Where to get weapons in Hades 2

The weapon is summoned in the game hub - at the Crossroads - from the Silver Spring, located in the preparation room with Skelly. Here you can also call up aspects, pump them up, as well as call up and improve materials extraction tools. Here are all five weapons available to Melinoe:

Silver Spring
  • The Witch's Staff is the starting weapon of the game. A versatile spear with melee attacks and long-range rapid-fire projectiles.
  • Dual Blades - Characterized by fast normal attacks at extremely close range and throwing knives with a low rate of fire. Unlocks for ×1 silver.
  • Shadow torches - shoot sparks in a straight line or cause magical spheres to circle around Melinoe. Torches are summoned in exchange for ×3 silver and ×3 ashes.
  • Moon Ax - low attack speed, but high damage and area of effect. A special attack puts up a shield that parries enemy projectiles. The cost of the call is ×15 silver.

Each weapon and aspect will require materials, so we recommend unlocking the Lunar Pickaxe and Silver Shovel as early as possible.

How to unlock aspects

Aspects are unique embodiments of each weapon type. They change the three main characteristics of each type of weapon:

Weapon Aspects
  • Appearance;
  • A unique power-up that increases the characteristics of any active ability or has other buffs that affect the style of play;
  • Mechanics of weapons. Not always subject to change. For example, sparks from the usual attacks of the Shadow Torches of the Moros aspect do not explode on their own, but must be detonated manually with a special attack: this is not a drastic change, but still a change in the mechanics of the torches.

Aspects can be opened, but also upgraded in the Silver Spring. To unlock both features, meet the game requirements:

  • Unlock five types of weapons.
  • Defeat Hecate in Erebus, after which she has a high chance of granting a cauldron spell called Aspects of Night and Darkness.
  • Cast the spell using the cauldron. His recipe: ×1 rabies, ×5 bronze.
  • Go to the Silver Spring, open and download aspects in exchange for materials.

How to improve aspects

The sorcery “Aspects of Night and Darkness” not only makes it possible to open aspects, but also to upgrade the open ones:

  • Open aspects in the Silver Source, in the “Weapons of the Night” tab;
  • Upgrade aspects in the Silver Source, in the “Awakening Aspects” tab.
