Where to find the missing plates for the boiler in the basement
The boiler room in Alone in the Dark is located on the ground floor of the estate. On the side of the boiler standing in the desired room, there is a recess where wooden painted plates, from which you need to assemble a drawing. Not all the plates are in place: 2 pieces need to be found.

Repair the decorative plate on the cauldron with the missing plates you collect and get closer to unlocking Jeremy's new memory. You need to arrange the plates in the correct order to create a landscape with a church standing in the meadows and an object resembling the sun shining in the sky. To do this, you need to understand how to manage fragments:
- The plates can be moved, changing their original location to another.
- The plates can be rotated, thereby giving them the correct tilt.
Reproduce the picture shown in the screenshot from the fragments, and the riddle will be solved.
If everything is done correctly, the boiler will hum, and a talisman can be attached to the resulting plate.
How to solve the riddle with the talisman on the cauldron: the correct combination of numbers
The next stage of the puzzle is to select the 3 correct numerical values by rotating the disc pieces of the talisman. To find out the correct order of numbers, examine the operation of the boiler.
Go to the pressure gauges attached to the boiler and check the numerical values of each of them. All 3 gauges are uniquely sized to match the discs on the talisman and show the following:
- middle left - 7;
- small in the center - 5;
- the big one on the right is 9.
Go to the talisman by the cauldron and enter the following values into the riddle menu:
- The number on top (large disk) is 9.
- In the middle (middle disk) - 7.
- The bottom number (small disk) is 5.
A successful solution will open black mirror, indicating where Jeremy's memory is stored.
