How to use the palette

They inhabit literally every corner of the island and allow you to move into them (by default "T") to use the palette.

Expand the device by pressing "Z". The basic shades available to the Traveler from the start are gray, red, yellow and blue. Orange, green and purple are locked until certain island quests are completed.
To use the power of asha, aim at the object or structure you want to change and launch the paintball.

However, not all things and buildings on the resort's territory can be painted. Those that are available are usually gray and shimmer with dull white specks.
How to erase paint
To remove a shade that has already been applied, open the palette and select resistance bands. Then shoot in the direction of the color you want to erase.

Let's look at what missions or challenges at the resort need to be completed in order to unlock all paint colors palette.
How to get orange color
Proceed to the main chain of the island "Summer! Heat? Resort!" and start completing the task "The world is a canvas!", which will be divided into several goals:
- "Motley Rocks" challenge;
- Guiztli Ridge Challenge;
- "Bay of Surf" test.
Go and complete the first part of the mission, which will later change to "Target: Speckled Rocks!". In the process, bring the Foam Flower Sea to life by escorting and protecting the rollers to the finish line, and also compete with adventurer Bennett in quick painting of the "Floating Ashi" zone.
After completing the tasks, you will receive rewards in the form of chests and achievements, a photo for album "Oasis of Rest", and also unlock orange.

How to get green color
Take a stroll through the Carefree Fair and find Kanei — an artist who paints toy coholosauruses. The man will tell you that his assistant hasn't been to work for a few days and will ask you to find the plush animals.
Agree to help to start the walkthrough, and after successfully completing the task, unlock the green shade.

How to get purple color
As you continue exploring the Carefree Fair, you may come across a strange man at "Treasuries of Asha", who constantly repeats: "No smearing..." Talk to him to start the quest. "Traces of Color"In the process, you will help representatives of the school of design art win the creative competition and learn the touching story of the founder of the institution and his asha.
At the end, as an additional reward, you will unlock purple paint.

Why do you need a full palette of colors?
In addition to the ability to decorate the entire resort with your favorite shades and thus give the island a unique look, the full range of shades in Asha is necessary for "Seven-colored statue", next to which there are three closed chests.
Once you've filled it up, visit the main structure of the Carefree Fair and use all the shades to give it a new look. The treasures open sequentially, according to the principle:
- three different colors used - rich box;
- five different shades - precious;
- Seven colors in total - luxurious.
Achievement Gravity Rainbow Ashi
Unlock all Asha colors by gaining access to all shades in the palette to unlock the Asha Gravity Rainbow achievement in Genshin Impact. The achievement belongs to the section "Summer of Ashes and Thorn Pears" and allows you to get 5 Primogems.
