Paradoxes of the machine pacific drive – one of the key mechanics of the game, tied to travel to the Olympic exclusion zone. Crossing the deserted expanses of the Pacific coast, the car will receive damage and be exposed to radiation, which will affect its condition. The universal will begin to exhibit paradoxes, due to which the machine will arbitrarily perform any actions, regardless of the player’s behavior. Some of them have no effect on the game at all, while others can lead to a crash.
In the guide we will tell you in detail how to use the paradox station, what improvements there are for this tool, and the easiest way to identify “anomalies” in a car.
How to use the paradox station in Pacific Drive
The Paradox Station is located near the parking area in the garage. It is located next to the charging station and is a small computer with a wrench crossed with a screwdriver on the screen. By interacting with it, you will be able to see a diagnostic panel consisting of four columns. It’s worth understanding each one to understand how the paradox station works:
- The cause of the problem – it is necessary to select an action, the commission of which leads to abnormal behavior of the machine.
- Precise action – confirm the type of interaction with the selected item.
- Consequence – in this column, indicate which part of the machine begins to behave paradoxically.
- Action type – choose what exactly happens to the “broken” part of the car.
If you fill out all four columns correctly, a notification will appear below "Problem identified successfully." Otherwise, the number of attempts will decrease. If the counter is reset, you will have to go to the zone, and after returning, the paradox station will be restored.
How to remove paradoxes
It is worth noting that before correcting paradoxes, it is worth correctly identifying the cause. It is best to do this in a garage so that anomalies and threats do not interfere: start the car, then interact with it in every possible way until you discover a cause-and-effect relationship. Having correctly identified the problem, click on the button "Correction" in the upper right corner (“E” on PC). In the report that opens, select which of the problems you want to fix, but this will require an electrician’s kit or a mechanic’s kit. Click on the desired line, confirm and wait for the process to complete.
How to diagnose paradoxes in Pacific Drive
Identifying paradoxes is often difficult, especially when there are a lot of them. It will become even more difficult if the “anomaly” is discovered during the race, when the atmosphere is already tense to the limit. The easiest way is to do it yourself explore the car in the garage, clicking on everything. If you notice strange behavior during the check-in, it’s better to immediately write it down in your notes and figure it out later. To make it easier to determine the paradox, it’s worth upgrading several modules, which we’ll talk about later.
Use Research Module
The research module is an improvement that will allow you to receive notifications about the successful progress of the diagnosis. In addition, an additional chip will make it possible to scan for faults. With its help, you can immediately see which columns are filled in correctly and which are not. Unexplored paradoxes will appear in the "Bug Report" to make the total number of "issues" clear.
Use the analysis module
The Analysis Module is an improvement that immediately follows the Research Module. It will allow you to automatically diagnose paradoxes by spending a little energy. After installing the chip, the “Study” button will appear on the station; hold it down and use up the energy, you will notice that an exclamation mark will appear next to one of the lines - that same hint.
We hope that our guide has helped you understand how to identify paradoxes in Pacific Drive and eliminate them. Write comments, if you have any questions, and read others Pacific Drive guides in the relevant section of our website.

Go to the zone after a certain number of attempts to refresh.
I can't find anything anywhere about what to do if the number of detection attempts has dropped to zero?
