The Beastman of Farum-Azula is an ugly creature that lives in the depths of a cave. This animal has created a dining hall for itself from a huge grotto and feasts in the very corner. The whole power of the Beastman lies in his agility and mobility, which allows him to successfully defend his lair against impostors with a curved ax sword.
- This boss is optional and can be overlooked if you don't go very deep. Forest Caves.

Where to find the Beastman of Farum Azula on the map in Elden Ring
Leaving the starting location in Graveyard, go straight until you reach an NPC standing on the edge of a cliff. Behind him is a temple with a merchant and Tree Guardian. You will need to run through this location and go in the direction of the marker, towards the rocks.
After passing through a small thicket, find the enemy sitting by the fire. To the left is the entrance to forest cave. Once inside, activate lost grace and go deeper. At the entrance to the dungeon itself, the Extinguished One will be met by a pack of wolves, which must be dealt with.
At the very end of the cave, a green mist awaits, hiding an optional boss behind it.
Farum-Azula Beastman's abilities and attacks in Elden Ring
Farum-Azula's Beastman has normal short hits, but also special ones that deal massive damage.
- Single jump forward. The creature dashes, dealing a strong blow. After such an attack, he stands for a second, and then moves on to the next blow.
- Combination of attacks. The Beastman slashes in front of him a few times, then spins around, dealing damage around him, and completes the combo by jumping from above. Ending a combo allows multiple hits at once while the creature regenerates stamina. Opponent growls before starting a combo.
- Jump from knees. The boss falls to his knees, then raises his weapon above his head and dives forward, dealing damage. It is enough just to jump back in time and inflict several blows on the head of the enemy.
- Swing hit. The Beastman swings and delivers a strong vertical strike.

This is one of the easiest low level bosses.
General Tips
- Do not try to interrupt or block a long combination. It's better to immediately run back and wait for the Beastman to complete the entire series of attacks, allowing you to deal damage to him.
- Don't block his attacks with the shield, they take too much health.
- A kneeling attack has a larger area of destruction than it might seem. Even if it didn't hit the Extinguished One's model, the damage could pass through. Move away and beware of the jump.
