle that can be activated with Oronis's power. Activate the prayer and pull out the thief's spirit. After a short conversation, he'll give you a reward and disappear, leaving behind a "teleport" to the purple space.

Use Bartolos' portal located near the Nymph Keeper's stand and assume his form to fulfill the required conditions.
Then, tilt the camera up to see several rows of shields on the ceiling. Fly closer to them.
Next, you'll need to use the bubble attack (Spacebar) to paint the indicated shields red, forming a pattern resembling the infinity symbol.
