Where to enter the promo code in Genshin Impact

Go to Genshin Impact Official Website − genshin.mihoyo.com/ru/gift in the section «Promotional Codes". Log in using the username and password of the account for which you want to receive the reward.

Get rewards in the game. They are sent to the account's in-game mail in the form of letters with an attachment.
